Llegué a este lugar por recomendación de un amigo. Tienen un menú amplio de comida fusión incluyendo carnes y mariscos. Además de su menú tienen platillos del día o de temporada. Todo lo que pedimos nos gustó muchísimo. La atención también fue muy buena. Adicionalmente el lugar está muy bonito y cómodo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ Como abogada, disfruto descubrir lugares donde se combine buena comida con excelente servicio, y Nim superó todas mis expectativas. Fui con una amiga y desde que llegamos, la atención fue impecable. Rouse nos atendió de forma extraordinaria: amable, atenta y con recomendaciones acertadas según nuestros gustos. El servicio fue rápido y la comida… ¡de otro nivel! Hace mucho que no probaba platos con una combinación de sabores tan bien pensada. No es el típico restaurante con los mismos platillos de siempre y una sazón distinta: en Nim la propuesta es realmente única. La fusión de ingredientes fue un verdadero acierto. Definitivamente volveré, esta vez con mi familia. Altamente recomendable para quienes valoran una experiencia culinaria auténtica y bien atendida.

¡Qué gran propuesta! Parece que un sope es un platillo simple y jamás; NIM hace de un sope algo extraordinario. Hubo, fuera de menú, una crema de vegetales con una costra de queso...sublime. Debería quedarse en el menú. Las bebidas extraordinariamente preparadas. Y para cerrar unos postres tan bien presentados y lo mejor, el sabor. Destaco tres postres: Empanada de guayaba, calatravas y creme brulee. Siempre voy a agradecer que consideren a la guayaba, porque además de ser mi fruta favorita, que es tan versátil y nutritiva.

Parada obligatoria al ir a La Paz. Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, a pocos pasos del malecón. En lo que parece ser la zona de restaurantes predilecta Los platillos que sin duda alguna necesitas probar es el pulpo con chorizo español, una mezcla extraordinaria, con el toque picante del chorizo. El pescado sin duda es otro platillo que deberias degustar, con una cama de verduras y frutos secos

Cuando llegamos al lugar, nuestro mesero nos recibió de forma muy agradable. Siempre manteniendo la postura preventiva con su máscara, manteniendo su distancia y ofreciéndonos alcohol gel. Cuando nos levantó la orden nos explicó sobre los especiales del día. Les sugiero poner atención y escuchar su recomendación. Decidimos ordenar un platillo de los que recomendó, chile en nogado y un plato del menú regular. Quedamos muy fascinadas con el especial. Hicimos una degustacion de mezcal. En este momento, nuestro mesero se lucio. Él nos explico cada una de las opciones y hasta los procesos. Realmente la comida fue excelente pero la atención lo hizo una experiencia única.

El lugar me gusto y me encanto! Un lugar donde usted puede comer rico. Creo que no se va arrepentir. El precio pues... unos 300 pesos por persona! Pero no se asuste! De las entradas usted puede comer y compartir y no se va arrepentir! Yo probé el ceviche mixto... súper recomendado. El pulpo con chorizo español también muy rico y los Ostiones Nueva Orleans! Y de poste un delicioso Baklavas! Con esas cosas pueden comer tres personas!

Espectacular. Un descubrimiento en La Paz de comida de excelente calidad, el servicio amabilísimo y atentos. Sin duda regresaremos.

Un lugar único y diferente. Los platillos que ofrecen en este lugar tienen la característica de viajar entre el sabor casero y la innovación. Los postres son muy buenos. Recomiendo el flan y los plátanos flameados. Pregunten por la pesca del día. También lo que me encantó de este lugar es que el personal no distingue entre nacionales y extranjeros. Realmente te hacen sentir en casa con el buen trato, el ambiente cálido y los buenos sabores de la comida. Un lugar para pasar un buen rato.

Comida mexicana con mucha originalidad. Mezclas diferentes de alimentos que le dan un toque exquisito. Abril nos atendió espectacular. Ojala hubiera uno igual en Madrid (España)

Very enjoyable dinner at Nim. We sat on the patio and they had little lights on every table. They had menus in English which was appreciated. I had a Taco choyero to start which was delicious. The margarita was with hibiscus but I forgot the name and it was really good. I ordered the Bolognese beef Lasagna which was large portion size and also very good.

If you want to have a more upscale dining experience at a very fair price level, this is your place to go in La Paz. A modern, fresh take on some classic mexian dishes, paired with great service. Plus a very modern, yet cosy design. It is a bit off the beaten track but so worth walking a few minutes.

