Be prepared to be yelled at!! While we were waiting for the order, an old lady called my number. I was looking at my number to confirm it’s my order, the old lady works there called my number again. I literally stand like two steps away and I got there as soon as possible. She yelled at me so loudly and so impatiently: “OMG, why I need to call your number twice. Did you not hear the number? “ and she rolled her eyes on me. I was like: I did!! I was just checking to make sure it’s mine. So rude and so mean!!!

!!ATTENTION PLEASE !!The food is ok but please listen and this McDonald ROBS you. When you are paying the cashiers automatically press the donation button that round your total up and then they rip the part of the receipt that says you donated off so that the customers don’t see that their total went up and they received less money back. If you pay with a card it’s the same concept but more money will be taken off your card instead of the regular total. Please pay attention to your receipt and change because they will not ask you if you want to donate they will automatically press the donation button. And don’t blame the cashiers it’s the managers that make them do it . Also if you try to confront them the manager will say that it was an issue with the computer

Their price is rip-off. A BigMac meal is asking for $13 which a double than in Manhattan. Be aware before you go there, you will have not much choice.

Food is ok, but this is a 1 given the way they operate this franchise. Coming from NYC, I was surprised the prices here are HIGHER than they are there. Why? Given the prices, I asked (I knew what the response would be) if refills on drinks were allowed. They said no. Never been to a McDonald’s like that Lastly, asked for ketchup. Gave me 2 small packets and that was all This franchisee is trying to cut costs and jack up prices. Beware and go elsewhere if you can!

Horrible experience staff didn’t come to the front to acknowledge customer for at least 15-20 min staff also was clueless in how to scan the QR code on the mobile app I wanted to get lunch for my kids which because of incompetence that didn’t happen I will never come back

This is not mcdonald. Garbage. No sause for nuggets, no comble for cheese burger charge by each item and they won't tell you anything.

Super bad..the workers got our food mixed up. We didnt even order much and it took forever to get our food just for them to get it wrong. When we tried to call for the worker outside the window by gently tapping on it, this female worker just gave a glance and didnt come?? My mom had to get out of the freakin car and finally the worker came. She even had the audacity to just stand and look at us as if she didnt do anything wrong. I dont recommend this place. I strongly advise to visit some other mcdonalds if you want good service unlike here. 1/10.
