Update: continue to go back and try the new items like the new chicken shawarma, wow, incredible flavors honestly!! And the Oreo cheesecake never disappoints! I visited on June 27th and it was busy, luckily we had a reservation. We were sat after a few minutes and had a fantastic time, not because of the food, even though it was delicious, but because of our server Danielle W. She was amazing. Her suggestions were on point, her service incredible and well she just made everything easy going, fun and smooth. I had a cup of the Mexican soup, we then ordered the Korean fried chicken, Truffle honey chicken, the celebration cheesecake and the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Not only was the food great, but like I said the service amazing. Never had to ask for refills, never had to ask for to go supplies, everything was provided and ready just by her intuition and service and it was amazing. Thank you for a great dinner service.
Although the wait was a bit long, it was a weekend night at a very busy mall so waiting wasn’t a problem at all and the staff was very accommodating to every request and informing us of the estimated wait times. This location was probably the best Cheesecake Factory i have been to. The food was so fresh and the service was nothing short of perfection.
The interior is so beautiful everything feels clean and nice, the bar is great! Also my server was amazing I had such a good time today, truly an amazing establishment. And the food was to die for, everything we got was so delicious we wish we could have ordered everything on the menu!! If you want a great date night or you want to bring associates, your family, or friends it’s really the perfect spot!
As expected. I would say that The Cheesecake Factory is always a great place for large gatherings. Everyone can get whatever they want since the menu is varied. From little ones to senior citizens, the menu can always please your palate. Service was as normal. We celebrated 2 birthdays. There was a wait but it was expected. Food was good. I always get what I know I like: calamari and orange chicken. We had the red velvet cheesecake for dessert. It was mild which is what we wanted. (Note: it doesn't compare to an actual red velvet cake but its good.) Other desserts were so rich in flavor it would have been overbearing after our meal. The red velvet cheesecake was a nice finishing touch to our meal.
I went to The Cheesecake Factory in Winter Park recently, and honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Even though the restaurant was busy (as it usually is), we were seated quickly, and everything moved so smoothly. Our server greeted us right away with a big smile and made us feel completely taken care of. She was attentive but never overbearing—always checking in at just the right times. What really stood out was how fast everything came out, considering how full the place was. Drinks came out within minutes, appetizers followed shortly after, and our main dishes were perfectly timed. It was clear the team here really knows how to keep things running efficiently.
There were two dozen people waiting near the check in desk, but our table for four was available within 5 minutes. Our server Paulina was excellent. She seemed too kind to be working in a restaurant, if that makes sense. Very patient, and with a good sense of humor. We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo which was solid, and the Orange Cauliflower Bowl which was listed under the Small Bites section of the menu, but was a large portion and tasted very good, and a great deal for the price. This place is fairly loud but not so much as to prevent conversation at the table. Overall, a strong option among the many choices in this area.
We sat at the bar for date night and had a great experience. The bartenders were attentive and making great drinks this night. We started with the warm bread and an order of Thai Chili shrimp. I decided on the Chicken Costoletta and was highly impressed. Flavorful and the extra sauce on the side was chef’s kiss! My partner had the parmesan herb crusted chicken. Of course we ended with some cheesecake to go. We’ve since retuned and sat at the bar again recently.
The Cheesecake Factory in Winter Park, Florida continues to impress with its consistently delicious food, wide variety of options, and welcoming atmosphere. On this visit, everything we ordered was spot on and worth mentioning in detail. The Double Smashburger was outstanding, juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. It had that rich, beefy flavor you expect from a good burger, and it was paired with perfectly crispy and flavorful sweet potato fries, which complemented it so well. This combo is a definite winner for anyone craving comfort food with a gourmet touch. The Cobb Salad is always a reliable favorite here. Fresh, crisp greens topped with plenty of bacon, avocado, tomato, and a generous portion of blue cheese. it never disappoints. It’s refreshing, hearty, and perfectly balanced, making it one of the best salads in the area. For the kids, the chicken tenders were cooked just right, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned nicely. Often kids’ menu items can feel like an afterthought, but here they’re done with the same care as everything else. The Avocado Egg Rolls are a must have every single time. They’re warm, crispy, and filled with creamy avocado and other fresh ingredients, served with that signature dipping sauce that elevates every bite. Honestly, they’re addictive and one of the best appetizers on the menu. To wash it all down, the tropical unsweetened black tea was incredibly refreshing. It’s hard to find unsweetened flavored teas at restaurants, but Cheesecake Factory nails it. Light, crisp, and flavorful, it’s the perfect drink to pair with a hearty meal. Overall, this location delivers exactly what you want from a Cheesecake Factory experience: a huge menu with something for everyone, consistent quality, and a great dining atmosphere. From burgers to salads, from appetizers to drinks, everything came out fresh and flavorful. It’s a place that works equally well for family dining, casual outings, or a treat yourself night. Winter Park’s Cheesecake Factory never fails to deliver a satisfying meal and is easily one of the best dining spots in the area.
Cheesecake did not disappoint. The food was great here. The dishes were filling and had great taste. I love the sundried tomatoes in the Farfalli with Chicken dish. The Spaghetti and Meatballs could have been better according to one of my family members. The Fettuccine Alfredo was a hit with another family member and the Korean Chicken was surprisingly a huge hit. The Keylime pie was too sour for our taste but can not go wrong with the original Cheesecake. 😋