I kept hearing about Nim but have been disappointed a lot by lapaz higher price bistros. This one lives up the price… and the hype. They clearly have a good handle on executing gorgeous food , we had different fish dishes. His teriyaki was a little sweet for him but the overall dish was excellent including the rice pilaf. My Mediterranean fish with gnocchi knocked it right out of the park. Even the streamed veggies weren’t overly cooked ! Speaking of vegetable’s …we also had the daily special salad and once again, very hagd to find good salads in lapaz. Now I know where to take visiting friends and treat my self as well. Cannot reccomend enough ! Bravo Nim team. Also excellent service. Just enough attention and no over or under attentive. Everything just right.

Incredible. Unique and creative dishes that absolutely deliver on flavor and presentation. Highly recommend the spring rolls, baked Brie and baklava. I’ve never had a baklava so scrumptious. If visiting in September, ask if they are serving chile en nogada. The service was really great and attentive, and very conscientious of food allergies. Dreaming of my next visit!

We were finally able to sample the lunch offerings at Nim; this place has been on our radar for a few years, and we’ve just been able now to check it out I must say that it was worth the wait! A really diverse menu - we opted for the Summer Rolls (think Vietnamese spring rolls), Nim Salad, and the Cubano Sandwich. Service was warm and attentive (they even brought a bowl of water for our small dog). Food was artfully plated and quite delicious. Nice selection of wines by the glass as well. Of course we couldn’t pass up the warm brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended. We shall return!

One of my favorite restaurants in La Paz. Everything here is consistently great! I like the vibe on the patio, and know during summer to take advantage of the indoor space with A/C! Picture are the Nido salad and a special-of-the-day tuna carpaccio. Not shown, the delicious mango mezcalitas. Recommended! Edit April 2025: still great!

I highly recommend sitting on the patio. This is our second visit in 2 weeks. We’ve had the Lamb burritos (my partner went a second time just for this), pork soupe, Mediterranean fish, lasagna (big enough for 2), caeser salad (this I would give 4 stars), beet salad, pork tenderloin (ordered twice) and Chicken with mushroom gravy. All delicious. Service is also amazing.

Top 5 tuna sashimi of my life. Curated wine list including Mexican wines. Beautiful, bright interior and nice design. So much art! Great service. The fettuccini special was delicious! We split both dishes and was plenty 👌 We made a reservation and were seated right away. Outdoor patio too for the more temperate months. Will return!

We decided to try Nim after seeing all the good reviews online and it was one of the few restaurants that lived up to the hype. For drinks we got the tamarind and maracaya Mezcalitas which well both good followed by a michelada which was also good. For the food we got the shrimp ceviche which was so delicious that we ended up getting a 2nd order, 10/10. We also got the scallop aguachile which wasn't as good but still ok, 7/10. The tuna tartare was better though, 9/10. The bone marrow was served with tortillas instead of toast. It was good but was missing something, salt maybe, 7/10. For dessert we the brownie with ice cream which was as expected, 8/10. The flan was a tiny portion but delicious, 9/10. The baklava was the star of the desserts. It was three pieces and also came with a scoop of ice cream, 10/10. Service was good and the atmosphere was fine for this dinner.

Low key but very impressive restaurant; you might get scared when you first see the menu. They have dishes from various cuisines, which is weird, but they delivered everything! We ordered many appetizers and a couple of mains to share and had a blast! Their oriental fish was exceptional, flaky, and perfectly cooked! The hummus is a must, and the tiradito was WOW! Honestly, go and order everything to share; it’s perfect that way! They also have some excellent desserts that are perfect for satisfying that sweet tooth! We went on a Sunday and the service was a little slow, but the restaurant wasn't busy, it was still a great experience!

We went twice. Once at brunch and again for dinner another night. The food is outstanding! The service is fabulous. The atmosphere was a bit loud but otherwise clean and bright! We had eggs Benedict, shrimp pasta, chicken mole, catch of the day. Everything was cooked perfectly and so full of flavour! The presentation was beautiful! They served meals with lot of fresh cooked vegetable. We had cream brûlée and carrot cake for dessert. The wine as excellent! No photos of the chicken and fish as we were quite excited to eat! Haha

I had the best meal here today, the service was excellent too. I was alone but the friendly staff always checked up on me and sent smiles my way. The food here is really something special. It's one of those places you never forget. The guacamole was freshly made and the chips were delicious on their own, but combine the two and dip into their delicious salsa and you won't be able to stop. I also had the sopes de cochinita and the taco choyero which we're both flavorful and fresh and left me wanting to explore more items from their menu. I'll just have to come back. Highly recommend.

