Excellent experience! We had a large party of 20 people! Service and food quality was perfection! Our servers, Ehm and Sophia, are true professionals not only in amazing service and attention to details, but in kindness to people. Thank you for treating us so well. We will be back.

Wow! I went to dinner with a group of seniors, at the downtown Winter Park location. Staff members were respectful, attentive and even gave us extras! The waitress was awesome! We totally enjoyed our delicious Italian cuisines!! Thank you Olive Garden!!!

The service was amazing and the food was great. Our server Lance was very nice and gave great service. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. The manager Christian came by our table and made sure everything was going well during our dining experience.

We had a catering this week and Olive Garden Winter Park did a great job for us. The food was delicious!! Kenny delivered the food and set up the tables for us. The food is delicious and the service is exquisite. My wife and I came here for a quaint night out and were not disappointed. The whole staff is wonderful and accommodating. Our server, Pharaoh, made sure we had everything we needed and was always on-point. Their new steak and pasta dish was cooked to a perfect medium; tender and well-seasoned. Definitely recommended and will be coming back for sure!

She was very attentive and kind and both Crystal and Tiffany made sure our order was absolutely perfect. We came for diner in tonight and we had Destiny as our server. Right away, she was very warm, friendly, and attentive. She made sure our drinks stayed filled, and made sure to check on us multiple times. I had the limited time beef tortellini, and I had a few modifications, and she made sure everything was done correctly and quickly. The manager also came to check on us, Olga, and she was very very kind. She made sure we enjoyed our entrees and made sure we were happy with every aspect of our time. If you go, make sure you ask for Destiny, she was FANTASTIC, and we cannot wait to see her again soon!

We had lunch yesterday. The service was outstanding. Our server was super friendly. When the order for our granddaughter was not correct she went over and and above to fix it. We left very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend OG

Excellent experience. The food was great as usual and the service was phenomenal. Cristina was the best. I've never gone to a restaurant and asked for a specific server, but I might start at this location. This was a solid 4 star outing. Cristina made it a 5.

Ask for Sara when you go ⭐️⭐️⭐️! I went to Olive Garden for the first time in over 12 years with a friend to celebrate my birthday 🎁, and I’m so glad we decided to give it another try. From the moment we sat down, our server Sara made the experience wonderful. She greeted 👋 us warmly and gave us plenty of time ⏰ to look over the menu 📑 since it had been so long since we’d been there. I ordered the Parmesan Chicken 🍗(which normally comes with a choice of soup 🥣 or salad 🥗 ), and Sara kindly brought me both at no extra charge. To top it off, she surprised us with a slice of chocolate 🍫 cake 🎂 that was absolutely to die for hands down the best dessert I’ve had this year ✨ and she gave it to us on the house 🏠 . Her service truly went above ⬆️ and beyond, and I really appreciated how thoughtful and generous she was. The food 🥘 was excellent, and I had forgotten just how large the portions are. We couldn’t even finish everything and had to take some food home. The only small downside was that the silverware 🍴 was very worn; I honestly would have preferred plastic utensils instead. It wasn’t a big deal, just something worth mentioning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, Sara, for making my birthday meal so special!

Our server Destiny was absolutely AMAZING! We came in with a party of 7, and she handled everything flawlessly. She was attentive, funny, and so personable. She truly made the whole experience better. Our drinks and food were always taken care of, she kept us laughing, and never once made us feel rushed or overlooked despite our large group. This was hands-down some of the best service we’ve had at Olive Garden. Destiny deserves major recognition, and we’ll definitely be asking for her again next time we come!

I’ve always been a big fan of Darden restaurants, but it’s been ages since I last visited an Olive Garden. After driving past this location countless times, I finally decided to order pickup — spaghetti with meat sauce, their famous salad, and two breadsticks — all for just $12.99 plus a $2 tip. Fifteen bucks total! Unbelievable value. The service was excellent — they even have a dedicated takeout person. The hostess was super friendly and welcoming, and the inside of the restaurant really surprised me. It’s much nicer than I expected — warm lighting, dark tables, and plenty of space without feeling noisy or crowded. The food was delicious, everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our server was attentive and had a great sense of humor. The food was great. I'm always afraid to order anything because I can't handle red sauce very well, too acidic. So I chose the ravioli filled pasta....DELICIOUS! My husband ordered the meatball pizza bowl and he was impressed as well. I didn't give it five stars because there were a couple of times our server was pulled away and we had to wait for refills and my husband bases tips highly on his drink service. Can't have the server pass by too many times and not notice. The other servers walked back and forth with nothing to do, so I asked one of we could get refills on our drinks, since she circled around us three times staring at her guests. She said she would tell our server, so we still waited until the manager was done with our server before getting a refill.

Yesterday my family and I dined at this location. The atomosphere was great. We got seated right away and the table was in the perfect spot. The service was good our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was the best part. I ordered the chicken Alfredo tortellini. The portions were just enough. Overall we will be back to enjoy another meal. That’s all.

