I had an exceptional experience at Bin 47. From the moment we were seated, the hospitality was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Jen guided us through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm, helping us curate a spread that kept six hungry adults more than satisfied without ever feeling heavy or redundant. The food itself is impressive—not just in flavor, but in intention. The kitchen clearly understands how to balance bold, Asian-forward ingredients with Western technique, creating plates that feel both familiar and excitingly original. Every dish arrived beautifully composed, with effortless elegance rather than fussy over-styling. It’s the sort of presentation that makes you pause for a moment, not because it demands attention, but because it deserves it. Most importantly, the cooking delivers. The flavors are clean, layered, and confidently executed. You can taste the craft in every bite, from thoughtful seasoning to texture contrasts that reveal themselves gradually. It’s rare to find a menu that feels simultaneously comforting, inventive, and cohesive—but Bin 47 manages it with ease. A memorable dining experience, elevated by excellent food, meticulous presentation, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.
Holy cow I was blown away by the food here! Everything we ordered we devoured! We love a good farm to table experience and this place exceeded all our expectations. Definitely my new favorite restaurant. Thank you to Jen for a wonderful dining experience, we can’t wait to come back!
Absolutely delicious lunch at a very reasonable price. The whole table loved the food, it was extremely delicious. The Rueben was absolutely stellar.
Incredible! I LOVE oysters, I have them every chance I can get and these by far were the best I’ve had, presentation was unique and really every aspect of this dinner and service was worth it. Everything exceeded expectation in every way!
Came for brunch and everything was so flavorful. Highly recommend it!
The medium tenderloin is perfect! And the ambience is amazing!
Very delicious breakfast! Especially the corn pancake!
Dani was our server and provided excellent choice for our party of four , always available for our questions and menu delights. Friendly , professional service for our entire evening ! Thank you Dani and entire staff .
Considerate of the staff to curate a vegan breakfast hash with top quality! Ayla was our server and she did an excellent job!
New place in the soft opening is looking amazing. The food is delicious. I wish they had a bigger menu though. The atmosphere is great. The service is also great.
We came in and ate diner at the bar. We had steaks, both were prepared as ordered and delicious. Drinks and gnocchi were also great.
Amazing service, delicious food, an amazing time for our office end-of-the-year party! Our server Jen L was outstanding!
We had a wonderful dinner at this new paradise place. Special thanks to Jen who took such a good care of us, I felt like a celebrity ♥️ coming back soon for sure
Great experience at Bin 47! The food was exceptional and the service from Jen was great.
Myles was so pleasant and attentive. Food was delightful as well :))
Tried quite a few food items, it’s outstanding
Jen took care of us on our first time in and she was amazing! She went through the menu with us and gave us some great recommendations! Her service made the experience that much better. The food was also great! It’s more of a family style situation. We got the octopus, pasta, and grits and they all were perfect. We shared the chocolate hazelnut tart at the end (Jen also recommended) which was to die for! Can’t wait to go back and try more
My manager and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Bin47. We had Jen as our waitress and she curated the most amazing menu and brought a vibrant and kind atmosphere to our dinner. She gave a great insight to the history of the hotel, who the chef is and how he curates the menu and really what the essence of Bin 47 is. She said the menu is designed to have a taste of many things so we ordered the tartare, the octopus, the prawns, the broccoli caesar, the brussel sprouts, and this pasta dish- WOW ! 11/10 would come back and would specifically ask for Jen
We came here during the soft opening. The decor is beautiful and the spaces are warm and inviting. Brunch was delicious—the brunch pizza is innovative, perfectly cooked and a generous portion. Good coffee as well. The standout of our meal was Russell, who was doing quadruple duty as server, table busser, barista and bartender. Russell was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided outstanding service as we sat in the bar overflow seating and we appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail.
First time coming here and I was blown away! Our waitress, Jen, was so wonderful and welcoming! She gave us great recommendations and very friendly service. The Duckfat hash browns are a must have. The salmon special was also just incredible. It was a great girl's night out! Can't wait to come back!
It was my first time at this restaurant and everything was absolutely perfect! Our server Jen was AMAZING!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and had a great energy! Food and drinks were delicious (even I had a mocktail, it was yummy!). The ambience is beautiful, especially sunset colors! I highly recommend this place and looking forward to visit again!
