I was a new customer, the service was great they were very nice to me. Music choice was great too, a mix of calm ambience with some music to lighten the mood, not too loud but not too quiet either. Tasted delicious both the food and the drink, it also came with a design! Lovely presentation and great seating. There should be more people here there's plenty of room! Note : I got the croissant waffle with fruit and a Latte 16oz/medium

I had little to no expectations eating here. But boy, was I wrong! I ordered a white mocha and their ham and egg is unlike any I've had before! Surprisingly light and filling. Would highly recommend.

Nice place. It's similar to the cafe it replaced, Lucid Cafe. I believe they serve the same (good) coffee and some of the same food. However, they've remodeled many parts, making the interior brighter and more modern, including replacing the floor and the dark furniture, which are big improvements. It's a more pleasant place to spend time. Like its predecessor, though, some of their menu items are quite overpriced, and I wish they had more (or maybe better) food options.

If the older kind woman isn’t making your drink and it’s one of their younger employees just don’t take the drink. It seems as if the only person who can make drinks properly is the older woman. I ordered an Iced Chai which is usually good, but since it was someone other than her the drink tasted like water and milk barely any chai flavor at all. If she isn’t making my drink I will not be buying beverages from here again.

The space is comfortable. When I went on a Saturday afternoon, there weren't many items to choose from. The Macaroons were good. I had the Rose and the Tiramisu.

A cafe that is more for food as the place is designed to not be a "coffee shop". No outlets available and not a place to do work or study. There is a no laptop policy during certain hours on the door. The drinks are pricey for the quality.

This is my first bad review ever. I came into the cafe and saw an older Asian lady making coffee. I started recording the cafe interior while she was finishing up an order. She asked why I was recording, told me to delete the video since she was in the footage, and said I should ask for permission before recording. That’s understandable. I explained that I wanted to record for my Instagram, apologized, and showed her that I permanently deleted the video where she appeared. I also showed her all the footage I had taken. She then gave me permission to take small clips of the cafe but not one long shot of the whole scene so I did the small clips like she said. After I finished, I waited to order. For context, there were only four customers, and they already had their orders and were sitting at their tables. The cafe was close to empty and I was the only one on the line. Then she spoke to me in a passive-aggressive tone: “Why are you recording? Why did you do that?” I told her it was for my social media and said that if she felt uncomfortable, I could delete it. I showed her the footage again there were no people in it at all. She still told me to delete it, so I permanently deleted the clips and showed her the process. After that, she looked at me rudely, started to walked off, and didn’t take my order. I understand asking for permission to record, but if you give permission and then continue to speak to me rudely and refuse to take my order, it doesn’t make sense. I’m honestly glad I saved my money instead of paying for that kind of service. She made me feel like I was truly the problem. At the very least, there should be a sign saying to ask for permission before recording. Save your money if you’re looking for friendly customer service.

After buying both a coffee and a croissant and sitting to read, I needed to use the restroom (it is a single stall). I took only about ten minutes, but I was treated very rudely. The manager kept knocking on the door and told me not to take so long the next time. When I had to again use the bathroom later to wash my hands she was reluctant to give me the key??? Very rude manager.

Older woman sat there and blamed us for “not reading” the screen even though we asked for a chocolate cookie, not a chocolate croissant. After blaming us then gives us the cookie without refunding the up charge from the croissant being rung up. This place has gone downhill without Jun.

I came here with a group of 8, and we all ordered separately. One of the drinks was never made, and when we asked about it, the staff didn’t seem concerned or apologetic. It threw off the whole experience since we were waiting around while the rest of the group already had their drinks. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff made it feel like it was our fault. ("One of your friends took your drink" as we sit with 7 drinks with 8 paid separate orders) It’s not good service to blame your customers for mistakes, especially when it’s your own for not keeping track of orders. For a café, keeping track of orders should be the basics, especially when handling larger groups. Very disappointing service. The drinks we did get were just okay. For the price and the wait, we expected better service and quality. Overall, not worth the headache; many other options, this one simply isn't it.
