I like my pizzas a little different than most, very light cheese and extra sauce. I could never find a place that seemed to be able to grasp the concept of light cheese, until I started to going to Dominos in Woodhaven. They get it right everytime! I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so. Plus the staff is great!

The staff here is so nice and cheerful every time I come in, and I have never had any issues with my orders. Everything always tastes great, too. I love Domino's!

Honestly I have not had dominos in awhile probably since early 2000s I grew up having it since Owner Tom Monaghan lived in Ann Arbor. but I tell ya I order it tonight . I was impressed .. keep it up ! It was delicious.

I never order from any other place, Domino's has options for the amount of cheese, sauce and toppings so your pizza can be personalized any way you want. This particular location has never disappointed me and I am always impressed.

I have not had dominos in a very long time. Tonight we ordered for delivery and the pizza came on time and nice and warm!! The delivery man was very nice and polite. I beleive his name is Thomas. We will be ordering again. The big plus they are egg free!!

I ordered a pizza online at 10:30pm Tuesday night and they close at 11pm. I placed my order and within 5 minutes Domino's called me to say that they apologize that their drivers are running behind. She said they could still deliver the my order, but it maybe up to an hour wait due to both drivers we out delivering. To my surprise at 11:10pm my doorbell rang and my pizza was here. I was impressed that I received the phone call with the status of my delivery, even though that said, the driver still got here fast.

Domino's gluten free pizzas are surprisingly good! I haven't had real pizza in almost 20 years. This pizza has a very thin crust, thankfully. The sauce is tasty, the pepperoni good. Overall, I loved it.

Haven't had Dominos since my college days. They have stepped up the flavor for sure. Ordered online and was able to track my order the whole time. Steven was cool, food was great, will order again. Well done!

Ordering online is super convenient; you can do it one handed while a 7 month old kid pulls your hair and squirms around. I almost always get 2x 2-topping mediums for $5.99 each and have pick them up. The black box "handmade pan" is tastier but costs a bit more. The total for 16 slices is less than $13 if you get the 2x medium deal.... You can customize them so you get different toppings on each half. The people are friendly, quick, consistent. The food quality has gone up in the past 5 or 6 years. For $1 more than a the price of a hot & ready, and only a modicum of effort on your part you get fresh pizza with WAY better taste and quality. They also have pretty good wings and other stuff. Their specialties are a step up from average pizza places too. Its unbeatable if price is at all a factor for you and you're planning on pizza. If $$ not a concern, try Cottage Inn or Aubrees or something like that. They also have an app for your smartphone and sometimes can send you good email coupons if you're into that sort of thing.

I always get a pan pizza with 3x cheese and feta. Sometimes pineapple. The best hands down! I don't like the original crust with or without the herbs, it has to be the pan pizza. Wish they dipped all of their wings and not just the speciality ones. The staff is always energetic and polite, store is always clean and service is always fast. The prices aren't bad either. What more could you want?

There's a few reasons why Domino's is one of the best. First, they have delicious tasting pizza and if you get two mediums one topping is 12 bucks so that's not bad. But, one thing for sure that I really like that separates them from any other pizza place that I know of, is that certain toppings are not counted as double toppings. Chicken, steak, Etc anywhere else would count as a double topping but not here. Chicken is just one topping same with steak and others.

I've ordered from here a few times and I've never had a problem. The pizza arrives within 30 minutes or so.. its hot and taste good. I've ordered online every single time and my order is always correct when it arrives.

One of the better delivery experiences from this place. Pizza was ridiculously fresh! Wish I knew the name of the gentleman that delivered our pizza, he was polite and kind.

This is the best Domino's! My daughter fell asleep in the car not once, but twice when I have gone to pick up our food. Instead of waking her up to take her in, the employees have been kind enough to bring our food right to the door so I don't have to take her out of her car seat! Thank you!

I haven't had Domino's in over 10 years! I called and had no idea what to order lol but this guy Carlos was very sweet and patient with me and the pizza was alright it wasn't really hot but it was still good.

Great Dominos location they are always so quick here and they keep the pizza tracker updated. Food has always been good, however it is pretty expensive if you do not use their app. I highly recommend using the app to get the best deals.

Jacob always goes above and beyond to serve us. He seems to always be working and has a great attitude. This Dominoes is my favorite.

