First timer here and wowowow 😍 Very cute local coffee shop with food and it was absolutely delicious. You can seat yourself and order by scanning the QR code on the table, or walk up in line to order and they'll give you a number to find you and serve your order. It wasn't packed for a weekday at 8am but started getting busy when I left. I didnt realize how huge the place was as they have seating in the front, back, and upstairs. GPS brought me to the back parking lot but there is a front entrance as well. Very friendly service and calming atmosphere. I got a chai latte which was the perfect amount of Chai spice and creamy texture. Also got a cafe burrito which was absolutely delicious, I dont know what magical sweetness they put inside since I skimmed the menu but it came with 2 hot sauces. 1 was way too spicy for dipping the tip of my fork in just to taste, the other was just right. I was in at 8am and out by 840, so it was quick too. Reasonable pricing as well, I'll definitely be back 😋
Long time fan of 10Speed. Every location is great though personal fave is Calabasas one. Love that they roast upstairs there. Drinks are great and staff is very nice.
Cute coffee shop in a really neat old building with a great outdoor patio with some beautiful old trees. We got a couple of yummy pastries and coffees and enjoyed breakfast outside. Very cozy and quirky place, would definitely come back.
Coffee shop with interesting outdoor atmosphere. For more content, follow our instagram @gemislist
Great place to grab a cup of coffee in Old Calabasas. Super helpful staff who know their coffee, utterly fast service and a very cool spot - sort of an oasis type thing that you would not expect from the exterior. Breakfasts looked very good - and a ver fashionable crew dinning in the combo bike shop-bar-restaurant. Sounds strange - but it works!
My everyday stop for coffee! Great baristas❤️ perfect spot to start your day!
The serene outdoors on the coffee the food is just weird ordering or like no direction or sign and the staff was too busy to notice my confusion. But that food was amazing and one I understood what to do everyone was lovely
Stopped for coffee break. Such a great coffee taste. It’s been years since I started going to this cafe. Every guests I introduced satisfied with coffee flavor. Definitely for coffee lover spot
It's not my normal area but I had to run an errand in Calabasas. I like to try coffee in new neighborhoods and I'm so happy I found this place! Charming atmosphere, lovely vibe and light, open and relaxed, down to earth and nice staff and my matcha latte was soooo delicious and creamy (with a touch of maple syrup). To die for! Made my day.
Okay, to clear confusion, this is actually 2 places in one. 10 speed Coffee (cafe) and Pedaler's fork (restaurant/bar). There is a bike repair shop there as well and I think they plan weekly rides. I'm reviewing from the perspective of a cafe patron but the food is technically from the restaurant. For me, the #1 draw of this place is the atmosphere.Their indoor seating area is very warm and inviting but the best spot is their deck space. This area is enclosed completely from the parking lot and road by the restaurant itself and a creek with trees. It is also covered so it is mostly in shade. As for the food and coffee, I really enjoyed their maple latte which I had iced. It has a good balance of richness and sweetness. It isn't a super-sweet dessert drink, which is nice with breakfast. I've had two meals here, The Frida, a brisket sandwich and their breakfast sandwich. Both were good and I had them with crispy little potatoes. Prices are on the expensive side but you can tell they use higher quality ingredients and they are probably typical for the Calabasas area. I would probably rate 4 stars, but I was helped by the same gentleman both times I visited and his service was very good. Definitely check it out if you like a nice outdoor area to sit and drink coffee while you work/read/draw. ALSO parking is behind the restaurant and you enter through there then order at the coffee counter.
One of my favorite spots to grab a coffee and work for an hour. The coffee is balanced and smooth. Darker roast but not overpowering. Food is expensive but fantastic. It’s usually busy mid morning but if you are patient you can grab a table by the stream on their patio. Cell service isn’t great but their WiFi makes up for it.
Love this place!!! High craft coffee, tasty croissants, breakfast burrito and a great vibe. There is even a bike shop to help fix and tune up the bike.
The absolute best coffee shop ever. Indoor and shady outdoor seating surrounded by trees. An elevated rustic and cozy vibe. Bike shop, coffee shop, and connected to the Peddlers Fork restaurant (Peddlers Fork kitchen is closed on Monday’s but 10speed has pastries and coffee shop goodies to grub on plus kombucha). Now there’s a Yoga studio upstairs too. Plus you can hear the crackling and smell the toasted beans as they process their coffee in house.
i stopped by here early in the morning and was able to walk through the farmers market right in front before coming inside to grab a cold brew. the coffee was pretty good. the cashier was a nice guy and tended to me very quickly. the parking can be a bit limited but i suggest you park up the street and make a walk down.

