Opinions de Lone Wolf Brewing Co Yorba Linda
Insanely good food. Literally the best onion rings I've ever had, and some of the best fries I've had in a long time. They make most of the appetizers in house and even though they were out of the onion rings, the owner hand made a few to throw into our fries order. The Joe's Big Bad Red red ale was also extremely good. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
Lone Wolf Brewery – A Tuesday Night Surprise What could go wrong when the first thing you see is a bartender in a cowboy hat? Absolutely nothing. A Tuesday night at Lone Wolf Brewery turned out to be better than we ever expected. Chalk it up to good luck—we stumbled upon line dancing on a Tuesday. Who knew? And the beer samples? They were flowing. From the start, cowboy bartender Nick set the tone with a warm welcome (thank you for your service, by the way). We rolled in early for happy hour and enjoyed two beer flights, each pour better than the last. The steak sandwich with a side salad and the fish tacos (because, of course, it’s Tuesday) hit the spot. The brewery itself is deceptively large, and on Tuesdays, the tables get pushed aside for a full-fledged line dancing takeover. A live DJ, a dedicated instructor, and a step sheet (which we still don’t understand) kept a loyal following of Yorba Linda housewives moving in sync. The energy was contagious, and even if we didn’t know the steps, we had fun watching the regulars make it look easy. The merch was on sale, though nothing quite caught our eye. But what did stand out was the friendly, hometown feel—being greeted by name on our first visit made all the difference. Lone Wolf Brewery is more than just a place to grab a drink; it’s a community, and on Tuesdays, it’s a party. We’ll definitely be back.
I have been wanting to check this place out for awhile now and I finally did and I'm kicking myself that I didn't go here sooner. I ordered the YL Burger with fries and a blonde ale michi. I had my dog with me so we sat on the patio so I ordered from the table app and it seemed like before I even finished ordering my food was coming out to me. Wow.... The presentation of burger looked awesome my beer was ice cold and I also got a pup patty for the dog (not on the menu but they have that) which is killer. It kept the dog from begging for my food because there was no way I was going to share. LoL. Oh I almost forgot when I got there I went straight into the patio and was immediately greeted and offered a bowl of water for my dog. 🐕 how awesome is that. Anyways stop in and check this place out. You won't regret it.
I had the stout and it was delicious. They do only have a few beers of their own and a lot of guest beers. But they will brew more of their own once they're fully operational. Also their pizza was as good as the stout. The dough was amazing and went well with the beer. Definitely coming back. They do have more beers now. They're really good.
Lone Wolf Brewery is an absolute standout! The beer selection is fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service was excellent—Joe was friendly, attentive, and offered great recommendations that made the experience even better. It’s clear the team here is passionate about both their brews and their guests. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a quality beer, Lone Wolf Brewery is a must-visit!
Been looking forward to this brewery to open since March. Got the chance to go for their grand opening today. Didn't have much on tap but I was expecting that. Really enjoyed my time their and the staff was great. Looking forward to see what they have later down the line.

Awesome place! Craft beer, wine, and cocktails. Lots of tasty pub food!
Such a great spot! The atmosphere is warm, the drinks are on point, and the whole team makes you feel genuinely welcome. You can tell the owner really cares — everyone works hard and still manages to keep the vibe fun and friendly. Grateful to have a place like this close by , I’ll definitely be coming back often!
Saturday night at the LF Brewing Co was a lot of fun. The service was exceptional. There was a Great Band on the patio. The only problem was they were so loud most patrons went inside to listen to them. There were very few actually watching the band. How sad. I like loud music but this was extreme!
We stopped in to check the place out. We were pleasantly surprised with awesome cocktails and tasty beer. We had a sirloin salad and a hot chicken sandwich and both were awesome. We had some great conversation with the bartender and manager and they went over and above to make sure our needs were met and the quality of the food and drinks were up to par. We will definitely be back

I love coming to Lone Wolf when I’m in town once a month. Beer is awesome, good seltzers if that your thing, and the food is good pub food. Yorba Linda has a hidden gem of brewery on its hands. Surprised this brewery doesn’t get more publicity with how good the beer is. Let’s go local Yorba Linda residents! Give your local watering hole some love. Can’t wait for next glass! Cheers!
Cool logo, cool space, but the vibes were lacking. The menu on their website is different from the menus they give you at the tables which is different from the menus they have displayed on screens in the space. Very confusing. The server didn’t know what we were talking about when we wondered about the mediocre fries we received not being the “sidewinder” fries from the menu. The seltzers were good and the cauliflower wings fantastic. Google said it closed at 10, they told us verbally they close at 11, but at 9 they were counting the tills from the registers and turned off the blaring TVs… so we abruptly left. This place could be cool but really needs some consistency and cohesion.

We participated in Open Mic Night. It was really fun. My party enjoyed the food and drinks and open mic performances. Will go again.

