I went with my friend as we decided to try the Magical Dining that was offered. Well it was definitely worth breaking my Covid rule ( don't eat out) The greeting staff members were very nice and sociable. We were able to choose where we would like to sit and as it was a nice day, we went alfresco. I had the escargot to start, then the blackened grouper and finally the creme brulee. Our waiter was Matthieu Smakula and as well as being easy in the eyes, he was sooo attentive and managed to meet all of needs! I can't eat peppered food but wanted the grouper. So he had them make me a non blackened version. I also wanted an Appletini cocktail which was not listed. Again he asked at the bar and I received my cocktail. Now that's hospitality and customer service at it's best!! The veggies were superb and I tried my friend's potato which was fluffy and tasty ( they use real potatoes 😁) I ate all three courses and my friend had the filet mignon in pepper sauce and said it was soooo good. They do serve warm, crusty French bread to start.. Again it was delicious and home made I think. The escargot was not in the shell ( for those who are squeemish) and swamped in delicious garlic butter. The decor is upscale ( but not intimidating)with tablecloths and cloth napkins. So it's great for romantic evening out or if you want a classy venue. It is kid friendly as there were a few children dining with family during my visit. All in all I would definitely eat here again, outside of the Magic Dining offer. There is so much more on the menu that excited my taste buds. My friend ordered a Duck De l'Orange to go, as she could not resist trying another item on the menu. The regular menu prices are moderate in terms of cost. However with the quality and taste on offer, I'm sure it's worth every dime. Just to add that there is free parking for 3 hrs close by ( you can see the restaurant from the parking lot) and there is a park and shopping area close by if you want to walk off some calories.
I had an incredible dining experience at Chez Vincent. It’s a true French restaurant — not just in cuisine, but in spirit. The owner is French, several of the staff are French as well, and that authenticity really elevates the entire experience. I ordered frog legs and sautéed duck, along with a glass of wine, and every dish was exceptional. The flavors were refined and intentional, never overdone or pretentious. It’s classic French cooking executed with precision. I will be returning!
Amazing Service during Orlando's Magical Dining. Tyler was simply amazing and ambiance was out of this World. We chose the Wine pairing Option which was amazing with our Selections. Definitely will be back ❣️
Came here for dinner and had the best time! The food was 10/10 from the appetizer to the entrée to dessert. The staff was also friendly, especially my waitress Kat! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and had great energy the whole night. I'd definitely return.
What can I say that these pictures don't express? Chez Vincent's cuisine delights your tastebuds as much as your eyes. Just look at those pictures!! Escargots A L'ail, Salade De Saumon Frais (a pouched salmon over a bed of fresh greens with artichoke hearts, walnuts, & a raspberry vinaigrette), and the finale - Free Range Venison with a sun-dried cherry Port wine. The atmosphere is refined but relaxed. Kudos to my server (who's name escapes me right now) for helping me decide between the Beef Wellington and the Escargots. As nervous as I was, he made me feel at ease. So much at ease, I had to stop myself from licking the plate (In my defense, that cherry port wine sauce is worth the embarrassment.) And I almost did it right in front of the chef himself, who gracefully stopped at my table to ensure I was enjoying the meal. (My actions would have spoken so much louder than these written words ever could.) One day, I would LOVE to visit France. Yes, to see some sights, but definitely to eat all the food. Until then, I have Chez Vincent to savor.
Went to Chez Vincent during the Magical Dining Event. For the appetizer, I had the escargot. It was good but I had better at other restaurants. More plentiful and better sauced. I added a second appetizer because I heard about their cream of mushroom soup. I see why other reviewers loved it. It was very good. I had the Salmon for the entrée and the first bite said it all. Tender, melt in your mouth goodness. You look forward to every tasty bite. I had the Chocolate Raspberry Mousse. Good but quite small. Try this good French restaurant in Winter Park.
Had a wonderful ladies night, great food and atmosphere. Tyler was wonderful and provided great service. Would definitely do again.
Best French restaurant in Orlando! We have been at this restaurant many times at it has never disappointed us! My husband loves their venison! I order this time the special of the day which was a seared mahi-mahi on butter and capers sauce, and the third person in our group ordered the mushrooms and chicken crepe. For dessert, the coconut cake was fantastic!
