I’ve had the worst McDonald’s experience at 4775 Washtenaw in Ann Arbor and the absolute BEST at West Rd in Woodhaven. Phenomenal staff. Well trained and efficient. Orders are always correct, fast and hot! No matter the time of day the staff is friendly. Have a mobile order? No problem they know what to do. Have a special order? It’s correct. Love this location!!

I always feel at home when I come to this place, rarely ever have a issue, ill go here 10 times a month and only maybe 1 of those times a issue would but they usually do solve it easily. great staff too ive stopped to talk to the cashier or whoever multiple times because they notice im a regular and would actually have a nice conversation with me. would recommend!

This location is fantastic for breakfast (especially Rusty!) However slightly lacking in their dinner time staff. I swing by here for happy meals now and then and there is something missing from the happy meals (fries, apple slices, etc) about 25% of the time. Still giving 5 stars because the breakfast staff is amazing!

I stopped here on my way OT and this happened to be the best mc Donald’s I’ve had in Michigan in the past 2 years! Everything was fresh af. I had a fish sandwich meal and it was perfect! They didn’t skimp on the sauce so I didn’t even think about that half slice of cheese! Over all I would recommend

Excellent service! They were slammed, cars all the way on West Rd. My daughter's made the comment about getting fresh nuggets and fries for a change, as we usually go to the Flat Rock one. But they were closed. I think I'll drive the extra 7 mins and continue to go to this one. Shout out to the staff, as they did an excellent job!

absolutely amazing! i have been going to this mcdonald's location for over 8 years. most of the time, i have been going to their drive thru. i sometimes go inside their building and mostly the mcdonald's is clean. always get my order correct and give it me me fast. their foods has been tasting good. my favorite is the mcchicken, french fries, and their milkshakes.

For how busy they get, they always handle it well unlike Little Caesars and Jimmy Johns. Their staff is always courteous and and very polite. Never had an issue with my order but I'm sure they'd handle, no problem. This is how service should be.

I only got a large coffee on a Wednesday morning, but the coffee was hot and made just the way I requested on the self-pay order menu. I worked many years ago for McDonald's in Tennessee in two different cities. This is the nicest and cleanest McDonald's I have been to in many years. Cleanliness is a huge factor for me. My order arrived to me in about three minutes. This McDonald's is obviously being managed well and has a good crew in the kitchen, and throughout the store. I even encountered a McDonald's employee pressure washing the sidewalks and building as I was entering the restaurant at about 9AM. Honestly, this location is pretty good. Rarely order issues or food quality problems. Foods always hot and fresh. Only criticism is the fries here could be cooked longer, they're a little under cooked and not golden brown. Never have been.

This is my favorite McDonald's! I will go out of my way to got to this location. They are typically quick (not always, but that is to be expected on occasion, especially with the current circumstances), clean, always friendly, and they handle errors with no attitude or rudeness (don't be rude to people and get treated the same. What a concept, eh?). My only reason for the 4 star, is that it does seem like every time I order from there lately, I get the wrong food. They are kind about replacements, but I am a single mother of 3, and it is not usually easy for me to drive back up there to get my kids food. I understand the current circumstances, and thus took that into consideration in my rating. Overall, they are doing a GREAT job at this location! Good job team!

I waited in drive thru lane because rest was closed to public..no problem there.place an order for 3 orders of pancakes..special request. I asked for them not to be heated..the young man asks what do u mean..I said cold not cooked please...paid for order ,I was handed 3 pancakes and jus by feel I could tell that we're cooked ,handed back to the young man and asked for cold ones ,he spoke to someone in the bak that said jus the bottom ones were hot from the table not true. the reason for cold pancakes is granddaughter likes mcdonalds pancakes but she sleeps in on the weekends and when pancakes are reheated they become rubbery and she won't eat them called and spoke to manager that stated all food had to be cooked. I said that is fine ,only if they stated that while I was in line , would have went to another location that could honor my request.so 9.51 I'm out because g daughter won't eat rubbery pancakes.

They were very busy an messing a lot of orders up, but there was very nice young man that handled all the problems with complete professionalism. Had it not been for him I would have been very aggravated. I didn't catch his name but he had a tattoo on his forearm an was about 5'7 for any managers reading this.

Just FYI the reason I don't like this place is because of the environment, it has nothing to do with food or service. So let me be clear food tastes great (or just as you'd expect a McDonald's to taste) This isn't McDonald's it's a prison, you walk in, it's so gray and dull, with no color or life. The soda machines aren't in the public area so you can't go and grab refills whenever you want. There are only two screens that display food items. I'm not even going to mention the price of food. But other than that no problem, if the atmosphere felt more colorful and happy rather than a modern gray boring look, bring back soda machine, and be less expensive you'll be more welcoming.

