The day we went was a rainy day and it wasn’t gonna stop us from having our steak dinner. Longhorn is fantastic chain reasonably priced and a steak that won’t break the bank. This is my new favorite steak joint and good satisfy the steak craving. I ordered the 12oz ribeye with asparagus, and a plain baked potato, I couldn’t ask for a better combo. The other order is 6oz renegade and 8ct rockgrilled shrimp and that was an even better combo. Can’t wait for the next time to eat steak!

The service redeemed itself from previous encounters with another Brianna serving correctly over the other Brianna's disastrous attempt a week earlier. The manager promised to keep in touch but clearly doesn't recognise me, and I eat here a few times a week to work and eat using the WiFi. This time, they got the food right, but the fries are oddly off. The cake is enormous. The three stars were for delivering a second bread to my table after I was done eating. I told the busboy it wasn't for me and to my horror he passed it to the next table after it was on mine. Thankfully, the next table refused it. They need to work on training here.

I went to Longhorn for my husband's birthday and me and my family had a great time. The customer service was amazing and the staff was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be going to this location in the future without a doubt. Also the food was absolutely amazing and I would like to personally give props to the kitchen staff for that reason. Also i have to give a shoutout to our server Naya because she truly made the night one to remember!!

This place is very good for the price., it's cheap and the food is very good. So don't expect a Michelin start service if you paying 20-30 dollars for a nice stake. For the price is great.

First of all, the food was insane ! Nothing like waiting for delicious steak and actually receiving it. The staff was incredibly nice and super fun , the place was clean and really comfy , cant really complain . The only thing that Im going to criticize is going to be the smell when I first came in, it smelled like dirty baby diapers. I think it was because somebody did something in the bathroom with their baby but other than that , 100% recommended !!!!!!!!!!

Their steaks are juicy and tasful. Their appetizers are delicious as well and desserts, all good. Their portions are plentiful, most time I end up with a doggy bag. This is my go to and favorite place to eat.

We had our favorites. Ribeye and my partner had the 20oz. T-bone. Both cooked to our exact specifications. Good stuff!The pecan strawberry salad was a first. De. Li. cious. Sex on the beach and Mojito...both just mediocre. Not a deal breaker. Rafael our server was a doll and a very interesting young person to look at. Plus pandemic or not, we love to go out to eat early. To avoid the crowds. So this social distancing dining is new but right up our alley. We'll be back.

Amazing food!!! Best steak I've had in a long time. I had the Rib eye 20oz steak with a loaded baked potato and it was full of flavor. I treated my wife to a half rack baby back ribs with Mac and cheese. She loved it!!! Also, the spicy chicken bites and the lobster/shrimp chowder was very good. I'm definitely coming back for more... If you haven't come here & this is your first time like it was ours then get yourself some Longhorn Steakhouse ASAP. They did not disappoint whatsoever. LongHorn Steakhouse was a joy to experience. The atmosphere was calm and laid back. The staff was on point with our order, no long waits between serving. The food was beyond expectations. I would recommend LongHorn to everybody.

We had a nice juicy porterhouse which was cooked to perfection, medium temperature. The dragonfruit margarita was also very delicious!

Love Longhorn the food is always fresh. During Easter the serve the Lamb Chops. So it's not just Steaks. The food is great, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is clean.

Steak is very good quality, cooked to the level I expected. Lobster chowder is creamy and fresh. House wheat bread is so crunchy and sweet! Sangria was a bit too sweet. Server was very nice that once my daughter is sprite is about to run our, he brought another one for free.

Omg where to start. Apps we ordered the spinach dip, stuff mushrooms and Brussels sprouts they were all so delicious. The dish i got had chicken and shrimp with Mac and sweet potato. The chicken was okay but not great. The Mac was good and the sweet potato was delicious. Now my son had the ribs and they were so tender fall off the bone amazing. The lava cake was so good. The strawberry short cake was still frozen and we had to take it home. But I can’t wait to go back now I know what I would get. Same apps but change to the ribs with Mac n cheese and sweet potato.