The service was great from start to finish. The food was delicious and had great presentation. It's a little fancy for picky taste, but there was something on the menu that worked out for me. It was a work function so we tried all the appetizers. The king salmon and waygu tenderloin were delicious. The desserts were great even though we were all stuffed. Chocolate hazelnut cake and apple tart were my favorite.
Bin 47 is gem in the Pacific Northwest. From the moment you step inside, you’re wrapped in an atmosphere that feels both chic and welcoming. The menu? A masterpiece. Every bite is a celebration of flavor, and the wine list is curated like a love letter to wine enthusiasts. Don’t miss the truffle tar tar! But the real star of the evening? Jen. Jen didn’t just serve us, Jen hosted us. With a smile that could light up the room and a knowledge of the menu that made every recommendation feel like a secret insider tip, Jen turned a difficult week at work into a relaxing and recuperative night with friends. Attentive without hovering, warm without pretense, service like this is rare. If you’re looking for a place where food, wine, and hospitality come together in perfect harmony, Bin 47 is it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Jen as your server, you’re in for something truly special.
Food is outstanding. The octopus and pork cheeks were cooked to perfection, with sauces that were perfectly balanced and extremely flavorful. The beet salad and hazelnut cake were equally delicious. Attention to detail is evident not only in the food but also in the service. The Old Fashioned cocktail was excellent as well. Highly recommended!
My wife and I had an excellent dinner at Bin 47. The food was flavorful and filling. Our server was very helpful and offered some good insights into the menu. I'd highly recommend the Salmon and their garden salad.
Beautiful space and great atmosphere! The gnocchi side with truffle cream was delicious, and the pb&j foie gras was unique and also delicious. The duck had good flavor - ours was a tad cold and service was a little slow - but all things to be expected from a new place and I'm sure they'll work out the kinks. Will be back!
Bin 47 exceeded expectations from start to finish. The food was beautifully prepared (highly recommend the cod and mushroom pasta), and the cocktails were perfectly balanced. But what truly set the evening apart was our server, Jen. Her recommendations were thoughtful, her timing impeccable, and her genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience. She’s an absolute standout — the kind of person who makes you want to become a regular. We’ll be back soon, and we’ll be asking for Jen by name.
Came here on Christmas Day for an evening drink and snacks since I was solo this Christmas. Christian, the bartender, was great. Had a delicious old fashioned, and we had chatted while I enjoyed all the groups stopping in for fancy dinner. I ordered some fries and some "sichuan" brussels sprouts to snack on. The fries were hot, salty, and delicious. I just wish the portion size was bigger, I could have destroyed two orders. The brussels sprouts had no hint of sichuan flavour. Not spicy at all, and no numbing tingling. They were tasty and a hefty portion, just not sichuan flavour. Overall, a nice place for a fancy Christmas drink and snack!
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Bin 47 last night. We tried a number of dishes and all were delicious, except maybe one. Cocktails were great too. Jennifer was our server and she was friendly and well-versed on the menu. The crab cake stood out - give that bad boy a try! We look forward to going back and trying more dishes.
It’s their soft opening and they got hit with business this morning. Our server was still kind and checked in on us to give us updates on our food and drink when it was taking a little longer than they intended. Food SLAPPED. Good food. Obviously a beautiful space. This note is to whoever designed the space, the cutlery etc from someone who was in the service industry for many years and has a partner in the industry. Number one: as someone that works with bodies (my current career), I highly recommend getting an occupational Therapist in your space to navigate the ergonomics of how your staff has to conduct their job. Just holding one water glass was 1lb at least. Oof! And they don’t stack? Imagine moving all those glasses around all day. Damn. Which leads me to just say, number two: I highly recommend just connecting with someone in the industry before purchasing this stuff to begin with. A wooden plate? Seems like a wildly bad idea. 😬😬 Take the time to make the jobs easier of your service staff. Their bodies and overall livelihood are importantly too. ✌🏼✌🏼
Came in on a quiet Sunday night, food came out super quick. As a foodie in Bellevue who dines at the best rated spots on the regular, the food here is the best my partner and I had ever had. We had the smash burger, fries, tenderloin, and crème brûlée. All 10/10. And I am picky.