McDonald's is reliable with its food. This location is updated and had the self serve kiosks, which I find a deterrent to going indoors to any McD's that has them. They're clunky and take much longer to place am order- especially one with any special features. Of course, no one was at the register for minutes at a time, forcing you to pay at the kiosk. I wanted a meatless breakfast sandwich with extra egg. And I wanted to pay I'm cash. Very frustrating.

Never seems to disappoint. The food was ok but the service I got this time needs to improve. The food here is already overpriced but my food is never fresh, and the fries are soggy and cold. I'm like the only one in the drive-through. They tell me to pull forward and they will bring my food to me. When they do it's the wrong order. I waited like three minutes before they ran my right order back out to me. I pay for a service that is no longer there anymore. The quality has gone downhill. Places like this don't care anymore because the know another will come along and buy the same crappie food and poor service. My opinion is what you pay here, you actually can go to a nice restaurant and get better service and better quality food.

Ordered through the drive thru , got up there was given my order , but not all. Was told to have a good day and left. Didn't realize I didn't get everything until I was long gone. Couldn't go back because I wasn't given a receipt

If you need food and can't find a healthier option, this is an ok meal option. Drive thru isn't as fast as you might think best to order inside, but try to be smart about your parking or you won't get out. I think there was an overbearing manager yelling at the staff when I went, but if I was being yelled at like the I wouldn't be inclined to give ok service nor speed. Do better not bitter.

If it wasn't so close I would come here once and never go back. If you (like me) give it a try every two months thinking it must have gotten better MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK EVERY ITEM IN YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW! Don't feel bad. Given that there is a 20% chance your order is wrong they can wait for you.

If you ask for a chicken sandwich to not spicy you get handed a plain dry sandwich with chicken thats been refried atleast once. Definitely not worth ten dollars.

Sadly 8 out of 10 times i come here, there's something wrong with my order. Last time i made the mistake of not checking because being in a hurry and paid the price at home when they gave me two total different sandwiches i didnt order. Mocha Frappe machine down regularly. CallEd and told up but after tying to use code was told down. Code gone for day. French fries are extremely cold most orders. .Hamburgers taste like regularly reheated.. chicken sandwiches taste robbery. Reheated? This McDonakds by far the worse in the area. This has been our go-to McDonald's for the last year, but lately they just can't get it right. The service is usually good, but my order has been messed up the last few visits. This time, we are missing 3 items from our order.. Almost half of the order. Very disappointed.

I appreciate Kathy for talking to me about my order but I'm going to be honest. I've had an issue with my last 5 to 6 orders at this location. I understand how it is working in fast food, but this a constant even with mobile orders. I'm not going to continue to go back up there everytime my order is messed up. It is absolutely ridiculous how long you wait in line here. They will park 5 cars bc they're "waiting on fries." Even when you place a mobile order and you choose drive thru for pick up, you still have to pull up, park and wait for them to bring your order out. This is the norm at this location now so I'm finding a different McDonald's to give my business too.

First bad experience here and it wasn’t even just bad, it was outrageous. The food was fresh, I’ll give them that but the treatment was ridiculous. Upon leaving the location I realized one of the sandwiches was missing while I quickly glanced in the bag. Drove home to pass the food out to the kids and then realized all the nuggets I ordered weren’t in the bag. Drove back to the store and my child went in to let them know/grab them. The man working asked what was wrong and my son told him and he was like “well you came back in for a sandwich (which was sitting there because they had forgot to put it in my bag) so how did you miss the nuggets were missing?” My son was like I’m not sure we just quickly checked and wanted to get home. The man then said “maybe next time make sure all your food is there the first time.” I’m sorry but that’s the EMPLOYEES JOB, not MINE! Customers to get what they order, not to make sure the employees do their job then get crappy comments from them when THEY mess up the order.

Couldn’t get an answer on their phone & I allowed it to ring for awhile to the point the call hung up & I had to call back again with no response still. My entire order was messed up & they were trying to make me go back to the store and wait in line again to be helped but I was not going to do that. This review is enough in my opinion. Usually this place is good but I went there at 6:00 pm on friday and girls who were working there were awful and absolutely rude. They got my order wrong and I told them about it and they had a bad attitude and when they came back with our new order, it was wrong again. They wouldn't even let me talk and wouldn't let me even tell them that they got it wrong again because I kept getting rudley interrupted. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of one of the girls but she had long brown hair. 😡😡 I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous and we were not treated kindly.

