Blaze Pizza is always delicious and the employees are friendly. The toppings are really good. I like roasted red peppers and ricotta cheese. What I really enjoy is that I can get fresh arugula added after the pizza is baked.
Amazing fresh ingredients. The pizza is amazing. The staff here on the Tuesday night I went was too notch. The gentleman manning the oven was working his tail off and was handling about 12 pizzas or more in the oven and the place was packed and online orders too. Always great food.
Really like this place. The pizza is always good and you can choose exactly what they put on it as they make it in front of you. The wait isn't very long either even though they bake it while you wait. In most cases it's less than 10 minutes. The salads and garlic rolls are also great. Staff is always friendly and willing to make everything exactly how you like it.
Not bad, not great. We like pieology better but this is close to home. Staff is slow but seem to be new and training so cut them some slack. Came back and the service was much faster. Tried the dough knots and they were great - dough, a little garlic, some pesto, and cheese with marinara for dipping. Yum! Bumped them up to 5 star now that they worked out the kinks.
Lots of flexible seating, organized layout, food is authentic and to my liking. Many of inclusive options and customization.
This was THE BEST PIZZA I've ever had!!! All my vegetarian favorites to choose from including the vegan cheese!!! My hubby had all meat choices & is still talking about how good his pizza was & how it wasn't greasy!!! We both have a new favorite place for pizza 🍕
The pizza is delicious. Our only issue was with service. Three times we visited they were slow and very disorganized. On our fourth (and possibly last) try, we were lucky to have Jason and Ramiro. They were pleasant, attentive, organized, and fast! We will be back, as they restored our trust. Thank you!
Busy monday night, all workers were fast, calm, and helpful. There were 10 pizzas in the oven and mine came out perfect. Crispy, but not burnt. Great job team. I'll be back.
I just wanted to take a moment to express how much we absolutely love this location! Seriously, whenever the craving for a delicious pizza, Yorba Linda spot is always our top choice. Every single time we pop in, the staff is always so incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient, making each visit a true pleasure. Plus, the cleanliness of your restaurant never goes unnoticed. On that note, I love to give a huge, special shoutout to Elias! Thank you for always giving us the best experience!! #YouNeedToAddChicken #IYKYI
A Black woman (not so tall) was incredibly helpful... I don't know her name, but the next time I pass by, I'll be sure to find out and post it here. We ordered three pizzas, and the Black woman's recommendation was spot-on; we enjoyed them immensely and had a wonderful time.
Blaze Pizza never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is fun and welcoming, and the best part is getting to customize your own pizza exactly how you want it. The crust is perfectly crispy with just the right chew, the ingredients are always fresh, and the flavors come together so well. I love how fast everything is hot, made-to-order pizza in just a few minutes. Great quality, great service, and great value. Definitely one of my go-to spots for pizza! 🍕🔥
Evandi is very professional and generous with the portions. Great service! Will definitely coming back for more Blake pizza!
The lunch menu is unbelievably inexpensive. Half a pizza and soft drinks for $7.99. The thin crust pepperoni is excellent. The servers are great and the restaurant is very clean. The place can be cold in summer.
I had a friend joining me for dinner, and we decided to visit a pizza place that happens to be my wife's favorite. We ordered thin crust with plenty of toppings, garlic sauce, and their best sauce. What impressed me was the willingness of the staff, like the girl named Jocelyn, to assist us even though she was on a break. Her dedication makes you want to return for more. The food itself was incredible.
It was fun to be able to build a pizza exactly the way you like it. It is sort of like a subway, only for pizza. It was clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, but there were no trash cans so it was awkward to try to tidy up. 9/8/23 Trash cans are in place, the staff is great and bring able to get a thick crust makes this place the best!
I recommend the high rise dough. It is fluffy and holds the toppings well. Blaze is the best fast pizza concept in terms of taste and quality.
Came for lunch, fast service, nice to build your own pizza. Very clean inside, busy lunch crowd.
Blaze pizza is so blazin. All these 4 star reviews are trippin. Blaze pizza exceeds my expectations every single TIME. Real ones eat blaze pizza.
The family dropped in for some pizza. Excellent service and great food!