Absolutely loved it here! Came with my wife to check it out since they kind of recently opened up and when I tell you everything was spot on! Customer service was terrific, food was delicious, everybody very friendly especially their host! Blonde girl about 5,7. Didn’t quite catch her name but an absolute sweetheart! Anyways, overall amazing experience totally recommend. Will most definitely be coming back!
We love chef Max Petty and are so glad to get to enjoy his inventive and tasty food here! Our bartender John was also super great to us. We’ll definitely visit more!
We tried the Bin47 restaurant this evening while visiting with some family from out of town. Our service was absolutely wonderful. Our server Jen was so awesome and helpful, she made great suggestions and we will definitely be back and hope to dine with Jen again!
We had a wonderful first experience at Bin47! Went for a Saturday date night and everything from the service ( Jen L. was AMAZING, so personable and knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive) to the food was excellent! We live in Woodinville so we’re so excited to have such an amazing place to go!
We had dinner there with great friends...absolutely loved the atmosphere and food!!! Jennifer, our hostess, was fabulous and made our time there fun with humor. Can't recommend this new place in the PNW enough.
We had reservations at 7pm there was a wait but you could sit at the bar and wait. We were a group of 7. Restaurant is beautiful with great service. Food options are just right and portions are generous. Salmon and potato gnocchi were just yummy! Woke up thinking about both the dishes. The milk buns did not disappoint either. We ordered two bottles of wine given the size of our group. Service was fantastic. We were a loud group celebrating a birthday and server was very patient with us. Forgot our servers name but he was about to get married so we had great conversation around that.Managers come and check up on you as you dine which is a nice touch. Restaurant is a decent size and perfect for hosting large dinners etc. definitely going back.
During The Somm's soft open, we stayed and ate breakfast and dinner there. We waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated without a reservation on the night we attended. The food and service were excellent, but I'm unable to recall what we had for dinner and it looks like the menu may have been revised since we stayed a little over a month ago. I think it is one of the best experiences I've had with dinner at a hotel restaurant. We had the duck fat hash brown as a side, and received a complimentary side of hearth carrots. The hearth carrots were delicious, and I would highly recommend them. For breakfast, I had sourdough french toast. It was also fantastic, however the price feels steep.
A restaurant that is adorned with white and burgundy marble, faux trees, and moody lighting. The seating is comfortable, the choices are extensive, and the service is top-notch. A memorable environment, but a forgettable meal. Safe choices were made on this menu with trend-chasing garnishes. Brussel sprouts were sprinkled with Chinese peppers, oysters were deep fried then topped with bleu cheese, and the risotto was made to look at a photograph of spices. Familiarity has a place in every town, and that place happens to be Bin 47 for Woodinville.
We visited this place after dinner at another restaurant to get dessert. The live music and casual atmosphere were pleasant. I ordered the green tea tiramisu, which had an appealing presentation and taste wise it was okay, but I still enjoyed the vibe and would definitely return.
Brand new building complex in a commercial area. The food is clean and light even for brunch menu. The restaurant has high ceilings and loud acoustics. Lots of hotel guests too.
Visiting during brunch hours. Everything was just OK. Not blown away by any particular dish that was ordered, and some plates came out lukewarm. I was surprised by the use of fake greenery throughout restaurant. It would have been such a beautiful addition to use real flowers. I had high hopes but sadly won’t go back anytime soon.