Delayed food due to mobile orders management (Rain) informed they don’t have a mobile system She told me order by order So this means during the process from the greetings by host and waiting to get seated if 100 orders come in plus while waiter gets our drinks and the waiter takes our order the possibility more mobile orders can come in we will have to wait even longer To solve this problem is to hire more cooks and add another oven and stove just for mobile orders I don’t believe the customer that visits the restaurant should suffer the long wait. Staff was great manager did her best. Not sure if management is a fault just they need to come up with a plan to avoid this problem. This was my first time here at this location

I ordered dinner for delivery. With the current promotion, I did get free delivery, which was great Everything came in a timely matter and was packaged well. I asked that The marinara sauce for the eggplant Parmesan be on the side which it was along with the Alfredo for my side pasta. The only thing that was disappointing was there was no Parmesan on my eggplant Parmesan. I had some mozzarella cheese on hand so I used that. Would definitely order from this location again.

Besides sitting right by the kitchen everything was a great experience for a valentine date night. We were greeted as we opened the door and was sat immediately. Food was delicious, fresh, and hot.

Hands down your location is far greater than the one on West Colonial which sucks thank you for the Valentine's evening, however I wish we weren't right next to the kitchen...not that intimate. You would think the hostess would've thought of that?

Food was good as usual, however the flow of service was very slow for a day that didn't appear to be too busy. We had a group of 25 reserved, had to wait 40 minutes for our bread sticks and salads. Our server appeared to be doing her best but I thought she should have had more help or something. 2 hours total time.

The wait here was very long. We had got to our seat at 7:44 and by the time we even got our food wasn't till close to 9:30 pm. We got all our food around the same time along with the salad and breadsticks. Food was cold but the plate was the only thing that was hot. Manager was super nice as well as our waiter, but besides that service really lacked. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This last time here we had to sit by the bar the booth was very uncomfortable and run down the table was crooked it our waiter was the bartender we had to wait a long time for service which we didn’t mind, the food is not the same either greasy and just a messed. The salad was good it is always is we had to wait very long for breadsticks, the tour of Italy used to me my favorite the lasagna had no layers, the pasta was dried and barely any sauce on it, the chicken Parmesan was good, very poor execution an all the dishes, the soup was good, service was okay we just had to wait a lot for the waiter but she was good very attentive but she had a lot of people. I would not returned here cause the restaurant is very run down at least at the bar area where we were sitting.

Finally we were moved to another booth and asked our waitress for lemon 🍋 for our ice water and was given bad lemons. Asked for a manager who finally came to our table and told us he would not charge us for my wife's lunch. The restaurant was not that crowded but it seemed to take a long time to speak with the manager! Probably will not visit the location again due to the poor service and quality of the food!

I placed my order for a 1:05 PM pickup, arrived at 1:00 PM, and texted the pickup link immediately upon arrival. I was told the food would be brought out shortly. Instead, I did not receive my order until 1:28 PM. When the employee finally came out, she was carrying four bags, suggesting that multiple orders were brought out at the same time rather than mine being delivered when it was ready. As a result, I waited 26 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, during which my food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. Because of this delay, I was late returning to work at 1:30 PM. Based on this experience, the service deserved a ZERO STAR rating.

Worst experience ever at Olive Garden. Ordered a bottle of wine, shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, salad and bread sticks. Wine was ok the food was HORRIBLE!! No flavor at all had to wait for 6 min for salt and pepper. There were only 5 tables there when I was there but for some reason all the servers were hiding in the kitchen. We had to keep asking other servers to ask our server for something. Not sure what this place is going thru but I will definitely never return and not recommend this place to anyone. I'm sorry Olive Garden but you lost a few customers forever due to this experience.

They are NEVER on time with the curbside or to go orders. Every single time I wait at least 15, after the pickup time. Gave me pasta with no sauce. Just boiled pasta noodles. No salt no butter, and none of the sauce I bought.

This was my second visit to this branch, but it will likely be my last. Out of the four of us dining, two of the cutlery sets (fork, knife, spoon) were visibly dirty — you can clearly see it in the video below. Even though I asked for replacements, nothing was brought for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I couldn’t eat my starter salad, even though I was very hungry. Later, I was told that the dishes wouldn’t be washed for at least another 30 minutes, so they brought me plastic cutlery instead. As shown in the video, I had to eat my salad with a plastic fork. After about 40 minutes of waiting, our main dishes finally arrived. By then, I had lost my appetite and ate without much enjoyment. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I don’t plan on returning to this branch again.