My favorite place to order pizza from. The delivery drivers are always so kind and pleasant, and the delivery is always so fast. I’ve never gotten an incorrect order from them or an order I was not pleased with. And I appreciate that they are open later than other places nearby for when I fail to properly dinner plan. This businesses existence makes my life simpler which is very much appreciated!

Ordered through door dash and requested a sausage and ham pizza, and was delivered a cheese. Replaced the order no problem, but I saw that it was being made as cheese again. I have no idea what was going on with the door dash app but I called to make sure it was correct and felt terrible that it wasn’t going through properly for them. They fixed it no problem and was happy to help. So appreciated!!! Great customer service

I had to speak on this since I never thought I would see it. Last night I saw a Dominos employee delivering food to my apartment building as I was going up stairs. I heard the lady downstairs yelling and as he was at exit of the building she assaulted him and called him a slur because he couldn't give her free food without his supers permission. I am proud of the employee for not hitting her. Shame on her for hitting that poor boy for doing his job. The food there is pretty good and the delivery service is top notch.

Placed an order online and was warmly greeted by the staff upon arrival. The lobby was clean, and I was promptly attended to. My pizza was ready on time, perfectly warm, and tasted exceptional. Domino’s has the best dough without a doubt.

This place used to be hit and a miss (depending on the cook) however, I've been content with the pizzas lately. We usually order the cheese extra cheese and they are delicious. I'm not a big fan of their pepperoni's, they taste different to me. I definitely recommend getting the $7.99 deal for a large hand tossed and try the cheese extra cheese. You'll be impressed!

Saw one guy working last night (09/27/24) making a bunch of food and handling customers like a champ 🏆 I also saw the female delivery driver pull in and park and she was sitting in her car for about 10 minutes playing on her phone while the guy was working hard inside. 5 stars for the guy working inside, great job Dude 👍

I love this place. I've ordered here 5 times now. They offer online ordering (important for me), they're super fast and the delivery people are always friendly. I always feel like most drivers show up, want their money and to leave but these drivers add in a smile and have that extra bit of friendliness to their service. I love the food, their bacon and jalapeno stuffed bread is AMAZING, and I love their deluxe. My boyfriend has been super picky about their food and hasn't found anything he likes (which is the only reason for 4 of 5), but aside from the sub I've thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Very skimpy on the sauce. Friendly staff and quick service. But they are a pizza place, and the pizza was not that great. I will go back, but not high on my list.

Pizza was made timely and with the correct toppings. But bacon is considered a premium topping at this location and is a dollar additional charge. The amount of bacon put on the pizza for charging an extra dollar is a joke. I will be visiting the Southgate location from now. They always load my pizza with toppings and do not charge a premium for bacon.

Pizza is good, but this is the second time in a month something has gone wrong. First time they delivered the wrong order to us. This time they forgot the pop and weren't going to bring it until I called the store and demanded it be brought out.

First time in many years I've tried Domino's. Was a big fan when I lived in Ann arbor and Tom Monahan owned it. Thought I would check them out again. Pizza I got was just okay. Was very Skippy on ingredients and didn't get the double cheese that I ordered ( charge for though). Especially for the amount of money I paid for the pizzas. The quality of the ingredients wasn't that great either. Got to admit I was very disappointed. I'll stick with the mom and pop restaurants that serve pizza. Get more bang for your buck at those places. Sorry Domino's you need to prove you're worth it to get my money. You fell short!!!

Lately, they have been under cooking the dough and not paying attention to the toppings distribution. We order half and half (different toppings on each side), and it hasn't been right the past two times. They are so under staffed and busy. Just wish they'd pay more attention to details. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

The pizza dip that we usually get was burnt and hard. And was about a quarter of an inch deep. Wouldn't be able to dip anything in that, so disappointing.

The only reason I'm leaving a review is because of the nasty pubic or beard hair that was on my food. I never had a problem with this location until today. Employees hands must be washed and a hair net worn. So disgusting!

1 of 3 pizzas was not made correctly (wrong crust). 2nd time in a row order was messed up (1st time 32 piece of garlic bread bites were really 24 bread bites but wasn't worth the drive to take back), they didn't answer my email, and only said sorry when I brought it up on this order. We may not be going back?

The only thing half good is the chicken wings and last time we were there the ran out of chicken... Go figure... Their chicken bowels have no bowels anymore and they are small burnt half the time and expensive... They never learned how to make good pizza... They were suppose to make it with better ingredients and tastier but it just taste like the same old nasty sauce and ingredients ...

