Service was fast and very attentive! The staff continuously checked in on the table, not in the way where I was feeling rush to finish my food. But, genuinely to make sure everything was up to my liking! We decided to go to Red Lobsters after my daughter graduated from preschool because they was going to have everything she wanted to eat... lots of seafood. Overall service, food and music was amazing, to top it off my daughter was made a special chocolate cake sundae. She was over joy! That says a lot, most children are a terror to take out to eat. Will definitely come back here.
Really enjoyed our meal here at Red Lobster. It has come alive from the past couple of years. Atmosphere is great and service is great. We had Omarion as our server - very attentive to detail, kind, and updated us on the timing of our meal throughout the evening. We appreciate you!

The manager Cesar was very nice and attentive to our table making sure food came out on time and drinks were out fast . My server Paola was one of the BEST servers I had in a while , very nice , neat , organized , fast paced and attentive . Matthew is by far the best server I’ve had in two years. My fiancé and I will be coming here more often. He does employ your guilty pleasures in terms of food. Some people will view it as a little pushy. Don’t listen to those people because he’s a great example and representation of what a server should be. Serving is a hard job and it can be related to a job like sales. At the end of the day, he was amazing and I personally told him to keep doing what he’s doing because he’ll be a great asset to any establishment he works for.
Amazing experience at Red Lobster Yonkers! I came to eat with my wife and daughter, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was amazing —Sienna the Server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. My wife loved her Seafood Boil, which was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and my daughter enjoyed her kids’ meal so much that she finished everything! My family was there to celebrate my mom's 72nd birthday. Our server was AMAZING! Her name is Mariann. She was extremely efficient and made our family dinner the best it could be. Great place for downtime. I came alone and was quickly seated. However, I did arrive at around 4pm on a Saturday. The dining room wasn’t packed, but you can see that they were busy. Wait time wasn’t long either as I was quickly greeted by my waitress who took care to make sure everything was perfect. I had one of their boils, I believe it was called the sailor boil with shrimps, some Cajun sausages, corn and red potatoes. It really hit a spot I was craving for some time. Overall I enjoyed my experience alone and would be happy to return with friends and family in the future.
I went to Red Lobster for dinner recently and was lucky enough to have Paola as my waitress. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel really welcome. Even though the restaurant was busy, Paola stayed calm, friendly, and very attentive the entire time. She checked on our table often without being overbearing, made great recommendations from the menu, and even remembered our drink refills without us having to ask. Our food came out hot and fresh, and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. What stood out most was how genuine she was — she seemed to truly enjoy her job and cared that we had a good experience. It’s rare these days to find that kind of energy and professionalism during a packed dinner rush. If you’re planning to eat at Red Lobster, definitely ask for Paola — she’ll make your night that much better!
Haven’t been back in a while and I’m happy I stopped by Red Lobster Rewards gave a great coupon. There was no wait was sat at a booth by the bar ( my performance). We know the menu inside out so we just ordered right away. Our waitress was Luyany she was very hospitable and also went above and beyond. Brought fresh bread before she took our order. She was very busy but could multitask the hell out of that bar and her side tables. Our virgin Pina colada’s and Sunset passion one was delicious. Food came out fast portion size bigger than I remembered. Place was clean and staff are always busy with guest needs.

WOW — what an experience! I had the BEST time at this Red Lobster! From the second I walked in, the energy was amazing. The staff greeted me with big smiles and treated me like family. The service was on point! Our server was friendly, fast, and super attentive — I never had to ask for anything twice. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You could tell the kitchen team was really on their A-game. The restaurant was spotless and had such a positive vibe. But what truly impressed me was the management team. They were out on the floor, checking on tables, helping the staff, and making sure EVERY guest was happy. You don’t see that everywhere, and it really makes a difference. I left smiling, full, and already planning my next visit. If you’re looking for a great meal and an even better experience — this is the Red Lobster to go to! HIGHLY recommend!
This place had great service. Came here on a Sunday after visiting family. There was no wait and our waitress Millie was great. So friendly and gave us a great experience. Ofcourse started us off with warm biscuits and continued to offer us more. The margarita flights was good except for the blue one. Way too sweet. Our meals were delicious and tasted very fresh. Would come here many times more.