This place is quite and great to relax and sip on your favorite beverage. Loved the atmosphere! Coffee was yummy!
My favorite coffee shop. Some weekends there’s a farmers market on the parking lot but other than that it’s the coffee shop I frequent most. Their coffee always hits, haven’t had a bad drink.
The first impression of the coffee shop was really cozy and beautiful. It’s connected to the restaurant Pedalers Fork. The coffee was good, but honestly, the prices felt way too high for what it was. After we got our coffee and sat down, we wanted to order food, but they told us we had to go back to the hostess first before we could even order. It felt super inconvenient, so we just decided not to order anything else. If you’re combining a coffee shop and a restaurant, it would be nice to make the experience a bit more comfortable and easy for guests.
10 Speed Coffee is a hidden gem tucked behind Calabasas Rd in a quiet little nook--not exactly the kind of place you'd stumble upon unless you're lost or in-the-know. It's a sleek, cozy spot, but the two entrances make the line feel like a choose-your-own-adventure-especially when it's busy and the baristas are working at lightning speed. The back patio is where this place really shines--shaded, peaceful, and centered around a small decorative pond that adds a surprisingly zen vibe. It's ideal for a first date, a quiet work session, or tossing around big ideas (my wife and I treat it like our unofficial creative office-slash-people-watching HQ). The cortado? Strong, smooth, and Cuban-grandma approved--which is a gold standard in my book. The avocado toast is a sleeper hit: arugula, sesame seeds, cucumber, a dash of spice--it's basically an edible spa day. Now, about those ceiling heaters. They're always on in the mornings and will slowly roast you like a free-range chicken. You can ask to have them turned off, but it becomes a weird social dance with the table next to you--do they want it off? Are you the problem? Still, between the strong coffee, great food, and tranquil vibes, it's a solid spot. Just bring a fan... or maybe a rotisserie timer.

i was curious to try your coffee for a while now. finally went in this morning and it left a literal sour taste in my mouth. Ordered an Americano with a splash of oatmilk and 2 of the seed cookies to go. i rarely taste my coffee on the spot as i like it to cool down a bit before i do. so, i took my coffee home to drink and enjoy. First sip/gulp, it tasted really bitter and kind of sour. took a few more sips/gulps before I decided I wasnt going to be able to drink it. didn't think to open it up again until my nephew asked to smell my coffee and thats when i noticed it was off. So i dont know when if or would want to go back to try another coffee. (pictures i took shows when i first got it, you can see the foam from the espresso still. and the other picture i took, is when i got home the milk had settled and looked dark again on the top. swirled it and all of the curdles were swimming around. 'don't live very far from 10 speed)

Our first visit here was a terrible experience. The service deserves zero stars. There was no one to greet us, and no sign at the parking lot entrance to indicate where to go. We seated ourselves at a table, only to learn we needed to go to the other end of the restaurant. Once we finally received menus, we were asked to move to a smaller table to make room for other guests. We ordered a dessert and a latte, but after a long wait, the latte arrived in a to-go cup, and the plates we received were dirty. When we mentioned it was our first time there, neither waiter seemed to care. When we asked why the latte was in a to-go cup, they simply said they had run out of regular cups. It would have been courteous to inform us beforehand. Dining out is about the experience, and this experience was severely lacking. If they ran out of plates, would they have served our meals in takeout containers too? Both waiters were rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. We ended up canceling our order and leaving without eating.

Love the coffee shop - baristas not so much. Been giving them the benefit of the doubt but more than a couple of times I wait for them to stop talking to each other (socially not work related) in order to place an order and then seem upset once I do order. They usually don’t call out the latte or names since I’ve gone there so I have to make sure to look at the coffee bar to ensure that my coffee is ready. Otherwise, the coffee is good and great place to study. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back :/