CAME IN FOR THE FIRST TIME , JOHN , DANIEL AND ROMAN GAVE ME THE MOST INCREDIBLE SERVICE WITH A SMILE, MY PIZZAS WERE DELICIOUS , I AM GLAD I WON'T BE MISSING OUT FOR NOW ON. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE I REALLY APPRECIATE IT .

Their pizzas are great. You create your own. You put on what you want from their ingredients selection. We tried their Dough Knots or whatever they call it. It was supposed to be like garlic cheese bread. We tasted neither. It was just bread. Disappointing. But, again, their build-your-own pizzas are great.
In town visiting parents who recently moved to YL. Heard about the new Town Center and wanted dinner so stopped by to check it out. It was Friday night at 7pm so it was really busy but they were well staffed so the line moved quickly. Parking is an issue as there are several new restaurants open as well as the Bristol Farms grocery store. People were driving around waiting for people to leave. You can either build your own pizza or order one of their specialty pizzas for about $10. Not bad! You can also just get a 1 topping or 2 topping pizza for even cheaper. Indoor as well as outdoor seating available. They have bottled beer as well as beer on tap.
I like to be able build your my own pizza. I've visited other locations and I'm glad we're have one in Yorba Linda now. I would've give 5 stars, but there was confusion on my order of garlic knots. I had to ask about then a couple of times and I didn't get them until I was almost done eating and they were over cooked. Also, my grandson didn't like all of the cornmeal on the bottom of his pizza.
Having your pizza prepare just the way you like is great....they do just that! Loads of meat, vegetable and cheese toppings. Ask for a little of this or more of that... they sure made us happy with our "personalized pizza". Staff there are great too! I will be back whenever I have a craving for pizza.
So happy with the keto crust! The preparing stage took too long. Would suggest to order online if you have a lunch thats 30-60 minutes long... You won't be able to enjoy the pizza in that time frame.
We go here often when we have no idea what should have for a meal. Kids love their pizza and garlic bread. Clean and fast.
Good food served by stone face teen agers. One of the four were friendly.. salad has gotten smaller. Still a good deal, and pizza is great.

Clean place. Friendly service. Pizza is decent, quick and a better alternative to those $5 pizza at other places. However I would still prefer the other similar food place (pie...) because there seems to be less topping selection here.

First time here and it was just ok. Lack of flavor and employees seemed a little clueless. Two younger employees arguing while ringing up our order. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge and over seeing the orders are correct( forgot 2 ingredients on one of the pizzas). The area with all the toppings was a mess and a bit dirty. I get it…no ones perfect and there are good and bad days. So with this being said I might give it another try.one day.
Only been here twice. Might be enough. Once the pizza was burnt. Another time the ice machine was broken which meant not just lukewarm drinks but also flat soda. Yet they just kept selling drinks and not telling the customers. It was only when you got to the soda machine that there was a small sign indicating no ice. The biggest problem though wasn't that the pizza was burnt or that they had no ice. It was that the employees didn't care.
First time at this location. Completely out of ham 🤯 I only ever order Ham, Bacon and Pineapple. Everyone has their preferences. Out of towels in the restroom. Just felt like the staff could be doing better for the amount of customers going through.
Very poor service and planning by the management. Drove here with my family for dinner after my kid's practice at 6:45pm. There was no one in line and the dining room was 50% full. There was a 30 min wait due to them taking too many online orders. Having to turn away present customers for door dash or online orders is a bad call and they should throttle their online orders if they are unable to meet demand. Sooooooo...I decided to give this location a second chance tonight on the way home from another son's football practice. The store was scheduled to close at 10pm on a Tuesday night. We arrived at 9:25pm and entered the store to order a pizza. An employee informed us they were closed as we stood at the line to order. They were not out of food, it was 35 min before their scheduled close but they said they had a busy night and decided to close early! 7 employees were standing around and another was eating in the dining room. The employee said, "didn't you see the sign saying we were closed when you walked through that unlocked door?" Unbelievable!
