The food is generally good, and they have great deals, like the all-you-can-eat buffet with burgers 🍔, hot dogs 🌭, wings, boneless chicken, vegetables, and fries 🍟. For under 200 pesos, you can choose from these dishes and eat as much as you want, as many times as you want. It's a really good option for eating well without spending much. The beer 🍺 is reasonably priced; it's not cheap, but it's not too expensive either. The atmosphere is pleasant and suitable for going with family or friends. They play a wide variety of music; you can go from Spanish rock to reggaeton in an instant, then rap, and back to alternative rock. Overall, a good option in Guanajuato for food and drinks.
Service has improved, but the food still takes a while to arrive. There was only one waitress who was friendly, but there comes a time when she loses the sense of stopping by to ask questions. More teamwork is needed, as is knowing how to support the waiters when they need it and, most importantly, how to serve the diners.
We received excellent service. I was impressed by the waiter's memory; he took down everything meticulously and recorded the order for five people. The food was good, hot, and plentiful, though a few more vegetables with the burgers would have been appreciated. The boneless wings were good, and just the right amount (with Molotov sauce). They didn't have their house beer, which I was hoping to try, but the Mexican Jabalí Bock beer was a great substitute and very tasty.
It was there on my first visit! But it seems illogical to me that you can't share the wings with your partner, especially since you already paid for the buffet! They should allow sharing so you can try most of their sauces! I hope they change that policy! Thanks!

It's a shame such a nice place has terrible service. It took 35 minutes to get served, and the girl at the counter had a sour look on her face, acting like we were asking for free. She was behind the bar the whole time, staring at us. Terrible service.
It all started like a typical mall dining experience: the host greets you and mentions the promotions. This establishment has an "unlimited" promotion, offering unlimited food for a very attractive price. We asked about the terms and conditions, the host explained them, and we decided to give the restaurant a try. Everything was going well; we ordered drinks, and then the server arrived to take our food order. Since we had already confirmed with the host that there would be two promotions, we started ordering and chatting. IMPORTANT: If you're offering a promotion, it's crucial not to add extra asterisks when taking the order. Asking if everything would be "à la carte" in an atmosphere with loud, whispered music is neither clear about exceptions nor a transparent way to do business with your customers. Surprisingly, while ordering, different servers—because it wasn't the same one during our visit—some of them questioned whether it was a promotion or not. Well, to make a long story short: THEY TRIED TO CHARGE EACH DISH INDIVIDUALLY. The manager, I think it was him, came to the table, explained the "terms" of the promotion, which hadn't been clarified at all during the initial contact with the hostess, and didn't apologize. He offered excuses and so on; I had to provide the solution myself to avoid involving PROFECO (the Mexican consumer protection agency). However, they've lost future customers. It's so sad that when you try to support local businesses, when you could have eaten at WingStop just around the corner, you run into such unpleasant experiences that even ruin the meal.
The staff isn't trained in customer service or as servers. Also, when you order a special, they don't include certain items in the order to avoid entering them into the system, and the staff keeps the cash from that purchase. They should hire someone trustworthy to prevent these losses. Furthermore, they're out of chimichurri as a condiment.
The service was fast but the food wasn't my favorite. The wings were ok, but the ribs were hard as a rock. I wouldn't order again.
The service was terrible. They took almost an hour just to attend to us, and that was only because I had to speak to the waiter; otherwise, they would never have paid any attention to us. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all. The hot wings downtown are much better; at least they actually came to serve us there. :/
The food was good, but the service I received from the waiters was terrible. Every time I go it's the same; they take 30 to 40 minutes to serve me and even longer to bring the food, and many times the waiters ignore me. Terrible service.
The experience at Rebel Wings leaves much to be desired. The food is disgusting; the wings simply taste like flour drenched in sauce, with ridiculously small portions that don't justify the price. The drinks are equally bad: poorly prepared and tasteless, except for the typical canned items (soda, beer, etc.). The atmosphere doesn't help either: the place is so noisy it feels more like a dive than a restaurant, making it impossible to order or chat comfortably with the music so loud. The service is barely decent. The servers perform the basics of taking orders and bringing them to the table, but they have no interest in making recommendations, checking if everything is okay, or providing friendly service. It feels more like apathetic and mechanical service than genuine customer service. In short, a place in decline, not recommended. Better to go straight to Wingstop or Hot Wings. I hope they close soon and give a chance to a place willing to provide a truly good customer experience.
I usually go to the place several times a month and it's very sad that the quality of the boneless has gone from acceptable to pure dough and hopefully a piece of chicken, but the worst of all is the music, sometimes it's so loud that you have to shout to be able to talk to your partner in front of you, also the musical choice is horrible every day they have the same boring songs 😒 it's hateful but at least the promotion is very good, all you can eat for $209
Upon arrival, everything seemed fine: the atmosphere was pleasant, the lighting was adequate, and the staff was attentive. Up to that point, the experience was decent, both in terms of service and atmosphere. However, when we ordered food, we got the worst surprise. They supposedly sell boneless food, but what they served was just fried flour without chicken, a true culinary aberration. The food was so chewy that it even made my teeth hurt when I chewed it. They were supposed to include a good amount of chicken, but in reality, it was just fried dough. To put it in perspective, even the flour balls you get at Chinese food are much better than this. We ordered tequila drinks to accompany them; they were acceptable, although with a rather artificial taste. Still, compared to the food, they were the only half-salt of the experience.
Don't eat anything prepared here. Only eat things that come with a bottle cap or screw-on lid. It's one of those places where you just go to drink. We ordered boneless wings and a brownie with ice cream. The ice cream was something that had already thawed and didn't taste good; on top of that, it was really bad quality. The boneless wings arrived freezing cold. I asked them to heat them up, and they were barely warm! Hahaha. When we tasted them, they were just dough and old, burnt chicken. I went straight to the guys there, and they gave me complimentary drinks. I really appreciate the service, but the food is something I couldn't have prepared myself even on my worst days. Let alone eaten.
A disappointment. The food is bad: small portions, boneless wings with questionable texture and generic flavor. On top of that, the wait to be served can be incredibly long (depending on your luck). The atmosphere is far too noisy, so much so that it's difficult to even have a conversation. Adding to this is the limited number of restrooms, which is inconvenient when it's crowded. And the worst part: if you go for the "all you can eat" option, they practically force you to order burgers or hot dogs first before you can have wings. That said, most of the servers are friendly and do their best within the limitations of the place. For the price, there are better alternatives in the area, like Hot Wings, where at least you know what to expect.
