I would like to take a minute and let y’all know that I ate at Ruth Chris tonight. Did a reservation about 430 for 630 it’s my boyfriend and my anniversary for three months and when we got there, they set us in the back they called me by my last name they had roses on the table. The server name was Patrick Hands-down he was so delicate and nice. He wasn’t forceful. He was very understanding at such a special time as of today and I just really want to reach out you can read my reviews. Everything is official and solid. I just wanna reach out and let y’all know if y’all do go to Ruth Chris. Please just ask for Patrick cause he really did his Thing tonight the supervisor even came over and asked how was our food and I told him everything was The food was hot the appetizers, the bread the soup I even had a tea at the end I mean the service was fake phenomenal again. I wanna make sure that y’all guys go check him out.

I recently celebrated my graduation at Ruth’s Chris, and it was an unforgettable experience! We had an early reservation, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Our server, Taylor, was amazing—so attentive and friendly, making sure everything went smoothly. The staff was incredibly kind, and they took such great care of us throughout the evening. This was my first time going to Ruth’s Chris and it was an amazing experience. We went for our 6 year anniversary so when we got to our table, we had rose petals on it. It was so nice and pretty! The customer service was A1. The server learns the name of the other person with you and calls you by your names as well. Many servers, managers, etc.., said Happy Anniversary to us and started up conversations that didn’t feel forced and weren’t awkward at all. The food was excellent and so tasty. I had the Steak & Lobster, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned! My partner had the Salmon and Shrimp, which they really enjoyed! Overall, the atmosphere, servers and food were amazing and we will definitely come back for other milestones!

We did this date night after my wife traveled for a little bit. It was so good and definitely worth the extra cost for the steakhouse. It was our first visit. The waiter we had was phenomenal and he has been doing it for 15 years. I definitely will go back but maybe not eat so much bread so I’m not so full for dessert, lol.

This location made my mother’s 50th birthday truly special. The restaurant went above and beyond by decorating the table with festive “Happy Birthday” glitter pieces and providing a thoughtful birthday card. To top it off, they surprised her with a cheesecake dessert and candle at the end of the evening. Our server, Damien, was exceptional—always attentive, prompt, and ready with alternative options to accommodate our needs. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the Magical Dining menu, which offered a wonderful selection this year. It’s worth noting that side dishes are not included with the Magical Dining menu, and since the restaurant serves family-style portions, parties of five or more may want to order double sides to ensure everyone has enough. Guests may also order from the regular menu, though pricing may vary if combined with the Magical Dining menu. Every dish was prepared to perfection, with the only exception being my partner’s NY strip, which was served well done instead of medium rare. Even so, it was delicious, and she finished every bite. The fresh bread, served throughout the evening, was another highlight. As a local, I can confidently say this restaurant never disappoints. They continue to deliver outstanding experiences, and I look forward to returning to Ruth’s Chris again soon

We had a perfectly delightful dinner here this week. It began with greetings from both our server and his assistant. Great list of cocktails and wines - I highly recommend the Blueberry Mojito - delicious. Salads were large with just the right amount of dressing. Entrees were perfectly prepared according to our requests. Do not miss the delicious side of sweet potato casserole - I would be happy just having a bowl of that! Finally, the chocolate "Sin" cake, was decadently sinful and worth whatever act of contrition becomes necessary. We enjoyed a nice visit from the manager and outstanding service throughout the meal. Damien, our server, was both professional and entertaining. We're so glad to have this option close to home. We'll be back frequently.

Also, I don’t know how that creamed spinach is that good but we are fans! Too expensive for a regular visit but definitely worth it for a special event or date night.

We visited the Winter Park location for my Birthday and the Magical Dinning event. Myself and my wife both had the filet mignon. It was cooked to perfection and was delicious. We also had the stuffed mushrooms and the lobster mac and cheese and both we awesome. The food was amazing but the service we recieved from Lori and Alex was even better. We had an incredible dinner tonight at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it deserves every bit of five stars. The setting was warm and inviting while still feeling upscale. Low lighting and a refined but comfortable vibe made it ideal for slowing down and really enjoying the evening. We began with the crab cakes — and I’ll be honest, they may be the best I’ve ever had. I’m from the East Coast, and I go out of my way to order crab cakes everywhere I travel. Some restaurants I visit just for their crab cakes. Ruth’s Chris set a new standard. Perfectly seared, generous portions of real crab, minimal filler, and bursting with flavor. Outstanding. For the entrée, we had the outlaw ribeye cooked to a perfect blue rare. That’s not an easy cook to nail, but Ruth’s Chris delivered. The steak came out sizzling, beautifully seared on the outside and exactly as ordered inside. Every bite was tender, juicy, and rich with flavor — a showcase of why they’re famous for steak. The au gratin potatoes were creamy, decadent, and the ideal complement to the ribeye. Comfort food elevated to a fine dining level. Our server was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and clearly proud of the food they were serving. Everything was timed perfectly, and we never had to ask for anything twice. Between the crab cakes, the flawlessly cooked ribeye, and the incredible service, this was a standout dinner. Ruth’s Chris isn’t just about eating — it’s about experiencing steak at its best. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or just want a night where everything feels dialed in, this is it.