A long long time ago in the 1990s Dominos was on the corner of South Roessler and West Front St. The pepperoni and cheese pizza cost $5.25 and it was Delicious! What happened to That sauce? This sauce today was sparse and had an aftertaste that was hard to put my finger on. This was my 2nd time trying Dominos since its return to Monroe, Michigan.

First time ever ordering from Domino's and I will most likely not come back. I ordered 2 large choose any pizza, any toppings bc there was a deal going on. We did like a meat lovers with the robust tomato sauce; didn't like the robust tomato sauce (too spicy). We did like a Hawaiian with the honey bbq sauce, which was very good. The crust on the tomato sauce was good and crunchy. The one with the BBQ sauce was not good. We ordered a side of parmesan bites and cinnamon bites; they were ok (parmesan bites were not good the next day). The cinnamon bites were good the day of, BUT THERE WAS NO SUGAR ON THEM. all we got was cinnamon. Very disappointed with the whole order, to be honest.

This is really bad experience, I was at pilot and I tried to order some stuff for deliver. But they told me that they can't deliver over there coz the people of pilot gas station they don't want them to deliver over there, if they do then pilot people gave them problems and the lady on the phone told me that she don't want any problem, lol I mean I m in America

The worst pizza! It's not just a particular location. It's just terrible pizza ,from the crust to the sauce and the cheese. It doesn't really matter if the toppings are fresh if the basic pizza is inedible. It takes a special kind of company to consistently turn out horrible pizza and make it inedible.

Ordered delivery at 8pm, still haven’t received the pizzas at 10:53pm. Any attempt to call the store is met with an automated message apologizing for technical difficulties before terminating the call. My card was charged already so Ill have to call and get a refund in the morning.

Figured we try a pizza at the new Dominos in Trenton They used CANNED tomatoes on the pizza & it tasted like it was made a week ago. It was HORRIBLE & NO JOKE-we’ve had better frozen Pizzas-so we will NEVER go there again

Got my pizza an hour after I ordered. It sat in quality check for 15 minutes and then left the store in "jacobs" car and got to me luke warm. It's really not that hard to get a hot pizza to someone, yet these clowns can't figure it out.

My husband went to the location on West Road and Hall Road to pick up a medium with mushroom and onion pizza for the Spartan game. He wasn't told that they moved and had to drive right back to Trenton then got home and the pizza barely had a hand full of toppings... for $11.00... come on now it's not like a pizza with bacon or ham... we're talking about some mushrooms and onions. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... JETS HERE WE COME

After complaining to the store about an issue and them not handling it I made a.complaint to corporate. It is 10:49pm on a Sunday and eric from the store just called and woke me and my new born up to talk about the complaint? Are you kidding me???? NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN !

Worst place waiting on a order. They claim they were back-up. My wife call twice to confrim this order. $10 off our next order. From 9:20pm to 11pm. And still no food. We will be contacting the office.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered an XL pizza and they showed up with a small. Called them to tell them they made a mistake and she told me thats the size of the XL. Complete ripp off. Never again.

Answer your phone bro this was ridiculous. Yall gave us a cheese pizza when we asked for pepperoni and the incorrect number of cinnamon twists. We sat on the phone for like 20 minutes and it was never picked up. Won’t be ordering from this location again

The general manager here at this location Daniel has something up his….. I’m a return customer literally one to 2 times a week I love the service usually but today I’m terribly upset by the treatment and service the owner DOC Sarah Beil needs to take a look at this location and this managers conduct he treated me like trash hung up on me laughed in my face I’ve a .20 cent marinara if I order 40 dollars worth of food and tip 15 dollars and pay 8 or 9 dollars for breadsticks why would I not get something to dip it in I order there always and always receive marinara with my bread bites he treated me like a minority laughed at me and assumed I was to poor to pay for a .30 cent marinara. I had to call 2 times to get his name and his bosses name. Shame on you I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in the last month there the customer is right he told me he don’t know what to tell me that he don’t know what to tell me I told him he could asked me if I wanted sauce with my 40 purchase right? But I guess he couldn’t ask that because they third party there orders threw the Philippines. So much for America and supporting local businesses Daniel is fake and petty

Sorry for this negative post! Ordered 1 large pepperoni and double cheese 1small thin crust pepperoni and double cheese 1 regular bread sticks $37.00!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? So disappointed not only for the price gouging but the cold flavor less food! We will never order from them again! Just watched their tv ad-offering 7.?? Per pizza! How can they over charge like that? Manager needs to oversee these complaints! WOW ! The entire situation stinks! 37.00 wth

The people working there are good, the quality of the food provided to them is terrible. The wings are so small they must be getting their chicken from a polio farm. The sauce was drizzled over the wings. (Really being stingy with the sauce is gonna save the farm?) I know Dominos is capable of a whole lot more. Or at least they used to. I'm sure most of these issues are coming from some board room. I would hate to think that some local buisness owner thinks this is good customer service. Please don't bother trying to give me any coupons or some incentive to try and swede me. I will be taking my pizza buisness to your competitors.

