Only location from Woodland to Vallejo. New menu is better then the old one. Still miss the macho nachos. Staff was super nice and friendly. 5 people in my crew only had to wait 14 minutes for a table on a Friday night.

Janessa, Thank you.. the simple act of accepting us, as your table in the overflow room is amazing 👏!! We were not treated well at the Applebee's down the way and should have just came here first. Food was quick and yummy.. Endless fries and mandarin oranges always hit the spot. Going to a restaurant with a person in a wheelchair ♿️ is not always a easy thing to do, but I do my best to include my daughter.

Its a red robin. They have burgers fries and other stuff. I go for the fried cheese twists but fried pickles are good as well. Shakes are good. Drinks are not strong but are good. They have pizzas that are amazing. Service is good generally but goes up to exceptional when your server is a server named jesse. Jesse has been my server multiple times and its always a fun amazing experience.

Amazing customer service 👏 Our waiter was very sweet and made sure we were being Attended well!! The seasonal special for drinks and milkshakes were so sweet but lovely !!! I honestly wasn't expecting good food but I can see why people love it !

Our waitress was friendly but did forget a few times things we ordered. Food was ok, other locations I've been to are usually really good. They only used one dining area so it made it feel very crowded

Went for dinner and asked for a salad and ended up with an entree. Since I was already the last to receive my meal as I had to wait longer and I didn't want to wait even longer I just accepted it. Though, I did tell her it wasn't what I orderer. Not even an apology.

Typical corporate fare, good in some respects poor in others but it's usually consistent, not today though. I had the teriyaki burger w/ pineapple which wasn't very tasty. The Yukon chip/ fries, half were hot and crispy the other half cold and soft. (I should have complained but that's not my nature) the fries were bottom less and I usually have a second basket but I didn't have the desire for it. The OREO magic shake I had was good though. (Edit 1 year later) another visit, this time the south west burger with Garlic fries, the burger good and I really did like the garlic fries enough to order a second round of the bottomless fries but the waitress only brought regular seasoned fries. You do pay more for the up-sale fries( $1.99) maybe you only get standard fries on the refill. I think the reason they are soft is because they serve them as steak fries, thick cut and harder to get them firmer which is how I prefer them.

Just left the restaurant. Waitress forgot a drink and a food item. Took a while to get her attention. Maybe low in staff. There was not many customers. The food was not good in quality tonight. Overall not a good experience for our family of 4.

I ordered the Yumyum burger special. They normally have awesome burgers, but the patties on the special where little like McDonalds reg hamburger patties. I had the sweet potato fries, they were not fresh. Fries where refried, greasy & limp. The waitress was nice.

Vianka, the server we got was extremely combative and rude. Went out of her way to give us the wrong items, argued about the drinks that they served, and took 35 minutes to get drinks to the table. When we got our food only 4/6 of the entrees that we ordered were right and we were charged for something we didn't even receive.

Maybe my expectations were too high? The only sit down restaurant around that I recognize and open pass 9pm. The overwhelming farm aura pushed inside like a bull looking to revenge a death. The place was plenty empty but no servixe staff to do dinner. Suffered a number of minutes trying to identify all the fragrances in the air. There is no escape. The service needs help in terms of head count. If there were one or two more wait staff then I think things would be better. My mistake ordering a salad as the side as it gave me at least 3 days worth of sodium in the form of cheese on the green. The fork took 2 days to be found behind the counter near the kitchen outlet. The burger was alright. The monster double appears to be best bang for the buck. Regarding the fries we got lucky, a fresh batch came about thanks to a big table nearby constantly reminding the staff they were waiting for more fries. I paid on the table kiosk machine and bolted out. Waiting for the check would have been murderous.

I truly don’t like making this report because this has been one of our favorite go restaurants lately. It’s convenient, the staff is nice, we like the menu. First arriving, we looked to freshen up a bit prior to taking our table. We noticed THREE antibacterial dispensers in the foyer area—yet somehow NONE of them had even a drop of disinfectant. Ok fine. We take our table, and I leave for the restroom to freshen up there. There was soap, but BOTH paper towel dispensers were entirely empty, and I’m stuck leaving a marginally clean restroom with nothing but soaking wet hands and no way to properly dry them. So much for feeling refreshed and sanitary—and how’s that work out for the people handling my food BTW too? It’s at that point I’ve had enough. If this restaurant doesn’t care enough about the the most basic forms of sanitary maintenance for their guests (and employees as well), how am I supposed to trust the safety of the food in this establishment? I asked to speak to the manager as we prepared to leave to explain our disappointment. But after too long a wait we simply left. It’s especially disappointing as we have dined here numerous times, and always enjoyed it. But once you can no longer trust the sanitary practices of a dining establishment (much of which I cannot see), I can no longer frequent you.