LongHorn Steakhouse. My Opinion My Experience. Yesterday my partner and I had the experience of eating at the Longhorn Steakhouse for a late lunch.. I treated. My partner and I enjoyed our dining experience!!! The atmosphere was relaxing with a southern cowboy feeling. Low lights, comfortable seats, spacious and low tone music in the background. They had lots of Western memorabilia including painting of horses, horseshoes, cowboy figurines, cowskulls and saddles. There's a private bar with a wide selection of spirits. Staff was kind and engaging. We was seated immediately and our server came 5min after seating. Our server was Dwayne. He was very professional, tentative, polite and had a nice smile. We ordered our food and had a warm sour dough bread with butter.. yummy while we waited. The Menu had a variety of delicious dishes ranging from burgers, soups, ribs, steaks, chicken, salmon, and shrimps, For our appetizer we ordered the spicy chicken bites, wild west shrimps, and lobster chowder. Our food arrived quick and hot. Everything was fresh and delicious. We was full after that but ordered take out including ribs, 6oz steak and burger. When the bill arrived I thought I spent at least $200+, but it was just a little over $100 including tip. Great meal, Great Vibes, Great Price.. I ejnoyed my experience and in my opinion its a great place to visit and dine. Something for the whole family. Seating for Large and small groups.

Perfect place for date night! I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, he had Parmesan Crusted Steak sweet potato, Mac n cheese and Broccoli! Cheesecake and Strawberry shortcake for dessert! We went on a Friday night, waited less than 10 minutes for a table! Service was great, we had a great server, I believe her name was Yesenia! Definitely will return!

The food was amazing, if you went for a steak you got a steak cooked to perfection. The sides were also well cooked, and apps were good as well. My waiter came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The last of the restaurants that maintained their food quality and standards.

Food was really good! Service was great also. Only complaint was the woman’s bathroom was not great. It’s mind boggling to think how disgusting other woman are and the mess they left in the stalls. I found Gabby and she was so sweet and I let her know about the bathroom. She did not hesitate and went right in to clean it. I felt so bad though , it’s not fair she had to clean up two messes that weren’t regular paper towels and water all over. Please praise her, she had such a positive attitude.

The restaurant is owned by Darden Restaurants and is known for its Western Texas theme. The interior of the restaurant features gorgeous and well crafted Western memorabilia such as cowboy figurines, cowskulls and saddles. In June of 2024, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse, specifically the branch based at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, New York, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!!! We were kindly welcomed and treated by the restaurant’s staff and were quickly provided with a very comfortable dining table. Our server, Sabrina G. was very polite, professional, and deserves great recognition for the amazing service that she provided. Sabrina was very attentive and courteous to us, superbly addressed all of our menu inquiries, and did a great job on documenting our meal selections. In addition to the great service that we received, both my wife and I found our Longhorn Steakhouse meal to be absolutely perfect!!! We found our honey wheat bread appetizer to be quite scrumptious, and found our salad to be tasty and very well-made!!! We also found our entree to be quite irresistible!!! My wife ordered and loved her grilled lamb chops and mashed potato meal, while I ordered and enjoyed my full rack ribs with fries. Our entrees was mouth watering delicious, exquisitely cooked and flawlessly seasoned!!! We’d love to thank Longhorn for providing us with an outstanding dining experience and highly recommend for everyone to visit and dine at this great steakhouse!!!

It has truly been overdue when it comes to typing this review but i absolutely love this place . As soon as i walk in i request my favorite waitress Bernadette !!!!! (You wont regret it ). I ask for the porterhouse medium of course along with two sides i can’t ever turn down . Mac and cheese is flavorful with a side of a mash with a well balanced seasoned steak . Hospitality from my favorite server makes it all worth it and I’ll continue to come back not just for the food but for Bernadette! . This review was needed after today’s special visit . My husband and I went for lunch with the kids, and we enjoyed ourselves. The place was quiet, and it wasn't overcrowded. Which is how we like it. The food was delicious, except the mac n cheese. The waitress we had was very busy because she was assigned to take out orders. So we were unfortunately neglected a lot. But I would definitely go back. It's my first time having poor service, so I won't give a poor ratings. But I get, she was busy, so I think they should have one waiter assigned to take out only.