This store has forgotten my pizza sauce three times. I just spoke to the manager, who seemed very unconcerned. They are sending the sauce now. *EDIT - they continue to forget the sauce. Seriously the ONLY reason I still order from this store is the fact that I like the pizza and they're the only Domino's that delivers to me. Don't bother paying for extra sauce. You won't get it.

Absolutely the worst subs we have had from there. It was all bread with a thin layer of cheese for Philly sub and buffalo chicken with tiny amounts of meat. Didn’t even taste a bite of chicken . This was the second time . I am done with them and paid 8 bucks a piece for cheese bread .

Ordered the $20 special plus 1 more med. Asked fro 2 pep 1 just cheese. Got 3 cheese. Taste was very bland. I will never order Domino's again. I was so excited when we ordered this for us and our grandkids. I will never order again.

Honestly wish I could leave zero stars, when I pay over $8 for a pasta dish I expect more than a kids size 4 bite portion. As a paying customer choosing to spend their hard earned money at an establishment hoping a good filling meal will come from the price I have to pay for 1 dish no drink no sides no nothing this is HIGHLY disappointing I do not think I will be coming here in the future and send a warming to others that scamflation has yet again hit another establishment!

I tried ordering pizza online and it won't process my order. It keeps saying to try again or call the store. After three attempts to order online, I called the store to order the first time someone picked up and hung up. The second time someone picked up and wouldn't answer me. I could hear the employees talking in the back of the store. The third time I called nobody answered. It just kept me on hold

Check this simple thing before you give the pizza to the customers. It is necessary to look for a second to see if any toppings are missing or if anything else is missing? Manytimes it happened with me, there is no pineapple on the pizza.

This place is horrible. Put in a order online total almost $60.00. Can't go over $50.00 to pay in store. Can't take my payment because I ordered online and register won't take it. Ordered once before had a large order than get there and won't take $50.00 bills. These places need to realize not all people use credit cards. You lost a customer for good.

Can’t seem to get a different manager besides Jacob! So I ordered yesterday through Uber eats I got a notification that my order was delivered. I called him into the store and Jacob kept telling me that the delivery driver dropped off my food. I assured him that nobody brought food to my house and asked him to remake it if I had to I would pick it up, even though I paid for delivery and tip. I get to the store and he says I checked with my driver and he didn’t deliver your order which I know he didn’t. And then tells me that Uber eats is the one that canceled my order which they weren’t. And didn’t refund me like he said they did! Then keeps telling me that next time I need to make sure that this doesn’t happen Excuse me, sir!! So I get my food they didn’t cut my pizza. They didn’t cut my cheese bread. This is crazy! And crazy for business considering I also run a business in the city of Trenton!

Had their pizza this last Friday the pizza tasted off and not right. Fast forward to Saturday and my husband and youngest son who ate most of it ended up puking. Not sure if it’s a coincidence but sounds like food poisoning to me. Maybe you should look into proper safety when handling food so others don’t end up sick.

Tried placing an online order near 11 pm, open till midnight it says, order would not go through so I called, figured online orders stopped at 11, then I wait on the phone for a combined total of 22 mins, no one answered, so I drove up here to place my order directly. Let my phone ring the whole way here. 11 mins on the last try alone. Walked in the door, guess what, phone ringing constantly, 2 men ignoring it for all they are worth. Apparently they close at 11 pm now, I wonder what the owner will think about the hour change? From what I gather Keith the manager at the time told the other people not to answer the phone. But since I walked in they had no choice but to cook my order I guess, the guy then ignores several more phone calls while making my food, got it on video if the franchise owner wants to see.

I originally was calling the store because I ordered the spinach feta cheese bread and my dipping sauce wasn’t in my order but then I noticed that my build your own pasta was lacking in ingredients. There nothing h quite like a dry pasta with 2 pieces of spinach and 5 barely there chunks of chicken. Quality control is lacking.
