Friendly staff greet you with a warm welcome and makes you feel at home. Great atmosphere to hang out and catch up with some friends over a meal and drinks. Food was great with generous portion sizes. A simple and satisfying take on classic Ecuadorian food definitely worth a try.

Food was delicious and its family owned, the wait staff is really friendly and attentive. I’m planning on bringing a few dates back here because it’s a great spot to check out before the movies or after ;)

Food is always good. But the service is the worst. And they always make mistakes with the orders. Even for pickups and deliveries

Food is amazing. That being said: Not family friendly, unless you consider being around mostly drunks, friendly. Atmosphere: loud music, mostly men, mostly beer drinking, the waitresses are a little too comfortable with the customers.

Credit card machine almost never works!!! I called 3 time and twice they said machine is not working, funny thing is that the two of those calls was the same night and guess which time the said the machine wasn't working?? The first time lol

The woman that answers the phone is very rude. I don’t speak fluent Spanish but i was trying to order for delivery . She said she didn’t speak English , When i asked her in Spanish what soups they have today, she replies with an attitude and then she hangs up on me. Whoever runs that place should put someone more professional answering the phone. Not everyone is fluent in Spanish. Rudely hanging up is bad for your business. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