The Pizza here is good. The complete COLD environment just ruins the experience I've been to Yorba Linda place 3 times, always freezing inside. Warmer and quieter outside. Tonite, we tried 4 different propane heaters and none would light. We were forced to sit inside under AC vents (everywhere). We wont come back again.. Employees seem indifferent to customers wrapping their arms around themselves for warmth. I commented to 2 employees and they don't care. So be it! .
I've been to the new Blaze Pizza in Yorba Linda several times now and I'm just not impressed. Whether during the busy dinner rush or a slow weekday morning, service is beyond slow. It takes a long time to place an order, pay for an order, and receive an order... I get that custom made pizza will take longer than fast food burgers, but even when compared to other similar pizza places (like Mod Pizza), Blaze is terribly slow. The food is decent, but not remarkable, and if you order any of the specialty crusts, it starts to get pricey. Customer service is hit or miss, with some staff being very friendly and helpful while others seem so bored with the job that they can't be bothered to do it right. Every of the last 3 visits resulted in someone from my group getting an error on their pizza because the staff weren't paying attention. Overall, it's a nice idea (and a nice alternative for those who eat gluten free) but the execution needs improvement.
VERY disappointing. Brought in the family to eat. We have eaten at 2 other Blaze's in the area, and this place was NOT on par. First, our pizza crusts were burnt. Second, my pizza simply didn't taste good. And third, I asked THREE times for someone to turn on the heaters in the seating area outside, and instead of saying "We can't" they would say "We'll be right there" and they never showed. Won't be going back until they figure stuff out.
Weekend service is a massive headache, an online order placed 4 hours prior was not started until 5 minutes before the pickup time regardless of the fact that the restaurant knows they are going to have a massive rush. Parking is impossible in this shopping center on a Saturday night, and one of us had to drive circles while the other waited. We were forced to abandon the order after 10 minutes past the order pick up time and still no food due to a baby meltdown. If the restaurant can't fulfill the online orders in a timely manner, don't offer it for known, peak times.
My kids like this pizza hence the 2 stars. In fact, the reason we were there was to support our local elementary school and this particular Blaze Pizza location. The guest service was not that good. Ordered online and waited outside but no one every came out. Went in to check and received no greeting. Walked up to the counter to find our pizza was ready sitting getting cold. On my way out I heard other incoming customers being greeted by workers from behind the preperation station. Not cool.
My boyfriend and I both have food allergies (mine dairy and his gluten) and we have a hard time finding places to eat together. Blaze is one of the few places we can have pizza together thanks to their gluten free protocols. We’ve gotten pizza here regularly for some time now. However as of last night we can no longer say this restaurant is on our safe list. We witnessed a worker blatantly cross contaminate toppings. We are aware of the cross contamination that can happen when shared foods are around, but the employee did not follow protocol and was very rude. My boyfriend ordered a gluten free Green Stripe pizza and before putting anything on the dough, the employee put mozzarella cheese on it. Of course we asked about the pesto that is suppose to be the first thing on this pizza, and the employee stated that the “pesto goes on last”. They went back and forth and eventually the employee said he would fix the mistake. The employee then took the cheese directly off of the dough and put it BACK in the mozzarella bin to be used for other orders! This is a serious cross contamination issue. On top of that the employee had such an attitude through out the whole order, he even made a snarky joke and laughed at how much pesto my boyfriend wanted when it is a pesto based pizza! This request is as simple as adding extra red sauce (which the pesto acts as in this Blaze Signature pizza) Not to mention my own pizza was significantly overcooked/burnt. We want to enjoy Blaze Pizza but due to this employee we can’t/don’t feel comfortable eating here and definitely cannot recommend this place to others with allergies/intolerances. If that employee is dumping condiments off of a pizza back into the toppings container who knows what else they are doing? A red flag for anyone who doesn’t even have allergies.

This location is a mess. Even if you order well ahead, your food won't be ready. Once you get your food home. It's not even what you ordered. I keep forget what a disaster this place is everytime I go. There are just so many better options.

