You are never disappointed. Hot, fresh food every time. The staff is such a pleasure and I always look forward to the next visit. They have an enclosed, indoor kids playground, that even has hand sanitizer readily available. LOL The dining room is huge, and always clean and decorated. The bathrooms are clean and the drive-thru never gets your order wrong. A great place to take the family for a reasonable price.

Never mind the food quality. (Which is the best). I often said to anyone who is willing to listen that I don't care what industry you're in or whether your selling a product or service, every single company should send a representative to Chick fil-a for customer service training. Every employee I've ever had the pleasure to interact with was like a dear family member happy to see me. No one even comes close to that level of customer service anywhere, much less in the fast food industry. (At McDonald's they almost throw the food at you without even looking at you and seldom say thank you.) Thank you Chick-Fil-a for a perfect service.

One of the better Chick-fil-A's that I have been to. Helpful, friendly staff, clean facilities and they recently remodeled. Even if the drive thru line is long they work hard to make it go as fast as possible. They have a nice, secured play area that my daughter really enjoys plauing in as well.

We have never had a bad meal at any Chick-fil-A. At this location they truly had the best play place! I have an 17 month old and the toddler area was amazing! I don't remember growing up with stuff like that and I am happy as a mom now to see that there are options for toddlers to be able to play and not get run over! The play area was for 3 years and under which you dont see often. Besides that, the restaurant was clean, friendly and helpful staff and I love the placemat that sticks to the table for little ones. Easy clean up plus I know he is eating on a clean surface.

Best chick fil a I have gone too. You would think that it's fast food and standard service but this one showed me its not. Service was super quick during lunch rush, my food was placed in the box nicely not thrown together and my fries were hot and crispy and whole pieces not just warm and chewy. The experience was great.

Fantastic location. It's always busy but the line moves extremely quickly. Usually the line is backed up all the way to the entrance of the parking lot but I usually get through it in 20 minutes or less. The staff is always friendly and very efficient even when they're slammed. The food is always great and I've never had an issue with getting the wrong order or any other problems. The app is super useful as well. I always order there and just give them my name when I pull up. The rewards are good too, not to mention the extra perks like a free brownie or chicken sandwich now and then.

Had the chance to witness something extremely wholesome while sitting outside eating a sandwich. One employee was explaining to another how to stuff a trash bag to make sure it never falls apart. From what I could gather, if you use certain things at the bottom of your bag, it maximizes the odds you'll have a successful trash disposal process. And then... he said something with such conviction and enthusiasm that it has stuck with me ever since. He said "I love fry boxes! They're awesome - I swear, they're going to be your best friend" I agree with you random chick fil a employee. Fry boxes are pretty dope 🥹

We were greated by Alexander and Michael and within a few minutes the two of the along with Addy and Nick changed the whole outlook on our day! This place never ceases to amaze me even though it's fast food, which I eat about twice a year, lol. The service and attitude of their employees is impeccable and even though the drive thru line can be long, they know how to hustle and make it move quick. It's Chickfila. I don't think I've ever had a complaint at any Chickfila. The quality is what you expect, the lines are kinda long, but the wait time is reasonable. Customer service is great and what you would expect. Bathrooms were clean and the clientele was great.

You know when I first pulled up I was like damn this line is long, but then the guy that was taking the orders in the line was so friendly. We started talking about cars and he was just following along taking our order and before you know it we were at the window paying. Honestly, I try my best to be super nice to them even when I'm in a bad mood. I go often with big orders for my co workers and they are always smiling and giving great customer service. Last time I went, I think I accidently ordered a frosted lemonade but I wanted a frosted coffee. They quickly fixed it despite that they'd have to go and make some more. One of the servers also got my name wrong on the order. It actually made me laugh and they were quick to apologize for it. Chick-fil-a always gives me the best treatment as a customer. I've yet to leave with a bad experience.

If you've never been to a Chick-fil-A, do yourself a favor and give it a try. They have very tasty and fresh food, and the staff is always kind and helpful. An excellent quick family meal that is better than regular fast food. This particular Chick-fil-A is a bit cleaner and nicer than many I've been to, and it even has a play place inside for the kids (also cleaner than most). We enjoy taking our kids to play here after vet visits with our dogs and the smallish outside seating area is perfect! (They even have doggy water bowls and treats)

Staff are friendly! Usually go through the drive through since it’s quicker and more convenient. I don’t really get their food but my mom love the grilled chicken cool wrap! Chick fil a is probably the only fast food place I’ll go to. Their lemonade is also amazing! Tastes homemade and just the right amazing of pulp.