Eddie, the manager, stepped in to take care of our table while our server was tied up and he was phenomenal. Quick, funny, personable, incredibly welcoming, and spot on with his recommendations. He struck that perfect balance of professionalism and warmth that makes you feel genuinely taken care of. Damian, our server, was equally fantastic. Funny, attentive, and clearly happy to be there. The positive energy from both of them was infectious and elevated the entire evening. This is how a steakhouse experience should be done. We will absolutely be back! We decided to go back to HH today after having such a great experience a few weeks ago. This time we had HALEY as our server, and she was super efficient, attentive, and fun to chat with. I got the Chicken sandwich on the HH menu this time and it was very good! The chicken was nice and juicy and the French fries were really hot, just like I love. We find this spot a great value for what you get.

My wife and I had a wedding "reception" dinner for a group of 24. We were able to use one of the patios and everything was 10/10 perfect. The staff was friendly and attended to us quickly. Facility is modern and clean. Food was cooked perfectly, the timing of which the appetizers, salad, entree, sides, and dessert came out was superb. I can't speak highly enough of this Steak House. For them to accommodate a party of 20 + people and the food to be cooked and timed like we were a group of 4 was exemplary. Thank you everyone.

On the Friday evening before Valentine’s Day, a girlfriend and I stopped in for a quick drink before a movie, fully aware it would probably be one of the busiest nights for them. The restaurant was completely booked, including the bar area, yet within moments a manager named Andre approached us with warmth and professionalism. He personally checked on availability and assured us it would only be a short wait, and he delivered. Once we were seated, Cristian our bartender took exceptional care of us. Our cocktails were so beautifully crafted, the appetizers were impeccable, and the level of attentiveness from the entire staff was truly remarkable. Even in the midst of a packed full house. Hands down one of the best service and dining experiences we’ve had. Exceptional from start to finish! we’ll absolutely be back.

Julian was an EXCELLENT waiter. He exceeded our expectations and was very professional in a fun non stuffy way. Thanks for a great night. Our food was amazing. Our Pittsburgh Rare steak was perfect. And the bown butter smokey old fashion is our new favorite.

We were so surprised at how good everything was. We had the tuna and shrimp cocktail appetizers, rib eye entree and carrot cake and bread pudding. The sweet potato casserole side was a hit for both of us. Steaks were cooked to perfection. The server was very attentive and offered excellent advice. The Brown Butter Old Fashioned was smooth and yummy, another favorite. I highly recommend.

My husband and I went here for a new year’s dinner. The staff were very friendly and we were greeted right away. Our reservation was for 6 pm and we were seated 10 minutes early. Our waiter Tony was great and helped us with all our needs. The food was lackluster and lacked flavor and presentation, the steak was cooked incorrectly and was made rare instead of medium. Tony quickly took the steak back and finished cooking it for us. The cocktails were good, the sprite was kind of flat. My scallops were good but the risotto was cooked inconsistently and was hard in some bites. The total bill ended up being almost 300 dollars and I just felt like the food was disappointing at best.

From a 5 star in 2017 to a 2 star in 2026. On Valentines day, we are sat at a six top round table. We are 2 people (my wife and I) Bright room(not romntic).Almost felt cafeteria style. The shrimp coctail was good. The bread was also good. The service was good except ,no tempature check from the waiter. So now the real rub. The steak was below average. Asked for medium and my filet came out medium well. No sizzlr in butter. Nada. Just a below average steak.(I don't send food back) Lobster tail was good. My wife had 3 bites of her ribeye and the rest came home(now in trash). The net of it all was a flush of a few hundred bucks for a disapointing experience. Note:This was the Winter Park locaton. In 2017 i had taken my staff out to the Heathrow location. Thqt was great.

I’m not sure what’s going on in the restaurant industry but it’s like most places cannot cook or they are just hiring anybody to cook the food. It used to be exciting to eat out for me, now when I eat out I feel like I’m playing Russian roulette. I’m always thinking am I gonna spend almost $100 for food I’m going to regret? That’s exactly what happened tonight. I ordered a Caesar salad and the crab cakes and it was so average, actually below average. $70 down the drain. My little sister could’ve made better food. I don’t know what’s going on in the restaurant industry, but learn how to cook! At this point, I feel like I’m just donating money to places.