I ordered this pizza using the app. On pick up arrival I noticed the pizza was missing ingredients and what was on it was pathetic. The manager on duty Carlos offered no apology, no refund and no resolution whatsoever. I was told this is how they're built now. Don't use the app, walk in and order in person
I honestly don’t understand how this place is being run by a bunch of teenagers. Mind blowing, they all seem to be confused as what order belongs to who. I’m not upset at the teenagers that are working rather at the management for not having someone who is overseeing the operation and there to assist when things are not in order. I was given the wrong pizza, the order took too long, the remake took too long, just wasn’t pleasant.
Any time I order online to pick up at a certain time, I consistently wait 20-30 extra minutes after arriving before my pizzas are ready. Something is seriously wrong with their business model if they can't keep up with the demand. The employees all seem hard at work and the oven is constantly filled with pizzas, so it's clearly not their fault. I blame the headquarters or whoever is in charge of their online ordering system. Stop being so money hungry and only allow the amount of orders this location can actually fulfill. I can't even find a corporate email or number to complain. Do better.
Love the pizza but with the constant turnover of new employees they are not experienced enough to make a great pizza. Stingy on toppings sometimes like chipotle
Disappointed for sure. Ordered 3 pizza. Cheese was good since no toppings! Got ham/mushroom and one double mushroom. Very stingy for the price. We won't be back. Sadly. Domino's does a better job.
I’ve been to other locations and this one is always significantly slower to get orders out. It’s sad because it’s so close to home and I love Blaze but this location is very slow and has given poor quality food before. Twice in the last few months my pizza had uncooked dough in the center and my cheesy bread was missing the oregano and olive oil. So bummed!
Huge bummer. Ordered online with expected pickup at 5:20. We've been waiting since 5:40 and it's now 6 and nobody seems to know where our order is and if it's going to be done. Kids are screaming because they're hungry so we're just going to cancel and ask for a refund. Foods good but this is the third time our food has come out late.
The chick handing out the pies had less than clue what was going on. Multiple people returned with incorrect orders. After waiting 20 mins I determined they lost my pizza and I requested a refund. Not going back anytime soon.
Well, I order the pizza for delivery. Mainly because I'm medically handicapped and I. Unable to drive. I had to wait to get a ride to come to the location. I want really helped, it was more of no you're wrong type of attire from the "manager" on duty Katina quintero. She was rude aggressive unprofessional from the beginning. The other employee Andrew who I bel8ve should the MOD had a completely different attitude. Im not where or how you guys train your staff specifically your managers. Im extremely disappointed and angry ans a customer. Never have I had an employee aggressively tell me I'm wrong
I did not have a pleasant experience at this Blaze. Far from, actually. Typically, I go to the ones in either Orange on Tustin or the Brea location that is near Birch and have always been a fan of their service, promptness and quality of the pizza. Decided to give the Yorba Linda location a try, since it's much closer to where I live (I was originally thrilled when i heard there's now a YL Blaze). The excitement fizzled out quickly. The person who started my order had the kind of attitude as if it was a bother that he had a customer. Also, by "started my order," I mean that he prepared a pizza pan for my order and set it aside - no dough or anything, yet. The place was NOT busy, which is important to note. Because I then stood waiting around for ten minutes or so before someone even put the dough on my pan. There were a whole lot of employees doing a whole lot of nothing. Again, this wasn't a busy time. I was one of only a handful of customers even in the restaurant, most of them already sitting and eating before I arrived. Another two employees then started my pizzas - I was ordering two of them - and neither of them were friendly, at all, and mirrored the attitude of the first that maybe they didn't like their job or their customers. I'm not expecting gold star customer service everywhere I go - in fact, my standards are pretty minimum being that RARELY do you get someone that is indeed friendly or pleasant. I'm fine with people being dry, as long as the overall service is decent. The thing is, this was the slowest AND un-friendliest service I've ever gotten at any Blaze pizza. As I said in the beginning of this review, it's usually good to very good. I would rather drive further to Tustin or Brea to be able to get better and faster service. And considering gas prices and California traffic - that says a lot. I would suggest to the franchise owners of the Yorba Linda Blaze to either retrain or restaff. Even though Blaze has a good reputation, nothing will sour that more quickly than a batch of inefficient and miserable-in-attitude employees.
Pricing is crazy high for personal pizzas with limited portions. 3 pizzas for $50. $.80 for dipping sauce. Proper restaurants carry a lower price.