I took my wife and 3 off her cousins to Chez Vincent the other night to celebrate a promotion at work. This is one of my favorites for special occasion dining. The food and service are always fantastic. I bought a nice Bordeaux to share and a Cognac for myself. The Bordeaux was wonderful. The Cognac was good, but they didn't have the Remy. Appetizers were Frog Legs and Bruschetta. The Frog Legs were perfect, as was the Bruschetta. All the ladies got the Filet. They were all very pleased. One guest got the Scallops. He thought they were amazing. My dish was the Duck Breast, which is my go-to dish there. As usual, it was perfect. We also shared 2 orders of Chocolate Souffle. No pictures for that. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good. If you want this, you need to order it before you order dinner. It takes an hour to prepare. If you want some great French Style Cuisine and don't mind paying for it, this is the place to go. I've been a customer for over 20 years, and it never disappoints.
This excellent chef driven restaurant is an absolute pleasure to experience! The selections (see photos) were all delicious and the service was top notch! The first was Crab Cake Maryland style with mango Provençale (no photo) and it was wonderful- plenty of crab with just the right amount of seasonings, the second was Duck A L' Orange Sautéed Duck breast with a Grand Marnier sauce also superb and cooked perfectly, next the Trout In a lemon butter almandine sauce was prepared exquisitely and one of the best I've had! Finally the Chocolate Raspberry Mousse with a Mango Coulis that had such an extraordinary combination of flavors! I enjoyed the nice choice of room experiences- with one more sublime and dining oriented and the other a pretty exuberant bar scene if you wanted some excitement. The chef, Vincent, visited our table and was very friendly and hospitable!
If you like French food and if you could eat at only one restaurant your entire life, this is the one. I was in Orlando for a conference and I ate dinner at Chez Vincent 3 nights in a row (it would have been 4, except that they were closed on Monday). The food is incredibly delicious. My favorites included foie gras (special for one of the nights), chocolate souffle (special two of the nights), and regular menu items feuillette d'escargots, cuisses de grenouille, duck a l'orange, rack of lamb, and tarte tatin. Also, the bread (baguette) was perfect with a nice outer crustiness and tender, melt in your mouth inside. Chez Vincent gets my absolute highest recommendation!
I'm part of a small group of friends from church that get together for dinner about every month or so and try a variety of ethnic cuisine. This month, we had French food at Chez Vincent in Winter Park, Florida. The food was fantastic (one or more of us were tempted to lick our plate clean). The service was impeccable. And the fellowship was memorable as always. Tonight I dined on escargot for my appetizer. My entrée consisted of beautifully cooked version that was topped with a sun-dried cherry sauce and was accompanied by a small vegetable medley and a mound of well seasoned mashed potatoes. The presentation was very pleasing to the eye and the flavors were spot on. Dessert...one of my all-time favorite desserts: Créme Brulee. The vanilla custard was so delicate and decadent at the same time. Logan, our server, was top notch. He was very knowledgeable about the menu offerings and easily made it possible to accommodate some of our special requests. I will definitely make another visit (I've got an anniversary coming up in a few months...great reason to go).
We were there for Magical Dining. I had the French Onion soup which was very good while my husband had the ahi tuna. He did like it but was surprised to see that it was a bit spicy. I ordered the lamb shanks and he had the pork tenderloin. Both were amazing. The lamb fell off the bone. My only criticism is that we both got the same side dishes (mash potatoes and vegetables). The Creme Brûlée was out of this world Service was good. My waiter was not very sociable. Was just there to take out orders. Otherwise he was good. There was live entertainment which we really did enjoy.

I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was FANTASTIC. I accidentally made the reservation for my wedding day instead of the day before and noticed only a couple weeks before and Teri was still able to accommodate my giant group of 28 by giving us half the main dining room and not taking any more reservations for that night. I was so relieved and so grateful. She also provided a stand to put my wedding rehearsal sign on and printed custom menus with our names on them. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The vibe of the restaurant is cozy and romantic and everyone was raving about how good the food was. My husband and I will be back this Sunday for our 1 year anniversary and we are looking forward to it!
We have been coming to Chez Vincent for 20 years and they never disappoint! We ordered escargot in butter and oil for our appetizer it was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the crème de champignon was rich and delicious. I had the venison, my husband the rack of lamb, and our daughter had a hamburger—everything was absolutely amazing! The service was warm and attentive, and the cozy, elegant atmosphere made it a perfect evening. We can’t wait to come back!