Ordered 6 meals for the family and a crispy chicken salad. The person who took our order read back everything, including the salad and the type of dressing to us. We had a large order, so we just drove home. We got everything, but the salad was missing. We then checked the receipt, and it was not on it. We didn't get charged for it, but one family member had to make a sandwich at home. Other than that it was good as usual!

We ordered a Sausage and egg biscuit meal (#6), it was really good. Biscuit was fluffy and buttery. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped by the Chick-fil-A on Old Canal Rd in Yorba Linda & ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was hot, fresh, & perfectly crispy on the outside while still juicy inside. The toasted bun was soft & lightly buttered with the pickles adding just the right amount of tang without overpowering the chicken. Their crispy chicken patty is simply the best, as it is so unique-tasting & quite addicting! The waffle fries were fresh, well-seasoned & not soggy at all. However, what really stood out was the service: friendly, fast & efficient (even during a busy time). My order came out quickly & was made correctly. This location consistently delivers quality food & great service! Chick-fil-A’s classic sandwich combo is always a reliable go-to when you want something simple but satisfying. this was a great overall experience from the beginning until the end. i visited right before they changed from breakfast to lunch and ordered lunch. i was told there would be a small wait and i agreed. i pulled up to the cashier and they had my food hot and ready without a wait! that was great. they provided sauce and quick service with positive customer service. i would happily return if given the chance to this location.

Came here while they were busy for dinner. Drive-thru line was long so I got off and got takeout. Ordered my food then proceeded to restroom to wash my hands with soap and water. There's not much more I could ask for besides lower prices but you get what you pay for and the quality food fresh hot and good service makes four four stars. Lower prices and I will give it 5 stars but this is teetering on five star service.

Maaaan Chick-fil-A keeps disappointing me lately. I had to drop this review to hope they step up their game. This is the 3rd visit in a row there's been some mishap. Now nothing wrong with sandwiches as I always get the Chick-fil-A Deluxe add bacon with no pickles. It never disappoints. The issue has been the consistency of the waffle fries. The first of my 3 visits led to a legit "half potato" at the bottom of my fry box. The second visit yielded uncooked fries!! At that point, the average person might cancel this location altogether but it's an extremely busy location and people are human. So I gave it another chance and they did it again. Fries not fully cooked for the 3rd time. What's a man to do if he can enjoy his waffle fries? Chick-fil-A please do a little better since I gotta wait 30 minutes for my meal 😭😭

Food is awesome, employees go above and beyond. My biggest complaint (and sorry to play the race card) when the employee is going in a circle offering free samples to everyone, and our table is next, but she skips us and goes to the next. Located in a small complex alongside McDonald's and Taco Bell. Some indoor seating and a drive-thru is available but their parking lot + drive-thru layout is a MESS! They're also closed on Sundays. Their drive-thru lines are always long although they're usually overstaffed so the line does move. Food is OK but nothing special, neither are the sauces. I don't understand the hype around Chick-fil-A. I think it's also overpriced for what it is.

This location has really gone downhill, workers don’t have that chick fil a friendliness you come to expect from the brand which is a bit disappointing. Don’t get me wrong love the food, it’s just not what it used to be. I miss the breakfast bagel for example, it’s been half a decade.

I’m torn writing this. I LOVE Chick-Fil-A and I don’t usually have issues getting food at other establishments, at least not bad enough to make me want to write a review. I placed a mobile order early because it was a big order and I didn’t want to be that customer with a long list of food and make everyone rush. I gave them like 20 minutes to get everything ready and when I went in to pick it up there was nothing. The guy that got my name knew my order was a mobile order and I guess I expected him to pull out a big bag, but instead I heard him telling people the parts of my order that he needed. I stood there and waited for about 10 minutes while other people walked up got their stuff and left. I know it’s not the end of the world because I had to wait, I just followed the steps to prevent myself from waiting. Oh and to top off that frustration, my bread was soggy and my crispy chicken sandwich was wet😭 After all that I probably won’t visit this particular one anymore.

The deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was really good. So why only two stars? They barely cooked my fries. I could tell as soon as I pulled them out of the bag. They were pale and limp. A couple of them were literally raw inside.