The place looks amazing, the fries were so good. The wings are ok. When serving the good the server walks around all tables asking who ordered what. Their should be table numbers to know where the food goes. Went with friends food came out at different times. 10 to 15 minutes apart. We Were told when we arrived some ingredients were out, same for drinks. Overall ok place to go. 3 stars.
We moved from Fullerton to Placentia just over a year ago and I was hoping to find a local brewpub option to avoid the drive to Fullerton. While Lone Wolf does have some strengths unfortunately overall it doesn’t meet my expectations. The service was outstanding! The servers were very helpful and attentive! My red ale & hazy IPA beers were delicious! My wife didn’t care for her Los Lobos lager, she said it was weaker than Pacifico. The cheesy bread and my sliders were delicious! Unfortunately all of the fried food was ruined by bad cooking oil. This included the chicken tenders, French fries & onion rings. As a supervisor of 7 QSR restaurants in West LA that sell “world famous” French fries, I know a lot about cooking oil! The Lone Wolf cooking oil was in desperate need of replacement! While trying to save a few $$$ on cooking oil they ruined the appearance and taste of all of the fried products that we purchased! Sad. We will give them another chance and perhaps just stick to grilled food or pizza. I was very disappointed since my beer was so tasty! As someone else mentioned they also had a lot of food items not available. It would be better to reduce the number of items listed on the menu and make them all available!

Good selection of beer. Mixed drinks are just ok. What you order may not be what you get. The food is basic bar fare. The atmosphere is industrial and wide open. TV's with sports are about. They have a private side patio that can be reserved. Place feels like it is just holding on.
Out doing some shopping and googled a place nearby to grab a bite to eat. Most options we came across were chain restaurants we have tried before. We like to try standalone independent type restaurants and mom and pop places. This seemed like a good fit. The atmosphere was fine, not overly stuffy, relaxed. The chairs were well worn, some with rips in them and the tables were oddly high or maybe the chairs were oddly short, whichever it was slightly uncomfortable. Customer service was great, no complaints. Friendly and helpful everything you could ask for. There was one cocktail ordered, Summer Breeze, it was delicious. For food, we ordered a starter of onion rings. They are obviously scratch made. They were tasty although the batter didn't stick very well and they were a bit greasy. For the mains, we had the Yorba Linda Burger and the Buffalo Hot Chicken Sandwich. The burger was a bit overcooked albeit the server didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked. It could use a bit more seasoning because of the thickness of the burger, but it was good. The buns on both the burger and the chicken sandwich were very good and held up well. No one likes a soggy bun that falls apart. The chicken sandwich was cooked well and was flavorful, the pickles were very yummy and I am not a pickle person usually. The only issue with the Chicken sandwich was the breading didn't stick to the chicken very well. The mains came with fries and the fries were well seasoned and crispy. I don't know if we will return but overall it was not bad, just not worth the price for what we got. For 2 people with a tip it was $91.35. I know costs are high but at that price the food needs to be exceptional. I hope they stay in business because we need more independent spots that are dog friendly with live music.

20 taps? More like 9 or 10. They didn't have half the listed beers. All of the food was pretty gross too. Fries came out cold and soggy. After telling a server they did bring fresh warm fries and comped me a beer. The rest of the gross food came out sporadically, which is ok to an extent, but the first person to get their food completely finished before other people even got their plates. They seem to be trying, everyone was nice, but the lack of beer and horrible food really don't make me want to go again. Shame because I live 5 minutes away.
I thought i would try someplace new. When I arrived and there were less than 10 customers in the place and 3 or more service people. There was a reserved sign on one table and the other tables had numbers on them, so I waited to see where I could sit and no one ever even acknowledged my presence, so I went across the parking lot to Chili's and was seated immediately and had my first drink within minutes. I am not in the resturant business, but I have learned over the years that new diners are extremely important to a resturant and if this is typical, they probably don't get a lot of return guests.
Went one night while there was line dancing. It seemed fun but the person at the bar was bitter and rude. We got the nachos and they were cold. For the price of food and drinks you think quality would be better. One only positive thing I can say was the DJ and line dance teachers were fun. Had a great time doing that. But never going back
Have eaten here before a while back and wasn’t impressed. Heard they revamped menu and pricing so wanted to give it another try. I was soooo disappointed. Had to seat ourselves. Had to walk up to the bar to ask for someone to take our order. Brought wrong size pizza which was underwhelming and they wanted $17.50 for a pretzel!!! Insane! They were also out of 2 wines i asked for that were on the menu. Prices are outrageous and service is terrible! How they are still in business is beyond belief. So sad ….was hoping for better
The food and the service were back and forth on flavor from both the workers and the food. The servers never smiled and weren’t very attentive. The food suppliers were changed, so the food wasn’t very good after that. The only times I went were for the country nights. I noticed they BARELY advertised those nights. When they were advertised it was the day of. Not a very smart business tactic if I’m being honest. I recently found out they stopped having country nights. Also another ignorant business tactic considering how OC has become, from my perspective, a hot spot for Country Dancing.

the only reason I was ever coming here was for the country nights and seeing my friends but I was told that the minute they stopped these country nights I wasn’t going to come back. The food was good till they got rid of the fried pickles the food was mid. The service was never around I never saw a server walk by anywhere I had to go to the bar. The atmosphere was mid servers and staff were not very good probably wouldn’t be back on my own knowing all of this.