Good service by the bar tender. Was ordering to go she told the take out guy 3 times to take my order but she ended up putting in my order for me.

Was our first time eating here, we were celebrating a birthday Food was good.. was looking forward to the "Happy birthday" group that normally sings, but were told, due to covd, this restaurant doesn't. The food was pretty decent. The steak could have had the fat cooked a little bit longer though. Decent price. The only other thing is we got a buzzer to let us know when our table was ready and a couple walked in behind us, got a table right away.

This is literally my favorite chain restaurant. It is affordable , family friendly, and consistent. Any time I order a meal , it always tastes the same which is important. My fav selections are the steakhouse wings and the chicken bites! For appetizers, they truly fill you up. The pictures provided are of those. I gave one less star because the chicken bites came in a smaller size than dine in, which caught me off guard. Also for the one less star , the longpours fall on sweet side and for a classic marg, I don’t like it more sweet than sour. (But that’s my personal take, it’s still good nonetheless.) my friends have had burgers and I have tried their steak which is good quality. THE SALADS !!

Food, drinks and service was really good. The side dishes are very generous, same for the main course. Had no room for desert. This would have been a five star rating, but I took one star because of the broken, food covered lamp shade. That shade just was nasty. Will go back again.

Customer service was awesome at this location by all, instantly greeted by someone when we entered the door even though the main hostess was seating someone else. Made the wait time known early although we waited shorter than they said. Great customer service shout out especially to our Server "Cashay". She answered all of my tedious questions and stopped me from ordering extra sides by clarifying what is and the amounts already included in the entrees. The only downfall about this location is the flies and visible spider webs on light fixtures. I doubt this would happen to others; after already waiting some time, This one encounter did have our food delivered to the wrong ppl who were super friendly and made it known to us including notifying our server right away who apologized and attempted to provide a resolution but also got the manager involved instantly. We did end up waiting twice as long for our entrees. I believe we were only able to hold off the "hangriness" due to the appetizers and salad.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening and experienced a thirty five minute wait for a table, which was reasonable given the time of day. After being seated, I had to wait an additional ten minutes for the complimentary bread to arrive. I noticed some tissues underneath the table, which gave the impression that the area had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to seating. The appetizer and meal both tasted good and met expectations.

Then I get home and open my food — my sweet potato is burnt, the steak has a weird seasoning I’ve never tasted before, my drink has no straw, and I go to eat my bread… no butter. Like please, make it make sense. I keep giving them chance after chance because I really do love some LongHorn Steakhouse, but at this point I may have to take my money somewhere else. The food was good, and our steak was cooked to perfection. However, the service was unacceptable. First, we ordered appetizers, but they never arrived because our server failed to submit the order. Secondly, our assigned server was inattentive; we ran out of drinks for about 20 minutes and couldn't ask for a refill because he was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, our kids had drinks to share. Lastly, when we requested the check, the server had the audacity to ask if we were in a rush and if we could wait longer while he finished his side tasks in the back kitchen. This kind of service is simply not acceptable. It was a first time experience in this location.

The idea of going to Longhorn Steakhouse honestly was a impusilve las minute decision. As I was in my way home. Plus I was extremely hungry. Now I should of known better to a mainstream restaurant chain because honestly it most definitely lived up to my expectations. My server seemed she was a bit overwhelmed and inconsistent; because I barely seen her as I kept asking the first person I’d seen questions. Whenever my food came she would place the plate at the very edge of the HUGE TABLE. She just place my food in the table and quickly ran hurried away as if she was rushing me. She would barely come and quickly go. But kept placing everything on the EDGE of the table! Where I had to push everything in the middle. Now let me just jump right into the food….the steakhouse… I ordered the medium rare ribeye steak with fries and mushrooms. It came with Caesar salad and a huge loaf of bread. Honestly the salad honestly tasted MUCH BETTER (just ok) than everything else. The mushroom had a strange foul taste, the medium rare ribeye had a decent crust but didn’t taste great just. Looked a bit more rare and medium rare to me. The fries were just fries…The garlic butter looked like someone off the cabinet of a lab and the house made honey mustard… I just wasn’t feeling it. Even though the place was close to closing, the whole vibe seemed off. After I gave my card to my waitress it seemed like I was waiting much longer for her to return with my receipt( I had to ask another person for a check). I overheard another patron getting frustrated because he barely seen his waitress too.