Props for being open for 24 hours, but what's the point if your lady at the drive through is so rude to customers that LITERALLY four people drive at the window before they even get a chance to pay? People come for food, not sass or rude comments. They also buy food, you know, not contaminated. When I got back my receipt, it was covered in some sort of syrup, as was my bag. It made my hands, steering wheel, and passenger side seat all sticky. The food wasn't bad, though. I've been going here for my entire life, and I've always known this McDonald's to be the one with ultra rude teens that screw up my order. EDIT 12/19/16: I returned here last night. The Flat Rock McDonald's used to be a really good one and then the last few years they just don't care some do most don't how can you not cook fries properly when they're cold not cooked thorough and soaked in oil why would you serve that to a customer because you don't care or maybe you're trying to make someone sick point of the matter is is this isn't the first time that this has happened to me at this store I tried to give it a second chance and like I said in the last post don't worry no worries about it this person will not come to that McDonald's again and I will let everyone I know not to come there also because come on and not rocket science

Double Cheeseburgers have shrank! It reminds me of the commercial Wendy's had a long time ago "Where's the Beef! Every time i go you have to pull up to spot 1 or 2 and wait. I just wanted 2 Double Cheeseburgers. Also they overcharge. Burger Kings Double Cheeseburgers are Double the size.

They have 2 drive thru lanes and it still takes forever to get to the speaker let alone get your food. The sandwiches are cold and the fries are always warmed up by cooking them a second time instead of making fresh. Buns are always stale and today they served me burnt chocolate chip cookies. Not overcooked, burnt. The last time I will go here. I don’t understand how when they are doing half the business they normally do it is worse all they way around. The worst McDonald’s ever. Since COVID, their drive-thru has been so freaking slow. You'd think the reduced menu and dining room closure would speed them up, but it's always a huge wait. Ordered online before hand for table service. Waited over 30 minutes our food and when it was ready we weren't served. Every other McDonald's I've been too brought the food to us. It was all in bags no trays and when the called the food they got the number wrong so we didn't go get it from the counter and they got angry at us, and they forgot our drinks. Never going back to this McDonald's.

EVERYtime I come here I order a quarter pounder HAMBURGER and say “meat and bun only please” for my lactose intolerant husband who also happens to not like ketchup and mustard. I can bet money on this resturaunt completely messing up my order each time I visit. I go through the drive through, so every time I have to get out and go inside, get it remade, and by that time all the rest of my food is cold. And this last time, yesterday, the cook had the balls to mock me!! MOCK ME, because he doesn’t know how to be a fry cook. I’ve already complained to corporate and it hasn’t gotten any better. Pay attention and do your job or just stop. The poor guy at the front counter recognized me from the week before as well. He got nervous when I came back in pissed off, but still respectful. The cook was laughing and joking around and that’s why orders aren’t correctly filled. Orange hat and glasses shouldn’t be employed if he’s going to mock his customers. Or keep him silent in the back if that’s his attitude.

Wretched. Went inside to order to go. Watched the crew fill twenty drive-through orders while we stood there as the only in-store order for twenty minutes. Finally got the food. The woman didn't give us our Sprite, when I asked for it, she said "I only have two hands." Got out to the car. My son's Sprite was just straight water. My unsweetened ice tea was some unholy Arnold Palmer tea/lemonade mix. Didn't bother going back to complain, as we didn't want to get caught in the mix of locals screaming at the local high school bicyclists again. If you are on the highway, just drive on past this exit.

I come to this location often since it is close to my home, and I never have a good experience. Especially my experience on May 5th. I came to the store and was doing a curbside pickup. I waited outside for 20 minutes, and then finally one of your male employees brought out my food. Once I received my order, I realized I didn’t get my 10 count nugget. I then had to go inside and spend another 10 minutes waiting for those nuggets. While I was being served inside, the manager wasn’t very nice. I understand you were busy, however, there were hardly any cars in your drive through. There were also about 6-8 other people either with complaints or waiting for their food inside along with me. I come to your location because it is close to my home, and because I want something quick. However, this experience wasn’t quick and made me not want to come back. I hope you can address this lack of customer service in your store and make it an enjoyable place to come too.

Avoid This Mc Donald's there is no fountain soda machine in the dinning area, also you are not allowed a refill on your soft drink. Not to mention how dirty the dinning area was

ALWAYS SLOW. There are probably two people that are efficient. It is almost never a less than 20 minute visit to the drive through to pick up my mobile order. You can park in a waiting spot either or they will forget about you. Just an annoying experience on every occasion

If you don’t mind waiting 30min+ this is your place… I didn’t review the 1st or even the second time, but thrice I’ve hade to wait 30 minutes. Management is a confused mess, and I’ve decided to simply leave the drive thru line prior to requesting my refund as I have twice prior. The line that extends out onto West Rd. Matters not to the negligent management that I have attempted to contact, only to be met with the equivalent of “please or patient”’as we attempt to figure out what we’re doing.