Service was really great today. Shout out to the bartender, Samantha!! She is spectacular and really attentive. She makes a great gin martini and strawberry margarita. Stop in at Red Lobster, any weekend morning, if you’re shopping at cross county mall, and sit at the bar. Amazing service provider.
Our waiter Christian was so personable. He paid attention to us throughout our whole dinning experience. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and that’s the type of positive energy that brings more people coming back. I think he is very deserving of a raise or given a meaningful recognition. If there were more Christians in this business, most chain restaurants will keep their doors open.
Went today with my husband. We were sat by the bar booth, our server/bartender Jhon was super friendly, attentive to detail and offered us everything under the sun. He was honesty one of the best servers we’ve ever had at red lobster.. The margaritas he made were perfect! Def going back very soon!
The food was fantastic, but the real highlight was our server/ bartender Cristian!! He was so kind, so attentive and he made the entire experience a true 5 star experience, he has us laughing so much, he made sure we knew all of our options for food and drinks, and even though I live an hour and a half away I will certainly be back soon in the future hopefully just to see Cristian!! If I owned a restaurant I’d want every server to be just like him, and thank you again to everyone at this location for making us feel at home, including the hostesses and the manager! :)

Last week I came to Red Lobster in Yonkers to celebrate my niece and my B-day. We had an amazing experience. Our party was immediately welcomed, very friendly, food was delicious, service was exceptional, our server Paola made us feel special and gathered a group of co-workers to sign happy birthday for us. We left happy 😊, for sure we will go back again.

This mall restaurant is a great place to go for a weekday lunch as it is rarely busy, it's quiet and the young, eager staff, although harried, make a sincere effort to deliver. The food is average and slightly overpriced for lunch. Red Lobster does need to address this with lunch specials that are considerably cheaper. With tip, and no alcohol or dessert, lunch was $35. That's excessive. Being sick of fish during Lent, I opted for the steak with side fries and a Caesar's salad. Cheddar biscuits naturally. Love this and the server was good but I twice had to find help. Once to refill the sweet tea and once to pay. Still, I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the server was very good if inexperienced.

Update 7/29. That smell and murky air that i wrote about has been corrected. Dining area was well-lit and no smell..Great job red lobster in cleaning up...Ok, I have been here a few times and I have to say, service is good, food comes quickly and so far I haven't had to wait on a table, always get seated immediately. The only drawback is the murky air and the smell as you enter the restaurant inside. The dining areas are a bit too dark and murky..put some lights on and air out that dinning area.

So first and foremost our server Milly at the Yonkers location was ON IT. Great service with a smile and quick. Great experience. Two improvements to be made. Drinks a bit too sweet, and the crab meat in the crab legs was a bit dry. It was good however. We want Red Lobster to be here forever. So hope the feedback gets back to the higher ups.

Very friendly server and clean table but the food takes long to come out. Not sure why our server won’t write down our order and ended up mixing up all our orders especially the side we each asked for. For shrimp fest, we chose 2 selection but she ended up giving us 3 and charge price for 3 selection. Since we were in a rush and had to run out, we didn’t complain and just quickly ate our food and ask for our check. Overall, an ok meal though service needs improvement.