I think we will finally look for a different place to use as a base than the Darden restaurant chain. This filthy restaurant wasn't bussed the entire time I ate there. Tables all around me maintained the detritus of long gone diners. It is a very unappealing experience, and I am a regular that goes there to eat while I work. The manager wasn't there, but the poor, young host valiantly tried to keep up. This is patently inexcusable in a restaurant pretending to be a steakhouse. To wait nearly an hour for this experience is just not decent. Kudos to the young staff who tried. The sides need attention in the cooking process.

We waited like one hour for like 1 hour to be seated then the waitress for not the greatest to be modest.. on a Sunday there were understaffed everything took forever the food was good, but you need to take out the half a day to eat there.. have fun 🤩.

Just eh. I ordered the chopped steak, which is a flavor lacking hamburger. The dish was filled with fat, the onions were still hard, the gravy was minimal, and it was disappointing . I added a comparison pic of what It should look similar too, and what you get. The onions are supposed to be sliced, thin, cooked, or caramelized. Someone dropped the ball, and this isn't it. I pushed the meat to the side so you could see the grease. The mashed potatoes were, eh..what was good, was the French onion soup. I wish it had more broth, but it was good. Do better.

The med-well ny strip we ordered was overcooked and burnt on the outside. Told the waitress and she told me that it’s normal because it was cooked on the grid. I doubt that steak cooked by any method should be so burnt that it tasted bitter. Brought my family here yet the food was so disappointing, not a great experience. The filet was okay.

It’s a good place to eat, but if you get the seat by the exit sign be prepared to have the waitress and waiters walk around jsut starring at you while you wait to get service, 40 mins of waiting with my kids while we watch other people sit and get rapid service. Only reason why I gave it two stars. Hopefully this changes if I ever go back again

The service is quite slow. We visited after 8pm, was seated within 5 minutes. But one seated out took long for the waiter to check in with is. The food took about 30 minutes. Presentation of the food was so poor. Looks like they just threw the broccoli on the plate

The good: the bread was warm & the butter was sweet and creamy. The bad: ambience was unpleasant; there are few windows so the dining area is dark regardless the time of day; it feels like eating at a casino. The rugs were dirty (see photo) and there were cobwebs (see photo) near the lights. Service was poor; our server checked in once as our meal arrived and never came back. I tried to get his attention to address my entree but he seemed to actively ignore us. My son practically had to tackle him to get the check. Cuisine was arguably worse than above (besides the bread). My son's steak was cooked well and evenly; he enjoyed his meal. My steak was cooked unevenly and the photo is my "well done" steak. I left hungry. If you're going to spend your hard earned money on a steak dinner with family, a clean, friendly, and consistent experience is what you want. I would seek it elsewhere.

I attended Longhorn today for the first time in a few months. It is one of my favorite chain restaurants. The Yonkers location has been great every time I went after graduations or just for casual dining. Today was the worst service I’ve had in the multiple times I’ve attended. The waitress Kimberly M, shorter lady with red hair made my experience poor. She was rude when she introduced herself which is not a big deal. We gave our drink and appetizer orders and asked for her to come back so we could figure out entrees. She did not return for 20 minutes. When she did, I as well my guest ordered meals that came with two sides. Neither of us received our vegetable sides. We waited 10 minutes hoping the vegetables would arrive. They never did. We tried to flag down other servers, one ignored us, the other said they’d go check but never returned. Kimberly never once returned to check on us until 30 minutes later. We ate our food without the vegetables were just going to let it go until when she did return and we informed her we never got vegetables. She responded “oh, you want a free dessert?” I agreed. She put down the desert menu and I quickly glanced at it. I knew what dessert I wanted as soon as I looked but she left before I could tell her. She didn’t come back for 15 minutes. By that time I had called for the manager to ask for assistance. Kimberly saw us asking for assistance and asked was there something we needed. I informed her we had requested a manager. She responded with “k” and left. The manager did do his best to make things right. The food that we did receive was fine but Kimberly’s service was terrible. I would not recommend her as a server.