As someone who is always on the lookout for great brunch places, I was excited to finally try Bin-47, located inside the beautiful SOMM Hotel. I had made an OpenTable reservation and arrived a bit early. There were already a few people waiting, and while there wasn’t a host present initially, someone came out about ten minutes after our scheduled time, warmly greeted us, and acknowledged the delay before seating us. Once at the table, it took another ten minutes or so for our server to arrive with water. The wait was acknowledged, which I appreciated, though it did set the tone for a slower-paced service overall. Example: I waited for sugar for my coffee, which never arrived. It was quite evident the team was understaffed for the crowd they were handling. There appeared to be only one host and a limited number of servers, all clearly working hard to keep things moving. I don’t place the blame on the staff at all. This felt more like a management and staffing challenge than a service attitude issue. That said, when visiting a place like this, especially for a special occasion - you do expect a more seamless experience. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The food also took a while to arrive, and by then the extended wait was starting to test my patience. But once the dishes came out, the experience shifted completely. I ordered the Cast Iron Skillet Corn Pancake, and it was genuinely delicious - comforting, flavorful, and well executed. My wife ordered the Onion French Soup, which she described as outstanding, and also tried the French Omelette, which she really enjoyed as well. The food quality made it easy to forget the earlier delays. The ambience is another strong point. The décor and interiors are beautiful - warm, inviting, and polished without feeling overdone. It’s a space that feels well suited for a relaxed, upscale brunch. Despite the service challenges, the food left a lasting impression. That alone would bring me back. With improved staffing and smoother front-of-house flow, Bin-47 has the potential to be a standout brunch spot in Woodinville.
Nice atmosphere and service was on point. Went for lunch and honestly expected better food though. The chicken sandwich was the biggest disappointment - chicken was chewy and thin - and sandwich had an overpowering tartar sauce flavor. Seemed really old school of a recipe. Other items were descent but also expected more for the place.
I haven't tried their dinner or restaurant menu so this review is based on their Santa Brunch event that i purchased the reservation for at $79 a person plus taxes plus gratituity so over $200. To me and my husband this was a big disappointment and not worth the price. There was no Christmas decor like i expected, there were only small centerpieces on the tables but no Christmas tree no Christmas lights, nothing screamed holiday! We were sat and given a brunch menu which we were confused because we checked in with hostes and our server asked us what we wanted but we told him to give us a moment then when he came back we told him we were confused since we were there for the santa brunch and then he told us what to do which was to go grab a plate and choose from the buffet set up. They had several things like omelets, french toast, eggs Benedict, etc but our food was cold in general. I thought mimosas were included and it wasn't, that was extra. I thought there would be live music but there wasn't until on my way out i saw someone playing Christmas music with a guitar at the opposite side of the room which wasn't heard where we were sat.So we weren't sure if the set up wasn't done right or what but it was definitely not worth it to us and expected something more christmasy, that is the reasone we booked this. Plus i did not see Santa either.
My family came for the Santa Brunch. Service was really good, but we were all disappointed with the food. The options and flavors were solid, but everything was room temperature including the prime rib, ham, eggs benedict, potatoes gratin, and hash. The manager did try to correct this by bringing out some slices of prime rib from the kitchen to our table (very kind gesture) but that came overcooked (probably because of reheating) and still not warm. I honestly don't think their food warmers were working. There wasn't a hot chocolate station as advertised - had to order it from the server. I really don't like to complain at restaurants, but we all skipped breakfast to enjoy this experience, and we expected better, especially considering the price per person. Has potential if they can fix the food temperature issue. Gave 1 extra star because they deducted one person's buffet cost due to our experience.
Looks like they are still working out the kinks. During our stay at the hotel, we came down for breakfast, waited in line for 40 minutes, only to get to the front and be told they weren’t serving breakfast any more. People in front of us that had reservations were waiting 15-20 minutes to get seated.
Food is decent, the service is terrible I did bring some concerns to the restaurant host Morgan her response was “ok” We were waiting for our food for almost 2 hours All that was needed was an acknowledgment not an arrogant response Totally ruined the experience for us
Service - I had to wait 3-4 minutes while the host refused to acknowledge my presence. Food - I ordered the smash burger. The edges were not crispy at all. The pimento cheese was so overpowering that I couldn’t taste the meat. Location - as you enter the parking lot, there’s a sign that says “parking validated”. When I asked for validation, apparently they only validate half of the parking. Which is absurd! And blatantly lying to the customers.
Be warned: Bin 47 adds an undisclosed 3% service charge to all orders, in addition to a mandatory 20% gratuity. This fee did not appear on the NYE menu. There's no clear reason this couldn't be reflected in menu prices instead. Hiding it as a separate charge feels intentionally misleading. I cannot support a business that tries to mislead their customers.
