Among all of the 7/11's, convenience, and liquor stores that I have ever been to, this is by far the worst. I have been to this location many, many times and have never once had a positive experience. The employees here hate their lives, their job, and most of all their customers. You can walk up to the counter and the employee will completely ignore you and just continue to use their phone. No looking up, no acknowledgement, no service. Just texting and scrolling on their phone. After about 10 seconds of silence you have to actually ASK them to do their job and when they finally look up and make eye contact with you they will give you a look of utter hatred and disgust. They never speak a word to you. I once kindly asked for a bag for my several bottles and without saying a word the cashier rudely tossed a folded up and unopened bag at the counter in my direction. Every time I come here I am polite and patient but they treat you with the same rude indifference as everyone else. This behavior is consistent with every single visit and every worker I've interacted with here. I understand having a bad day, being tired, or being overworked in a retail job, but these people do no work and then look at you like you're scum and an inconvenience to their texting/scrolling session. They deserve every 1-star review that they have. Every other local 7/11 in the area has infinitely kinder and welcoming people. These people deserve to be fired and this store shut down as it provides no positive impact to the community and their employees do no work.

Very bad 7eleven. The man at the front register was very rude. We picked up ice cream and some other items and he refused to give us the ice cream with no explanation he just said i cannot sell this and took it away from my kids. This is so unprofessional and sorry to say but this guy should be fired immediately. How inappropriate and very disrespectful. My husband went in and asked him about why he did that and he had no explanation just immediately said oh my appologies for that go and take whatever you want. The point is if you have no real reason for disrespecting customers then you should not be working there. This 7Eleven has Zero customer service and should get shut down or hire some appropriate employees who have knowledge about customer service and how to operate a business store.

This 711 is one of the worst. Very rude and worst Customer service. No greetings no thank you. Dirty and unorganized. Too bad I live within walking distance, I will just have to drive elsewhere

I asked the attendant for french vanilla for my 2 coffes that i got. He said he only refills in the morning so that he didn't have any more. Mi d you this was 10:30 in the morning. It was a cold morning.

At this location: 18532 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886: If I could give 0 stars, I would! The T-Mobile deal for a free large Slurpee wasn't working in the app, and the clerk would only honor it for 1 of us, and not the person I was with. Y'All Lost a customer for LIFE. I will go to Any 7-11 Except this one now even though it's the one closest to where I live! And, she seemed irritated we even asked that she honor it...So Very Poor customer service!

The middle aged male cashier blatantly discriminated against me and refused to sell me alcohol. I am over 21 years old, I am a woman, I have brown skin, and short hair. He looked at my ID and even admitted that he knew it was real. He told me he wouldn't sell to me because of my piercings? I have one nose piercing not that it makes a difference. I tried to understand why he refused me and all he could say is, "It's too much. I can't." I had several witnesses with me, and he had no issue selling to my other friend. This is grounds for a discrimination lawsuit.

Absolutely rude and racists. We tried to purchase some beer. We are all of age and we're able to prove it with valid California. We were refused for the sole reason that we are Persian and the cashier said because my sister has a nose piercing. Go anywhere else.

Had a young girl who wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I was checking out. She was too busy talking on the phone. She seemed more concerned with her social life than work. Plenty of other gas stations nearby to take your business to with great customer service. Avoid this location.

Date 21 July 2025 time 12.38 she is a indian girl and she says she not make spicy wings in night time..why you guys open 7eleven in night time closed it..They just want money on hourly basis. It doesn't matter to them if any customer goes away empty handed.