We were told we couldn’t wait inside because not everyone had arrived. The manager was unhelpful and dismissive, basically asking us to leave even though it was cold outside. We were celebrating a friend’s 24th birthday. The customer service was terrible — we will not be returning

The staff has by far the worst attitude, and I've been to outback. Equally trash. Anyway, this review will go unheard of as most. I come in, mind you that I called less than 10 minutes before and the waitress on the phone says that there are no wait times. I come in, I have to wait... Wow, that's hilarious. The menu stated "bone-in ribeye", see photo - even funnier. My money deserves to go to better places, and it will. Just not here.

Steaks were burned and dry, the hostess was rude cause we asked for a bigger table and not even menu or water was offered, we had like 2 people coming to take our order and they got it wrong. Even that the place wasn’t as busy as usually. My husband and I took my brother here to celebrate his birthday and they charged us for a mediocre ice cream with whipped cream $4 dlls they tagged as “birthday sundae”. Horrible experience we ere never gonna go back to this location.

I just came in for lunch I waited almost 10 min to be seated, meanwhile I watched employees walk by and people come in and make to go orders and pick ups. When I was finally seated I waited 20 minutes while I watched more people come in and make to go orders from what looked like the manager (blue dress shirt). I left because no one ever came to my table. I came in for a quick lunch and usually like this chain for its fast and tasty lunch menu but not this one. I went next door to Fridays and was seated and had my order taken promptly.

If you like improperly cooked steak and steamed fries, go for it! The servers are really nice though.

Arrived with a large party which ended up being split into two tables. Per other staff members, the waiter refused assistance yet the first table was done w dinner before the second table received drinks & apps. Steak was tough & cold. Almost all guests were wearing coats as the restaurant was uncomfortably cold.

I had a terrible experience there. I went there for solo brunch on Saturday. I drove about 30 minutes to have a good meal and experience. I ordered one of their signature steaks and ceaser salad. Through the half of my meal, I went to the restroom (about 2 minutes ), and when I returned, I see everything is cleared of the table and new customers were seated on my table. I was shocked. Very poor service and lack of communication. I should not have been charged for full meal and don't know why I gave them tips, because they don't deserve it. I never had this experience in my life before.

You guys are pathetic! Do yourselves - and the customers - a favor: quit! You managed to completely ruin my take-out order. You do not follow simple instructions. Poured spicy sauce on the chicken bites, added BBQ sauce to the ribs, gave me ranch instead of honey mustard salad dressing. The chicken was undercooked and tasted awful. Thank you for nothing!

The spouse of one of the servers was verbally abusive to people including myself at the bar no real efforts were made to remove the individual. He even followed the individual he insulted outside into the parking lot.

Instead, we were told they were no longer seating anyone for the night and that the only option available was a high-top table at the bar. Normally that might be fine, but one of the people in our group is pregnant, so a high-top bar table really wasn’t an appropriate or comfortable option. What made the situation more frustrating was that the restaurant didn’t appear to be packed at all—there were empty tables and no one waiting to be seated. It was disappointing to be turned away with a full hour left before closing when we simply asked for a regular table. I understand restaurants sometimes slow down seating toward the end of the night, but this felt unnecessarily dismissive and not very accommodating. LongHorn is usually known for good hospitality, so this experience definitely fell short of expectations.