I took a friend to dinner for their birthday. We were seated fairly quickly after arriving for our reserved table. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. I ordered a seafood dish and my friend a steak meal. Both meals were excellent. We both had dessert as well, which was great.

My family and I had a good experience. We visited TCF for my kids birthday. They really enjoyed it so it was all worth it for me. The food was good and the cheesecake was amazing!

The cheesecake factory is not necessarily my number one pick for dining out. However, some friends wanted to go, so I met them there for lunch. The food was average, but where cheesecake really shined was with our server. Her name was Sheyla (I hope that's the correct spelling.) Sheyla was absolutely lovely. Sincerely, probably the best service I've ever had dining out and believe me, I have dined out a lot! She was extremely accommodating and genuinely nice. It was easy to see that she truly wanted us to enjoy our experience. She told us she had been working there for I think nine years. She seemed to really enjoy her job and was such a great server in every way imaginable. I would go back just to see Sheyla again. Thank you, Sheyla for the wonderful service. You are a true cheesecake gem!
I’ve always loved the Alfredo Fettuccine from The Cheesecake Factory it's my favorite dish. However, this recent order was disappointing. The parmesan cream sauce and noodles were cooked perfectly, but the overall flavor was lacking. The chicken I added was not dry, but it also lacked any real taste. It felt like they used frozen, plain chicken that was just heated up without any seasoning. It was so bland that I had to use my own condiments and seasonings at home to make it somewhat edible. Additionally, I only received about 7 small pieces of chicken, which is not worth the extra charge. Usually, I don’t have to do anything to improve the flavor, but this time it was just plain and flavorless like boiled water. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but I’d really like to see better quality and flavor in my favorite dish moving forward.
The Cheesecake factory is notoriously known for their novel of a menu, but all the menu items I've tried are really good. There's something to say about being able to manage the quality of such a varied menu! I found a new favorite this time: Crispy Rice Cakes with Crab. The warm toasted rice cake paired with the delicious cool crab salad ontop was perfectly matched. This appetizer seemed like it would be a good choice dor aomeone that doesnt like sushi but wanted something close. I also had the Bacon-Bacon burger that featured both Cheddar and American cheeses, a crispy slice of bacon, along with a slow-cooked, thick cut strip of bacon. I swapped my regular fries for sweet potato fries--absolutely delicious. The drinks were good--I had a Mojito and a Mai Tai. The Mai Tai packed a nice punch. I will be ordering that again. I arrived in a big party. The customer service from one waitress was wonderful, the other one, not so much; she avoided our portion of the table when an order came out wrong for one of the people in our party. That was frustrating, as we couldn't order additional drinks in a timely manner. I will be back again for happy hour soon!
The Cheesecake Factory, famous for, well, you know- cheesecake. They do have pretty decent food as well, though all of it is very, very hardy (meaning calorie overload), and I’d probably give this location more of a 3.5 overall. I actually tried the truffle honey chicken and that’s the best thing I’ve gotten from there. Fried chicken with honey drizzle, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Probably as much of a well-rounded meal as you can get there too. Of course, the cheesecake is the show stopper. It’s fun to see what seasonal flavors they have as well. But again, if you look through the menu it’s insane how many calories everything has- a carrot side dish was like 700 calories- how do you make carrots gain several hundred calories? But if you don’t mind the cals or want to ignore and come indulge, it’s a good stop here.

Short wait to be seated. Server was polite and efficient. Food is good. Friends and i had various types of salmon. Cheesecakes prices have increased quite abit but that's to be expected. This is a must go when I'm in USA.