Si qué hay una propuesta gastronómica en evolución. Hay experimentos con varias líneas por lo que lo calificaría como comida Del Mar internacional. Los ostiones frescos con pan con mantequilla como en Francia, como debe ser. Opciones orientales, mexicanas, de nuevo Orleans y Líbano. Sorprendentemente sus baklavas fuera de este mundo. ❤️😉

No me encanto mi comida didáctica la verdad, mi hamburguesa armable no me supo buena. Era la primera vez que iba y fue muy impersonal. Y las papas duras y el color del tomate indicaba que ni maduraba y también estaba duro. Precios bastante altos para lo que es y que digas tú muy gourmet pues no y tampoco valió el precio. Mi amigo pidió un solomillo de puerco y si le gustó, con honestidad su platillo si se veía apetecible y yo solo le daría una segunda oportunidad para intentar cambiar o confirmar mi mala primera impresión del restaurante y para probar ese platillo. Precio excesivo para lo que es, el ambiente estuvo bien, la atención también fue buena, incomodaba la vista un poco la gente trabajando en sus laptops en medio de un restaurante, el diseño del restaurante esta sencillo pero bonito, aunque no te dice nada sobre cuál es el estilo de lugar o de la comida que venden.

Buscábamos algo para cenar cerca del hotel porque estábamos cansados. Cuando nos recibieron, nos preguntaron si teníamos reservación y luego voltearon a ver hacia adentro del lugar, pensamos que no nos dejarían entrar porque les dijimos que no teníamos reservación, y luego nos ofrecieron pasar y elegir nuestra mesa. Solo fue eso, entonces si dan servicio sin reservación 😉 la reservación es solo por si es un grupo o para reservar en algún área particular (tienen salón y terraza... y me parece que también una cava). Tienen un tablero con las sugerencias del día del chef, y los meseros también laa ofrecen y te las explican. El menú es variado, me pareció como cocina mediterránea, y todo muy apetecible. Nosotros elegimos del menú el guacamole y los camarones al curry, y de las sugerencias del día la sopa de hongos y el pescado especial (de cabrilla). Todo estuvo muy sabroso y buenas porciones 👍 No alcanzamos a pedir postre porque quedamos satisfechos, pero también tienen variedad. Los precios nos parecieron razonables. De bebidas pedimos la clásica cerveza, un té de albahaca con menta (natural) y un café. Nos dejó buen sabor de boca, la pasamos a gusto, no hay mucho bullicio ni ruido. Me pareció que los meseros se concentran en la mesa que están atendiendo mientras están con sus comensales, así que si necesitas algo, debes ser paciente para poder llamarles. Si eres el comensal al que están atendiendo lo agradecerás, si eres un comensal que necesita algo debes ser tolerante 😉 eso si, el servicio y trato que recibimos fue muy amable.

El lugar está muy agradable y el servicio es muy cálido. El ceviche verde está muy rico, tiene menta y trozos de mango lo que hace eleve el sabor. El risoto de setas con camarones esta super cremoso, tiene un gran sabor aunque le hace falta un poco de sal. En general me gustó su comida por que es diferente, lo único es que se tardan mucho en traer los platillos.

Excelente restaurante situado a pocos metros del mar en La Paz. El local está cuidadosamente decorado combinado una estructura antigua con muebles contemporáneos. La comida está bien y la carta es variada y el personal es atento. Los precios son correctos y acordes al nivel del local.

Estuve en La Paz una semana y desayuné y cené ahí más de tres veces. Por la cercanía, por la atención, por la calidad de los alimentos, el aire acondicionado a una temperatura ideal, el ambiente. Especialmente por la mañana te da la bienvenida una señora que supongo es la dueña, amable y linda. La propuesta gastronómica no sé cómo calificarla. En la mañana hay desde machaca hasta sándwiches alemanes y birria. Quizá le falta algo de personalidad o definición pero también puedes encontrar una amplia variedad y pedir lo que se les antoje. Las porciones son suficientes y de buen sazón. El café es hecho al instante. El lugar es bellísimo, amplio, mesas grandes, sillas cómodas y bien decorado. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Although I have nothing really to complain about. Everything was good enough, I don’t feel like this place was as incredible as everyone kept going on about. The whiskey sour was kind of meh; not spirit forward, kind of sweet. The oriental fish I had was great but kind of felt like I was in a chain restaurant back in the states. My uncle said his chicken was his favorite dish all week but again seemed like a basic dish. The appetizer with phyllo and mushrooms was the most unique but wish they used different mushrooms. I would recommend for a normal dinner but I wouldn’t say it was a foodie, Michelin level experience like many said. Still a good meal!

Food was great, nice size portions and decent price, I was expecting a little bit more of the french onion sup not as thick as it was but liked the flavor though. Meat was fresh and cooked to perfection. I do recommend the place for a casual after work dinner.
