Our server Ale was absolutely amazing, and very professional. He knew the menu well, and made great recommendations, which we ended up loving. He made sure our order was exactly right, and was very attentive. We recently moved to the city, and we used to love our local Bulla. This was our first time visiting this location and it did not disappoint. Plenty of parking behing the building, which allowed for a nice walk to the venue. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. We will definitely visit again soon. Thank you Ale.

First time trying this restaurant and really enjoyed it. Enjoyed Happy Hour with good drink and food specials. Tried 8 different dishes and they were all very good. The stuffed Dates and the Fried Artichokes were our two favorite small plates. We live in Daytona Beach but we will be back and excited to try the weekend Brunch. Great service from the bartenders, especially Sam.

Marisa was our server and she was grand and welcoming! Pictures included in this review does not justice! The taste of all our dishes were impeccable! Pairing our meal with some San Pellegrino and the wife's Sangria blanco. This restaurant did NOT disappoint for the wife's birthday and the end of our Orlando vacation. Thank you Bulla! Order as follows: Chorizo stuffed dates - delicious! Mediterranean Salad - no green leaves but the ingredients were well seasoned Grilled octopus - nicely grilled with delicious corn sauce Steak - can't say enough. Was VERY savory Seafood paella - delicious flavor! HUGE PRAWNS in the middle with mussels, clams, shrimp around the platter. Ended with a surprise plate of mini churros for the birthday girl! Note: taste was MUCH better than Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom! Will definitely go back here and recommend this establishment to anyone!

I took my daughter for magical dining. We had an excellent night with delicious food and fantastic service. We both started with the fried artichokes. These were amazing and not to be missed. My daughter had the patatas bravas and I have the onion soup next. Both were delicious. My daughter's main course was the truffle carbonara and it was fantastic. I had the Solomillo, which was tender and flavorful. The cheese sauce was amazing. The churros for my dessert we're good. But the coconut flan and sorbet that my daughter had was a hit. I would definitely return to this place because the food is delicious. Our server was on top of things and made sure we were well taken care of.

We had an amazing time at Bulla Gastrobar in Winter Park! We sat at the bar, and our bartender — a lovely young lady whose name I sadly didn’t catch — was truly one of the best servers I’ve met in a long time. It was our first visit, and she patiently explained what tapas are, how large each portion is, and gave great recommendations. We followed all of her suggestions — the chicken skewers, garlic shrimp, and grilled octopus — and every single dish was spot on. The chicken skewers were juicy and full of flavor, the shrimp came sizzling hot in garlicky oil with crispy garlic chips, and the octopus was tender and perfectly charred, served over sweet corn purée. Throughout the meal, she checked in with genuine warmth and a big smile, making sure we were enjoying everything. You could really feel her passion for hospitality and how much she loves her job — it made the whole experience so much better. The food was fantastic, the sangria was refreshing, and the service was absolutely top-notch. We’ll definitely be back soon — hopefully to sit at her bar again!

I had a good experience at Bulla Gastrobar in Orlando. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a nice dinner or drinks with friends. Overall, it’s a place that feels both relaxed and a little upscale at the same time. The food, drinks, and service were all consistently good! The reservation was also easy to make!

It took some time to get seated since no one was up front to greet us, but once we were seated the experience improved. Amarylis was amazing — very communicative, friendly, helpful, and prompt. The food came out quickly, which was great. That said, the portions were on the small side considering the prices, vegetarian options are extremely limited and I was a bit disappointed to learn that happy hour is only available at the bar.

We had such a great experience, the service was impeccable. Gladys went above and beyond to make sure my family had an amazing time. 👉🏻 The Espresso Martini with añejo tequila was truly special, 100% recommended. The mixed paellas were flavorful and well-balanced; they didn’t blow my mind but were definitely enjoyable. We also shared several tapas and appetizers, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. Overall, a great spot with good energy, tasty food, and outstanding service.

We dined in for a leisurely lunch and got the appetizer and meal combo for $21, and the lavender margarita! Everything tasted amazing and the presentstion and portions were awesome! Spinach salad, the best burger Ive ever had, and my friend got the kale salad and salmon over spinach and garbanzo beans. Sam was our server and made the experience perfect from start to finish. His suggestions and timing were spot on; with a great attitude too. We shared a dessert - coconut flan with passion fruit sorbet. I'm so impressed & couldn't ask for better! I can hardly wait to come back again.

So glad I took a chance because everything we had was delicious and the presentation was stunning. We went to Bulla to have brunch and celebrate our first wedding anniversary. I’m loss for words. My family is from Spain and their food took me places that I haven’t been in so long, it kinda made me emotional. We did the three course brunch with the bottomless mimosas. The passion fruit mimosa is delicious. The croquetas were perfect, no exaggeration. The service was nothing but incredible, the atmosphere so cozy and friendly, all the food was incredible. Our server Christoph was amazing!!! He was very friendly, attentive and caring, made us feel like home! We will be coming back with friends and family. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their food.

Gladys was amazing!! A hondurian heaven sent queen. I have a garlic allergy and she literally wrote down everything I could eat and couldn’t. She treated me to a lemonade when they didn’t have ingredients for my mocktail and she petitioned to get a charge knocked off for me. Our group LOVED her. Plus! She was one of two services during brunch and she crushed it! We couldn't even tell. This place is great. Good vibes. Delicious food. And the mango lemonade she made us was fire. Ask for her!

We started off with drinks. The Spanish old fashioned and the Lavender Margarita were both very good - I would definitely recommend trying them. For a non-alcoholic drink we had the Mango Mule, which was good but if you aren’t a fan of a strong ginger taste I would try something else. We had a few items from their tapas section. Starting off with the fried artichokes. I really enjoyed this dish with the mint aioli. Note: It is a bit greasy. We also had the Albondigas (meatballs) and an order of Lentil soup. Both were good as well. The star of the night was the Montaditos. The brisket paired with the marmalade on top was amazing. We were still talking about it the next day. We ended the night with an order of churros that came with two dipping sauces. They were very good and came out fresh. The atmosphere is nice. My only complaint was how close they put the tables. We felt like we didn’t have much privacy and you could hear the conversations next to us. Especially with a loud group by us. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would recommend checking it out.

We went to Bulla Gastro Bar for dinner and started with some tapas — very good quality with authentic flavors from Spain. For the main course, we ordered two paellas for our party of five. The flavor was decent, but the execution fell short: the rice was undercooked and too wet, and the seafood seemed to have been cooked separately rather than together with the dish. On the positive side, our server was very nice, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and dessert ended the night on a good note. Overall, we had a good time, but the paella could definitely be improved to match the quality of the rest.