I’m glad the other 2613 reviews came from people with low expectations! Soup was not hot, bread was salty, if I didn’t know better; I would think it was served before to another party. Done with this location. 😠

i sat at the bar because it wasnt busy at all and i just wanted a simple soup and salad meal i asked for a cup of hot water with lemon and everything seemed fine at first while i was watching the television and finishing my first cup i started to fix my second cup of lemon water and that is when i noticed something disgusting the water was brown and i realized i had already finished an entire cup of that same water with lemon in it it is really disappointing that a restaurant would serve water in that condition especially when they arent even busy enough to miss something that obvious i had already consumed a full glass before seeing the color in the second one and it completely ruined the experience for me i expect a lot more when it comes to basic cleanliness and health standards from a place like this. After telling the manger what had transpired she asked me is there anything else I can get for you???? Come on! I don't know what the heck I just put in my body. 🤢 They have got ro do better this is unacceptable. Also I cant forget about the small flies I kept having to fan away.😣😣🤮

Honestly, not sure if it was just a bad night but definitely the weirdest experience. 1. Sat in a place where the staff was constantly moving around with lots of traffic. This made me take notice of the unprofessional look. 2. Wasn’t spoken to for 15 minutes except for wait one second five minutes in. 3. From the front to the back I think only saw a little blonde girl that looked sorta professional. 4. It was such a weird vibe that we didn’t even stay for food. The staff was not that busy. Few things 1. Lose weight abd bring back nice black shirts. 2. Work on time management skills. 3. Breed confidence not uncertainty. If people are handling my food I want to be able to trust things are done well.

I only ordered take out but I did it twice and had the same experience both times. Horrible. Takes forever for them to have the food ready. The second time I only ordered bread sticks and it took them 40 minutes when the restaurant was slow. I called and asked about my order and was told “oh yeah it’s ready we will have that right out to you” and then I proceeded to wait another 12 minutes. I work in the restaurant business this is not acceptable. Food was average at best anyway. I’m never coming back.

My coworker and I went for the all you can eat pasta and when we arrived, the restaurant had a bad smell and didn’t feel very clean, which took away from the atmosphere and overall dining experience. On a positive note, our server was amazing -very attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciated their service. I think with some improvements in cleanliness and atmosphere, this location could provide the same enjoyable Olive Garden experience I know from other locations

Id like to say this place went EXTREMELY downhill, save your money and get take out! I went to the olive garden in winter park, I had gone there there many times prior and all past experiences were fine, but the new management is extremely terrible. The food lacks, I was served frozen chicken fingers, mashed potatoes literally made from powder. The portions are ridiculous as well-- I counted exactly 8 fries on my dish. The service was terrible, host did not greet me and was not friendly, servers are dull, no personality, no atmosphere at all, if I was you I'd save my money and go somewhere else-- just terrible!

Overall I definitely wouldn't recommend this olive garden. We won't be going back to this location after the (lack of) service we just experienced. We asked for a booth, the hostess asked us if a half booth/half table was okay... off to a bad start, but we said that's okay. The server that was right next to the hostess when we asked for a booth then took us to his table... not even a half booth like the hostess said. After getting our drinks, we said we needed a few minutes to figure out our orders, to which he came back about every 30 seconds to ask if we were ready, for the next 2-3 minutes. I barely even had time to look at any section of the menu by the time he came back to ask if we were ready. Mind you- we were one of the only tables in the restaurant at the time. We finally realized we just had to decide on-the-spot what we wanted. He also didn't even know how to pronounce minestrone. The breadsticks were overcooked every single time more were brought to our table- they just kept messing up the batches and they were all crunchy. The rest of the food was good, but by the time we needed boxes we asked for a to-go drink, we sat there for about 15-20 minutes waiting for just the drink. This isn't exaggerated either- I kept track of time after like 5 minutes of waiting. There's no excuse for a singular drink to take that long- our server just kept forgetting about us. After a great day in the Winter Park area, this whole experience was a terrible way to end the day.

We were sat right in front of the bar which was fine but that’s where they do the to go orders so there were a lot of employees there and they were joking and playing like they were in high school and we could hear ever word of their conversations which was super unprofessional. They were coming out of the kitchen eating and drinking, it was all very unprofessional.

I’m glad the other 2613 reviews came from people with low expectations! Soup was not hot, bread was salty, if I didn’t know better; I would think it was served before to another party. Done with this location. 😠

This was my second visit to this branch, but it will likely be my last. Out of the four of us dining, two of the cutlery sets (fork, knife, spoon) were visibly dirty — you can clearly see it in the video below. Even though I asked for replacements, nothing was brought for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I couldn’t eat my starter salad, even though I was very hungry. Later, I was told that the dishes wouldn’t be washed for at least another 30 minutes, so they brought me plastic cutlery instead. As shown in the video, I had to eat my salad with a plastic fork. After about 40 minutes of waiting, our main dishes finally arrived. By then, I had lost my appetite and ate without much enjoyment. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I don’t plan on returning to this branch again.

Honestly, not sure if it was just a bad night but definitely the weirdest experience. 1. Sat in a place where the staff was constantly moving around with lots of traffic. This made me take notice of the unprofessional look. 2. Wasn’t spoken to for 15 minutes except for wait one second five minutes in. 3. From the front to the back I think only saw a little blonde girl that looked sorta professional. 4. It was such a weird vibe that we didn’t even stay for food. The staff was not that busy. Few things 1. Lose weight abd bring back nice black shirts. 2. Work on time management skills. 3. Breed confidence not uncertainty. If people are handling my food I want to be able to trust things are done well.