One of the worst restaurant chain that I have ever been to. We are in line at 10:27 AM and purposefully the employees are dragging so they can transition to lunch period. I went into the store to pick up a doordash order, it was about 10min after closing and doordash said the order was ready for pickup. So I walked into the store (the front door was still unlocked) and I didn't get a foot into the store until a young blonde employee started yelling at me. I went through the drive through and ordered the chicken club. The girl taking my order read it back no problem. However, they switched the cheese on me and gave me american cheese. I looked at my receipt and it said add american cheese. I never asked for american cheese. American cheese on grilled chicken is gross to me. This Place is terrible at taking simple orders and then not once but 3x do they mess up your order. Its one thing if your busy but today was not busy at all. How hard can it be to understand. Grilled Nuggets on the salad. What do they do put fried nuggets. Then they try to correct it. This time they put the cold press chicken. This place in yorba linda just makes to may errors. I will try other ones around and see if I have better luck.

Usually Chick fil a does an amazing job with service, but not this time. On 5/8 at approximately 9:30pm, my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru, and I got a specific order and it was completely wrong when I got to the window. I told them the correct order, and the associate responded with “well it’s already made”. I was taken back by this comment but I let it go. Then he proceeds to give us our drinks and I had said 2 large drinks at the speaker and the women had repeated back to me the correct order through the speaker. When he gave me the drinks at the window it was the wrong drink and the wrong size. I said “it was supposed to be two larges and one of them was a coke, I apologize for the inconvenience” and he said, “if you’d like a larger size we’re going to have to charge you”. Overall I still love chick fil a and I’m not going to let this one experience keep me away. But I do believe in being able to do everything you can to help someone who has paid for a specific service. I’m disappointed to say the least and I just hope this chick Fil a gets better.

We bought 4 sandwiches and they only gave us 3 and we found out when we got home. Then, we call the stores number 3 times and they don’t answer. Used to be my favorite chick-fil-a but absolutely not anymore.

Gross.. Bun is gross.. sauce is gross.. chicken didn't have a lot of flavor.. the waffle fries were good.. My experience made me wish I went to KFC instead.

Wait time at drive through should not be an in n out wait time ridiculous people need to get to work in the morning

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. Our family frequents it often. We love their food, service and speediness. But lately they’ve been getting the order wrong. (6 of the last 8 visits) They always make up for it or refund us but it’s just becoming a hassle. I’m usually asked to grab it on my way home from the office because everyone is beat from a long days work. With the rapid pace of the drive thru, you don’t feel comfortable checking your order and for the longest time you never had to. Something’s changed and it’s not good.

Not sure what happened to them after the remodel but it was pathetic the effort they put into our order. I know they couldnt care less but ill never go back. I never really saw what others saw in that place and when they prepared our food the way they did you can have them.

Really disappointed with delivery of any kind from this place. Every time I go through drive-thru I have a perfect order but the last 3 times I’ve ordered delivery, something is majorly wrong with my order. Something needs to be adapted to make delivery more efficient for this location.

I really disappointed today when I went there and ordered two sandwiches, one deluxe and the one grilled chicken plane, when I got the order I really surprised the deluxe sandwich is cold and the bone is saggy, and the grilled chicken sandwich is not cooked as supposed to be also the bone is saggy , both sandwiches are very bad taste and I don’t know if the store manager checked these sandwiches before the server brought to me , even I through most of the sandwiches , this yorba Linda branch stats get worse, by the way my order number is8105012 on December/1/25at 4:49 pm

The employees at this location are the most confused I’ve ever seen. There were plenty of employees to put together the orders but they all acted like it was day 1 on the job and got all the orders mixed up. The order in front of me got messed up too where half the order was missing. Word of advice to management – you need to rethink workflow design and employee training at this location. For a fast food restaurant, the experience was anything but accurate and fast.

Idk y all these locations suck compared to there south counter parts it takes forever to get a simple chicken biscuit Chick-fil-A and Atlanta has lines wrapped around the building all day and still gets orders out fast. Need to hire some trainers from a different coast and the smallest chicken sandwich I ever seen

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. If this was my first time going to Chick-fil-A I would never go back. Took around 13 mins to get our food. The food was bland. I feel full but I feel like I ate tasteless bread. I’m shook. Wish I went to Taco Bell next door lol. Also the parking lot is a joke there are not enough spaces to park.

Absolutely incompetent kitchen staff, how do you screw up both sandwiches and who in the right mind just throws muffins on top of the biscuit. Ordered two sandwiches to go: one chicken egg and cheese biscuit and other chicken egg and cheese muffin and both got screwed up. The chicken egg and cheese muffin didn't even come with the egg. Pictures say it all.