We went for the magic dining! The menu has so many good options that it was hard to decide, the fillet mignon was delicious and more! Our server Kat was outstanding, she gave us recommendations and took care of us all the time! I really recommend this place for a magical experience
The atmosphere was nice. The food was pretty good & the staff were really nice & accommodating. The couches need to be replced, they sink you down which makes it difficult to sit comfortably to eat your food. I also got the Hannibal drink and it was weak. I was afraid that it would sneak up on me because it tasted like juice, but no, it didn't even give me a buzz. Thankfully, they took it off my bill. Two of my friends had other drinks, one had a margarita & the other had a Old Fashion. They said their drink was good.
A nice place near Park Avenue with good service and good food. Although the tables are a bit closer together. A good French option in the neighborhood. Excellent escargots . The lamb and chicken crepe were good but not excellent . They must improve the pate

This was such a disappointment for our 5th wedding anniversary…😩😩. The place looks beautiful, perfectly located on a quiet (with cars) yet lively street. Beautifully dressed people all around. We ordered drinks (aperitifs) and they were perfect. The bar is gorgeous. Decided to place our order right after we started our aperitifs drinks, expecting cooking time/ finishing time to match. Starters arrived mid-old fashion. Perfect food pairing….for entrees I ordered the chicken liver salad and my other half ordered the lamb. The salad was straight out of a bag from Publix with (acceptable) chicken livers on top. The lamb was way undercooked, all veggies looked like they had been soaking in the sun more than me today: completely dry. Already terribly disappointed and understanding that despite our waiter’s excellent attention to our needs, our anniversary diner was ruined due to poor food quality and plate presentation, I ordered a crème brûlée as my parents always used to say: “you can judge a restaurant by its crème brûlée”, so I ordered it as a last chance for our opinions to finally form. Couldn’t finish it, it tasted like a flan, nothing like a crème brûlée, crust not cracking under the spoon, no presence of any vanilla, most likely industrial, the alternative being they’re just bad at it. All the bread served isn’t fresh and straight out of the microwave from the freezer…come on…in a French restaurant??! Like, really ?? Any French person would spot that trickery a mile away. So that’s our honest conclusion: location: prime. Decoration: lovely. Service: impeccable. Food: atrocious. I had to apologize to my wife a dozen times on our drive home. Sorry honey, I couldn’t know until we tried…🥺. Giving 3 stars as everything but the food was really nice, but honestly not deserved as if one goes back to a restaurant it’s for the food. That certainly won’t be us
This was our first time going back for dinner after maybe 10 years and I must say a lot has changed except probably the menu. It would be difficult for me to recommend this restaurant to anyone moving forward. The space is cozy and somewhat welcoming our server was doing well until he decided to lecture us on how we should order our food btw this was as we were about to pay the bill needles to say he still got above 20 percent. Here's a little advice for folks in the hospitality/ restaurant business regardless how long you have been in it, it would be wise to treat all of your guests with courtesy and respect and not talk down to them even if the guest may have an accent because you never know who you are serving. Oh and I must mention that we and the few ( as in almost empty on a Friday night) guests that were in the dining room were able to hear the chef throw a tantrum/ hissy fit from the kitchen which isn't very professional.
I haven’t been here in 10 years or more and won’t go back. First of all, the restaurant was hot. I saw the thermostat and it was 80 which was way too hot for a restaurant. Second, we had the filet on the magical dining menu and it was one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. It was tough and stringy. They must have bought the meat from a discount place. All three in our party did not like the steak and only ate about 1/2 our meal. The blackened tuna was the best part of the meal. The service was fine but the restaurant is loud and the tables are too close together. It was difficult to even have a conversation. Much better dining options in the area.

We had a bad experience, came for Magical Dining with high hopes. Food-the ahi tuna had an unfamiliar taste to both of us. I have had ahi tuna on many different occasions. There was a hair in my drink. I ordered the filet mignon because of the sauce description and it did not meet my expectations. Also, the steak was ordered medium rare, but seemed like it was undercooked. The pork chop was very soft. The plates were piping hot, however the food was served room temperature. The creme brulee had a curdled texture. Service-the service was lackluster. Atmosphere-we were seated in a bar atmosphere and the music playing was not complementary, it was more like club music and it made us want to hurry through the dining experience so that we could leave. Full disclosure this review is heavily edited, as it was quite honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I would not pay $20 per each three course meal that was served.
