I've been coming here for over 10yrs. I've seen the previous owner Howard do very well and build the business. Since then the new owner has taken over and has renovated the place. The place looks amazing better than it did before. There are new employees which caught on very quick with the program. New employees are great friendly and very fast at taking care of us customers. Keep up the great work girls and guys. Love this place and the quality food and quality customer service.

Today I checked Google, and it is said the Deli is open till 2pm, and I was there at 1.22 pm, but doors were closed (I saw staff inside). Please, share the correct hours of operation.

I've only had breakfast food here. It is quite tasty. However, a drawback is that some of workers seem to have a poor attitude most of the time. In addition, I seem to get charged different prices for the exact same thing way too often. Nevertheless, the owner is quite friendly and plays nice jazz music in the background. Finally tried the hot bar food. The pernil, rice and vegetables were all really good and I would definitely get them again!!! Rice and vegetables were perfectly cooked and not too soft! Comes in a rectangle plastic to go container with a free water or soda for $11! They fit A LOT of food in there! Turkey meatloaf not so great, mushy texture and the gravy was sweet.

However the two BLT that I ordered came on rolls when I paid extra to get them on croissants the order is also written on a piece of paper stapled to the bag and it states BEC HERO & BLT CROSS which I assume is abbreviation for croissant that I didn’t get. Even though it was weird to pay 90 cents for type of egg I was ok with that since I was looking forward to my BLT on croissant. And uber won’t access or compensate the issue

First time ever leaving a review (I called the place first no help) first time placing an order here I called it in as my daughter is sick. Explained what I wanted two breakfast sandwiches & two Blts with mayo one with cheese all on rolls bam! I picked it up & realized the blts are in sandwich bread I asked and he said rolls were written down we didn’t have time to wait just took it all as is. Once I get home my blts have no mayo & one has no cheese. I call them to say something and they were absolutely no help never again

Came here a few months ago for a cappuccino and took 20+ mins. Came the other day for something, giving them an opportunity to redeem themselves and they took 25+ on a sandwich. they’re also very expensive.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese waited super long because workers thinking talking is what cooks food and the bacon waste cooked better off going to another store close by.

They are very unorganized. It took over 30 minutes for an order of a bacon, egg and cheese and a smoothie. The smoothie was sour and not sweet and they charged me almost $3 for one Snicker bar. You would do better just to get breakfast at another store on the block.

I haven't been to the deli in a long time, and the new man who was working in the front took way too long to take our order. He was on the phone the entire time, laughing while the other two women were busy. It was honestly so annoying. When he finally got to take our order he was so curt with us as if we were a nuisance to him. We are never coming back.

Worst experience I ever had i decided to take a chance to check out this store on June 29,2025 at 9-10am. and got a breakfast sandwich that I had to wait 30min and i finally got my order and when i opened the sandwich the worst sandwich I ever received in my life. I was frustrated because I waited so long for a disgusting sandwich that was so ugly and I went back to get my money and the costumer service was very disgusting they made me wait another 10min just so I can get my five dollars back. Very sad. I recommend sals deli . Enjoy!

I asked for a refund due to my allergies from onions and they made it seem like I was wrong for wanting my money back from their negligence. I gave a $20 my order was $11 minus the onion chips they sent, and he gave me back a dollar in change. I called back the deli and the manger stated she will bring me the change and she did. Now that I made an order to be delivered today, they refuse to deliver because I asked for my change and did not tip. The customer service is poor, the delivery address is literally around the corner from the deli. Never again.