They really need to put estimated order time on their app. They probably won't since they would lose a lot of orders. Would rather waste your time. There is no drink machine in the dining area so you cant even enjoy your drink while waiting. They could at least put some comfortable seating in, but instead used hard, uncomfortable chairs

After another brief pause I got no reply back.. at this point two other cars pull into the drive thru next to me and immediately were greeted and began to order, after the first car drives fowards in front of me it became clear someone was not working this speaker and I'll just pull up. I finally got a response, but at this point the second car also pulled towards to pay and collect their food.. annoyed by this I decided to inform the manager at the window, not complain, just offer my feedback on not the best customer experience I've had. As a manager myself I always appreciate good feedback on my store and team. The manager wasn't having it, instead of acknowledging what I was saying she offered no level of sympathy and offered only an excuse. If you don't care to learn from this and improve your store I'm just wasting my time I thought So I thanked her for listening and proceed to pay, after collecting my drink I was told the food will take an additional 6 mins... Sure I thought no big deal, I parked where they told me and waited... And waited... And waited.... 22 mins later I asked the manager where my food was as she delivered the 3rd bag of food to other waiting customers.. she explained to me that because of the change from breakfast to lunch it will take extra time... And that she was suggest visiting sooner than 1025am to get the food quicker ask the change slows down existing breakfast orders.... So after waiting an additional 10 mins... I got fed up and walked in with either the mind set to get my food or my money back. She handed me half my order and asked me to wait just a few moments later, I agreed and was finally handed my last 2 of 5 breakfast sandwiches... Only to drive to work open the bag and find this half McMuffin, half Biscuit that took 40 mins to make.... Today was not the day this happened. This is the day I went to the other McDonald's on West Rd and got the exact same order with crispy bacon in less than 10 mins. Thanks other McDonald's. But this McDonald's will never waste my time again.

Sat in line for almost 30 minutes, waiting on just 2 large fries and 1 large coke. This shit is ridiculous!! 😡

Went there for lunch today at 2:45 not busy at all and I have to say it is the worst McDonald’s food I have ever had. The double cheeseburger looked like it had been laying around all day long with ketchup, oozing out all over the bun on both sides. The bun was smashed down., The french fries were old and had been cooked a while ago. I will never return to this McDonald’s again as the food was terrible!

I only ordered one Diet Coke and it must have needed changed because it tasted terrible. So the only thing I came for was a waste of my time ,waiting in line for something so simple, but unachievable.

Ordering kiosk lets you add free sauces with your meal, but the workers won't give them to you. Manager charged us when I asked for the missing honey mustard and sweet and sour with the burgers we got.

Was there with my family today including my 6 year old granddaughter. We waited 45 mins for our food before saying anything. Finally I asked for a manager. The managers name was Tyler. I explained that they lost our order which we had already paid for. His response was “ so what we are busy” then he turned his back to us. Not sure how he made manager but has an extreme rude attitude. McDonald’s this was a fail !!!

Extremely slow service, we were the only people there. Nobody was in drive through and it took 15 minutes for our order (2 burgers, 2 fries). Food wasn't cooked properly - bun was saturated in grease and the burger wasn't cooked properly - extremely pink inside. Could not eat. Usually we don't complain but this was awful. Store was very clean. People were nice. Just slow and food undercooked.

How does McDonald run out of breakfast food? Wouldn’t give me a refund and said there was nothing they could do. I know they still got food in the back, just lazy and don’t want to make it. Always have problems with this one. Do better

Ordered kids meals for my kids and a 10 piece nugget and couple things from value menu ...ordered extra onion on my double cheeseburgers and got no onion on both of them. Had three different orders of nuggets all with BBQ sauce didn't get any sauce, fries were absolutely disgusting and ordered a 6 piece nugget and got a 4 piece..this McDonald's is absolutely awful will never go back again

If I could give zero stars I would. Awhile back we ordered online and were missing food including a smoothie that was just sitting on the counter melting. We decided to give it a second go and try breakfast. We ordered online and got in the drive through line. We sat for over 30 minutes just to make it to the speaker at 11:02 for them to tell us they are no longer serving breakfast. I had to cancel my order and didn’t get breakfast at all. We will not be returning as they do not know how to properly run their location.

When I ask for a large fry and proceed to pay for a large fry, please give me what I paid for. Along with the 25 cent thing of sweet and sour sauce that I didn’t even receive.