It”s a nice restaurant with great service but mediocre food, especially considering the price. We spent almost $150 for pizza, pasta with rubbery/flavorless fried chicken & grilled shrimp, a soda, virgin piña colada, and one alcoholic beverage. We had a steak dish that was more mushrooms than steak & everything except the pizza needed salt. The cajun pasta comes with bowties but that was swapped out for spaghetti. Salt elevated the flavor of the cajun sauce tremendously. That strawberry drink was good but the virgin piña colada was also mediocre. Overall, we didn’t think the meal was worth the price but I guess the ambiance & service is what keeps bringing people back.
I’ll start with the positives: The ambiance was very nice. Our waitress was also very nice, and although it was a busy Saturday night, we had a short wait for a table because there were only 2 of us. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and those were decent. My mom’s spicy tuna was also decent. The negatives are that my farfalle pasta dish was very bland. It had almost no flavor and I had to add salt and pepper a few times to bring the flavor out. I did take half of it home with me and after microwaving it (for only one minute) the takeout container that they gave us was basically flattened. This is an oily dish, so I was happy that I didn’t dare microwave it for more than a minute, as I’m afraid my microwave would have needed to be cleaned if any of the oil had spilled out. It is worth it to invest in takeout containers that are microwave friendly… Overall, I would be hesitant to choose this restaurant again, especially for the prices of the dishes. I would much rather go somewhere where I know the food will be flavorful and spend my money there.

Our party of six visited on August 9, 2025, and this was, without question, the worst-managed restaurant experience I have ever endured. The reception desk staff were polite, but the host who seated us—a gray-haired older gentleman dressed in all black—was cold, abrasive, and unwelcoming. His first words to us were that the section he was placing us in was “not normally opened on weekends,” delivered with no explanation and a tone that made it clear guests were an inconvenience, not a priority. That set the stage for what would be a disaster from start to finish. We waited nearly 40 minutes just for basic nonalcoholic drinks. The children’s food arrived over 15 minutes later, and the adults’ meals lagged another 10–20 minutes beyond that. Multiple tables seated well after us were served and eating before our meals ever arrived. This was not just slow service—it was a breakdown in basic operational competence. When I brought these issues to the manager, Josue Rojas, I was met with one of the most dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional responses I have ever experienced from restaurant leadership. Rather than listen, investigate, or take ownership, he openly admitted to making “assumptions” about the situation—a damning admission from someone whose job is to manage facts, not fabricate them. He showed no urgency, no accountability, and no skill in resolving guest concerns. Even more troubling, it was clear that the staff themselves were uncomfortable in his presence. The serving and reception teams carried an air of tension, and the lack of morale was obvious. This speaks to a toxic management culture that hurts both employees and guests. By the time we were ready to leave, the dysfunction continued—it took far too long to receive our check. When we approached the reception desk to speed things up, Mr. Rojas was again there, this time making faces toward staff in what was clearly a mocking gesture about our party. This juvenile, petty behavior was witnessed by our entire group. This kind of gross mismanagement and disrespect should never happen to anyone, anywhere—especially not at a national brand like The Cheesecake Factory. This location’s leadership is a liability to your reputation, and I strongly urge corporate to address it before more guests are subjected to what we experienced. WATCH OUT for the salt shakers, they had rust on the inside of them!!!
Horrible experience, filthy floors, less than attentive wait staff, management seems to lack authority or concern. Overcharged for salmon kids meal when a grilled chicken kids meal was ordered. Very dry overcooked chicken. Lauren was not attentive and took forever to even bring bread. She seemed more concerned with her larger partied tables than our party of 2. Once it was time for desert I specifically asked for the "Godiva brownie sundae" at the request of the birthday girl and even gave Lauren the candles to put on the dessert. To my knowledge there is only 1 Godiva desert but even if there isn't it would be best to check with the person ordering rather than bring them thw dessert you decide because you simply were not listening or didnt care enough to confirm. The chocolate on chocolate cheesecake may have been perfect for someone looking for a free dessert but we asked clearly for what wanted and got what they wanted to give rather that what was requested. I am not impressed and I wish we had driven a little further to a better location for my daughter's first Cheesecake factory experience especially since it was for her birthday. I am beyond disappointed and the kids meal being billed as salmon instead of grilled chicken is a direct reflection of the lack of care our server Lauren had for our order or experience! The grilled chicken was overcooked and had I looked at it more thoroughly and the receipt these things would have been addressed last night. The swiftness with which I paid without double checking reflects the urgency with which we were ready to pay and go! I spoke with the manager before we even got any of our food to prevent our experience from declining any further she evidently did not take any action or her authority holds no value because this was a very bad dining experience for nearly $100.00 ($91+ including a small tip that Lauren didn't even deserve)

Made a reservation at 6pm with an initial wait time of 40-60 minutes and have been waiting for almost 2 hours now. We are regular customers for cheesecake factory and this was a great disappointment. Definitely would not recommend this specific location for sure. Edit: the manager was able to resolve it finally and tried to do everything he could unlike the staff.
Go here all the time. Went for dinner tonight, busy but manageable. You would think they would have this down pat, but EVERY SINGLE TIME when you order extra sauce and parmesean cheese at your order, they bring it 30 minutes after your food comes without fail. But dont you dare mention it, they ridicule you for expecting the food you ordered. Those servers need a reality check and need to understand they dont have a job without patrons like me. Its just really unfortunate. Happy New Year, same crappy service, new year.