The worst experience I’ve got in this location. Do not recommend to go here. The waitress was not friendly and we never received our food to the point we had to leave. She had a bad attitude. Been sitting for an hour and people around got their food before mine. It was not even busy, even the manager came to find out why we cancelled. But over all the waitress was rude.

Update review came. Came back to give the restaurant another chance since i had a bad experience 2years ago. Came in at 3:10pm restaurant was somewhat empty had waiter Mathew D. He took our order and the last time we seen him was at 3:30pm. Around 4pm asked for a manager because we never got any of our food. The short manager went and got us our appetizers then sent another manager named Leon to talk to us. He started saying the waiter was backed up due to a large party thar wad in the restaurant but I informed him that we came and ordered our food way before that large group came in. Once the waiter Mathew saw Leon at our table he finally wanted to come over to us again. Bout time they started to bring out our main dishes it was 4pm and some of the food was cold. This place has not improved since I came 2years ago only gotten worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT. Then to make the experience worst the large group that they were catering to were singing and dancing to the boots on the ground song and management didn't see nothing wrong with it. I've had a better dinning experience in a white castle then in this Longhorn.

Horrible!... First the utensils were dirty, the steak knife still had food on it, my 2 forks were dirty, they bring me a ceasar salad, with a hair in it, and to top it up the bill says *gratuity not included* but it is... plus the suggested gratuity at the bottom all added up for you... 18%, 20%, and 22%.... Really? Here is a tip, wash your utensils better, wear hair nets in the kitchen, and be more honest on the bill...

I have been to this location on several occasions and never have I experienced such dissatisfaction. The waitress name was Kimberly? unfortunately acting like she did not even want to be at work. Her section this day was right behind the host stand. I am a manager in the service industry, with that said you never know who you are serving. I always tip good because it is the right thing to do, a nasty attitude and carelessness all around would change that for anyone. No bread was bought to the table, appetizer was cold. I asked for a water after I ordered a 15$ drink, I never received the water. No check up on the table. The worst experience. The server kept walking by the table empty handed. No pre bussing took place, In and out the kitchen empty. The rush died down and still horrible service. No smile. The table we were sat at was dirty. The food was out in wrong. I asked for a salad I never got. I will not be returning thanks to Kimberly.

I was visiting Yonkers, NY for business and, as a very picky eater, I usually stick with restaurants I know and trust. LongHorn Steakhouse is one of my go-to spots, so after a long day, I decided to order takeout. I ordered my usual: salmon, sweet potato, steakhouse mac and cheese, and a Caesar salad. Unfortunately, the salad was the only item that was edible. The salmon was overcooked, the sweet potato was undercooked, and the mac and cheese was soupy and unappetizing. I’ve honestly never been so disappointed. I was too tired to return and complain, but I felt compelled to share this experience. LongHorn has always been one of my favorites—please do better. 😏

I came here with my family , first there was a 15 minute which I didn’t understand because it wasn’t busy. Okay then we get seated , we got no water , even when asked multiple she only brought 1 water , we were a party of 4 . Then okay we ordered . The appetizers was the only good thing . Me & my mom order steak medium well . It came out medium rare & we couldn’t even find no staff to tell this too & our server never checked on us . Just a horrible experience from start to finish .

First, the Manager “Leon” refused to give us a cup of hot water to sterilize our utensils. Secondly, I asked for my steak, my baby’s steak and my husband’s steak very well done and my baby’s steak was pink. My husband’s steak was raw and wet and the Manager “Leon” went back and forth with him about it being fat and not raw which in fact it was RAW and we ended up wasting half a Longhorn Steak. My steak was raw I sent it back and it was still RAW you could literally see the blood coming out the steak. I called the waiter back and explained how this can make me very ill due to me not having a gold bladder. He takes my steak no feed back no update. At this point everyone finished this food and still no food. I wrote this review, changed my grandson and my son diaper and still no food. Very displeased with this place and is literally my favorite go to for some good eats. NEVER AGAIN! This place is done, And to the chef in the back you should cook school lunch it’s frozen and easy… 🤬