I like this Red Lobster for its location, parking, size, and eager, but harried young staff. The food is typical and is good for the price. Because I have eaten so much fish during Lent I ordered the small steak and it was just right with a side Caesar's salad, fries and some sweet tea for lunch. This restaurant is rarely busy during the day except on weekends so it is a great place to relax during a weekday for lunch. But be forewarned. Because it's so empty, the younger, less experienced staff get these shifts over seasoned servers and there is far fewer of them. I had to search out a manager to pay the cheque. I've been to this location a few times over the years but my latest visit this month was the worst. From the moment we entered there was a horrible stench throughout the lobby and dining room. Came here with my mother and the only saving grace to this experience was our waitress was kind and patient with me. My mother ordered their salmon rice bowl. I had their garlic linguine with crab meat. I specifically asked if the crab meat was real, she said yes. Well it came out of a can, it looked and tasted awful. I ended up getting a burger instead which was way better. Never again.
Cynthia and Alondra has to be the worst managers. Came to sunday dinner waited an hour and thirty minutes.My food was packed to go.Sunday dinner to go. She offered me a military discount. 10% I told her I could use my own discount. Nasty is an understatement. I understand why they're closing.
Very disappointing. Nothing like the former Scarsdale restaurant where the food was great and the service was even better. This is a mall location with subpar food. Brown, hard mashed potatoes, containers not properly closed and seeping into the bag, which of course ripped in the parking lot. No napkins or cutlery even though we requested it and it was on the receipt. My daughter stood in the takeout area for quite some time as a half dozen servers stood around chatting, some trying to get someone from takeout to come out of the kitchen. If ordering takeout, do so in person. Once you pay online, they can't be bothered but to hand you the bag.
We keep coming back to this Red Lobster as it is the closest to us but no more. It's a Thursday night after Holy Thursday Mass and there was no host, the servers were again understaffed, the manager was delivering food, the fish was not cooked right, they ran out of lemonade at my table, mashed potatoes at the next table and I had to get up and ask for cutlery when the food arrived before the silverware. This is NOT the fault of the servers but is clearly a management issue. This is a Red Lobster at a mall. This is just not right. Until they fix their issues, please don't go here. We will ho somewhere else tomorrow to break fast for Good Friday.
We are currently here as I am writing this review. We were at our table for half an hour and we didn’t even get any biscuits. We finally get our salads and they came out wrong, not as we ordered. Didn’t have my salad dressing, 1000 island, and didn’t have much of a selection of dressings. Our order comes and I have two drops of butter in the little container, our order is wrong. When we got there, the place was really not that busy. A large party was leaving. Our service was just very slow. You would think that being the only Red Lobster in Yonkers that the service would be better to keep customers coming back, our party of 4 will not be returning to this establishment again. We actually left this evening, our salads came out with our food. Bad experience at this establishment , I’ve never left a restaurant like I did tonight. Detail, detail, detail that makes a big difference.
I visited Red Lobster in Cross County on Tuesday, April 1st with my daughter, friend, and her son. Although I’d never been to this location before, I was in the mood for salmon. From the start, service was chaotic and inattentive. Our server (whose name I don’t recall because she barely showed up) took our drink orders while we were still deciding on food. After bringing the drinks, we placed our order—but then waited nearly an hour for the food with no updates, check-ins, or refills. When my salmon plate finally arrived, it looked like someone else’s leftovers. It had grains of rice scattered across it (I ordered mashed potatoes), and a portion of the salmon was missing. It looked like a plate that had been returned and reused. I was so shocked and upset, I didn’t even think to take a picture—I immediately flagged down the busboy (since the waitress had vanished), and he agreed it was unacceptable. He took it back and told me it would take time to get a new one. I agreed to wait. Thirty minutes later, the second plate arrived. The presentation was slightly better, but once I cut into it, I saw the middle was raw. I was beyond frustrated. This time I took a photo and asked to speak to the supervisor. Again, the waitress was nowhere to be found and had not once checked on us during the entire meal. The supervisor was apologetic, confirmed the salmon was undercooked, and offered to bring something else. I declined. She kindly comped the salmon and gave me a $22 family discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated—but the night was already ruined. Oddly, the most professional staff were the busboys—a young Dominican man and woman—who noticed my frustration and checked in with genuine concern. Their kindness stood out in an otherwise terrible experience. Even after all that, we waited another 25 minutes just to pay. I had to bring the check and my card to the counter myself because the waitress, supervisor, and manager had all disappeared. Then, out of nowhere, the waitress came back and said, “So, I charged you twice,” explaining she’d added the salmon to my bill—not knowing it had already been comped. I explained everything, and instead of apologizing, she huffed, crumpled the receipt, and walked off. She returned, said she fixed it, and handed me multiple receipts, telling me to “just sign any.” Then she pointed to the tip suggestions like she expected one. If she genuinely believed she deserved a tip after all that, she needs to rethink her role in hospitality. Poor attitude, zero accountability, and an awful experience from start to finish. I left no tip—and I have no regrets. Bottom line: this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had in years. Red Lobster management needs to take a hard look at who they’re hiring and how they’re training staff. The only thing that saved this from being a total disaster was the kindness of the busboys. Everything else? Completely unacceptable.
The wait to be seated was too long the service took forever and the worst part the food was cold and looked like it was reheated and now you know why they changed the menu so much cause someone thought it would be easier to reheat lobsters and clusters of crabs and baked potatoes i used to come here once a month and Saturday January 24th of 2026 was the last time i will be going to that restaurant do yourselves a favor dont bother giving this place your money
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I wish this was the location that closed instead of the higher quailty one they had in scarsdale. But our server was nice i would give her 5 stars. But the food quality is trash. I could have made this right out frozen freezer aisle of supermarket not worth 80 dollar price tag, i I will never be back, what a terrible bday dinner, gut told me not to go and always trust your gut. Place is always mostly empty and for good reason. Let me tell you the menus nasty because they were grimy from food partials, the glasses were murky, not to mention lemonade was very tart, thats not her fault if the protect is processed. We ordered the fish & chips comes with coleslaw, fries and hush puppies and asked for a side Cesar salad. Two lemonades nothing to complicated so you would think. The portion size was a joke, I wish I took a picture but I was too disappointed to even care to. The coleslaw tasted and smelled rancid to me like it sat in a bag to long, Gordon proceeded fish sticks tasted better than these,they're definitely frozen then just warmed up, I've had alot of battered fish in my lifespan this ain't it. Plus ive had better fries from Chinese restaurant. The Cesar salad was ok but tasted watered down. Only good thing was the appetizer and cheddar butter biscuits but those are already pre-made so just heat them up, never again, I can taste the salt from from food the next day. Friday at 3, no no. Next time go to Applebee's or Olive Garden way better.
An experience disappointing enough that we won’t be going back. We waited 25 minutes for a regular iced tea and a pepsi (each about 4$), they arrived after our appetizer (17$), and no straws were dropped. We had to ask a busser passing by for them because our server didn’t do a check back after dropping the appetizer. Our entrees didn’t arrive for another 40 minutes after that, and they weren’t difficult orders there were no modifications and only one had a steak which was ordered medium. When the entrees arrived they were underwhelming; given the pricing of these items (each entree about 50-60$) the presentation and portions were subpar. I had the lobster boil and it arrived with barely any cajun butter tossed on it, I had to ask for an extra side of cajun butter to add to the bag which was another 10 minute wait. We decided not to bother with ordering dessert and asked for the check assuming that would be another long wait and cheap quality. This location’s quality of service and product have been in decline over time and has now gotten to the point that it's absolutely not worth wasting the money on.
Ordered online on Uber. I went with the Lobster Flatbread and ClamChowder soup. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! There were hardly any lobster on the flatbread but tomatoes and cheese. Lobster I counted was only 4. The clamchowder was so bland like watered down no taste. The store can ones taste better. But I stopped eating from cans. I’m not ordering from this place again. I’ll try the one on Central Ave next time!
$49.99 “Feast”? More Like “Create Your Own Regret” — Cold Food, Raw Meat, and a Side of Neglect I ordered the “Create Your Own Feast” for $49.99 — and what I got was less “dinner” and more a test of intestinal fortitude. If Gordon Ramsay had been there, he would've ripped the menu in half, slammed it on the table, and told the chef to shut it down before someone gets food poisoning — just like he’s done on Kitchen Nightmares. The steak, ordered medium, came out cold and bloody — so undercooked, I’m pretty sure I heard the cow moo. Ramsay would’ve screamed: “It’s so raw, it’s still got a tag on its ear!” I asked the server to send it back — and he looked at me like I’d asked him to rebuild the restaurant from scratch. It took 10 minutes to return, while the rest of my food sat there like roadkill on a heat lamp vacation. The lobster tail? Translucent, rubbery, and very much not cooked. Ramsay would've howled: “It’s RAW! IT’S RAW!!!” The shrimp and fries were both cold — like they’d been plated for someone else who walked out, and I got the leftovers rerouted to me. “Cold, lifeless, and depressing — like the service.” The tartar sauce tasted sour — not tangy, sour. Like it had its own expiration countdown actively ticking. And then the water situation: I asked for a glass FOUR times. Nothing. At this point, I was about ready to lick condensation off the windows. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse — someone in our party ordered the crab legs. No crab cracker provided. When we asked for one, they brought... another knife. Seriously. Ramsay would’ve thrown his hands in the air and shouted: “You’re serving crab with no cracker?! What do you expect them to do — arm wrestle the shell open?!” How does a national seafood chain serve hard-shell crab and then leave you to battle it with a butter knife like it’s a medieval escape room challenge? I honestly expected them to hand me a paperclip and wish me luck. Then came the men’s room — and that might’ve been the most offensive course of the night. It smelled like seafood was being stored under the urinal. I nearly turned back and reported it to FEMA. The service? Absolutely dreadful. The waiter barely came to the table — unless you count the one moment he showed up just long enough to look annoyed when I dared to return the mooing steak. After that, he vanished like a magician after bombing an open mic. Red Lobster, just rename this special “Create Your Own Regret” — it comes with cold meat, raw seafood, zero hydration, a butter-knife battle with crab legs, and a bathroom that qualifies as a psychological thriller. I’m genuinely shocked the Board of Health hasn’t roped this place off with yellow tape.
Arrived at 8:30, well over an hour before they closed, but the waiter, who doubles as the bar tender it seems, was more concerned with closing and cleaning the bar than actually getting my order correct. Brought out two wrong dishes and by the time the manager (who admittedly, was helpful) got us the correct order it was almost 10pm. Now for the food- literally the WORST red lobster food I’ve ever had. The biscuits were doughy and undercooked and the flavor was just very off, as if they used a different batter or recipe or something than other red lobsters. It was weird. Then the seasoning on both the crab legs and the seafood boil was very off as well. The crab legs were supposed to be on a bed of “crispy” potatoes. As the pic demonstrates, they were soggy potatoes doused in oil and butter. The crablegs themselves were very dry. The seafood boil was just alright, I’d say a 5 out of 10 compared to the Times Square location. The flavor just wasn’t there. Even something as simple as the Caesar salad was gross because something was very different and off with their dressing, almost tasted more like blue cheese than real Caesar dressing. Overall, beyond disappointing experience
