This place have great Baristas! Always friendly. I love that the manager has a basket of books to share or exchange for a new read!📚We need more of that around! As always, good service and great coffee!

5 stars for this location. I recommend using the app to order the drinks. Starbucks app predicted that my drinks would be done at 2:17pm. I came a bit early and expected to have the drinks around 2:30pm since I saw so many people in the store. It was also a Sunday 🥲. My drinks came out exactly at 2:17pm! Not even a single minute late! The drinks came out perfectly as usual! I was so surprised and happy! The baristas did a wonderful job!

I was stopping in to get a few drinks for myself, my mom & her hair stylist while I wait for my mom to get her hair done across the street and was very pleased with my visit to this location. The cute guy taking my order was helpful, as I hardly ever go to Starbucks and he told me to just trust him and he'd make me a great drink. Safe to say he wasnt lying 😋 I dont know what exactly was in it but I guess next time I'm in the area, I'll have to stop in & hope he remembers me! Also, everyone else working was so so sweet as well! 🙂

My Americano was made perfectly even with my complicated directions. I got 2 scones for the price of one, possibly an error., the Barista was very friendly.

I have traveled far and wide through southern California and I have stopped at various Starbucks along the way... My home Starbucks is in Norco California and it is good but the Starbucks here at the Yorba Linda next to the sprouts has by far the best Starbucks I've ever been to in my whole entire life.. . Every time I go there the baristas are helpful to save me money and more importantly they consistently make my drink beautiful, tasty delicious, and magical every single time.. I have never gone there and walked out disappointed... Thank you to all the baristas there you guys are amazing all of you🙂

I ordered a dark roast coffee late in the day and they brewed a fresh pot for me. Most locations would not and substitute Pike. I want them to know how much I appreciated the extra effort, even if it took extra time.

They were super busy this morning & really behind BUT the staff was great! Everyone was working hard to get all the orders out. Even when speaking with customers they were friendly & continued working. Amazing customer service!

Rarely frequent this particular Starbucks, but when I'm in the neighborhood, it's the one I prefer. Staff is always pleasant, coffee always the way I ordered it. When they are unable to fill an order because they are out of something, their apology feels genuine and sincere. It's NEVER just "uh sorry 'bout that."

Great small location for a Starbucks! Excellent service and great employees. Always a smile and a thank you when I walk in. I purposely drive past the new Starbucks at Yorba Linda and Kramer for the service here. Keep up the great work guys your doing a great job.

The new Starbucks at Kraemer and Yorba Linda Blvd is really nicely laid out. The drive through is so much better to have than not on days where you just want to drive through and be on your way. Inside there are lots of comfy seats and tables. I love it!

Great vibe and great patio! The staff are great, especially the redheaded hipster that was helping me. His service was extraordinary and so was his smile :) He asked if I wanted extra cream, and I knew exactly what he ment. Even if my wife was standing next to me. I'll definitely be coming back for that strawberry shortcake to make me my caramel macchiatos

I did mobile order and it was ready when I walked in. It was great because when I showed up it was busy. Thought I was gonna have to wait a little bit it was there waiting for me. This was great because I was in a hurry and had to go. Thanks for the coffee.

I love this little shop. The cashier is always friendly and helpful, the barristas efficiently prepare delicious lattes and the shop is small enough to be cozy without being claustrophobic.

Why is the bathroom so disgusting?! Most of the staff are nice, no one notices when you walk inside and don’t ask what order you’re waiting on. One lady in particular is always extremely slow and seems confused about how to do her job. They do make the matcha really good at this location though. BUT THE BATHROOM???! Why does it never get cleaned?? See photos

The neighborhood seems safe enough. That's it. The workers seemed aloof. The coffee tasted burnt. The energy was off. I won't be returning to this location.

Stopped in because I had just moved into the neighborhood. A middle aged woman was extremely rude. She acted like she was being extremely put out by having to take my order. Literally all I said to her was Carmel frap venti, please then thank you. She rolled her eyes at my gift card. Weird! Then I stood there waiting for 10 minuets. People came and went. I had to ask another worker about my drink. It had been sitting on the back counter but they never called it and I was standing there the entire time. It wasn’t busy or crowded. Now she seems to be on a first name basis with other people who came in, was both nice and friendly to them but treated me like I absolutely didn’t belong in her store. I won’t be going back here. Lucky for me there is a Coffee Bean and tea leaf a few blocks down and another being built. I absolutely won’t come back here.

So I ordered from doordash and I get a half drink with mainly ice and there's no drink in here it's supposed to be a trend to size but where's the rest of the drink is it that bad that you guys can't fill up people's orders to the way they're supposed to be I've never gone to Starbucks that literally just dipped you on your drink and you can tell that the drink was full and all of a sudden it's not full anymore and I just got it like 3 minutes ago you guys need to get your A game back up cuz it's ridiculous that you are selling people half drinks with mainly more ice so disappointed and I'm a former Starbucks employee and I only ordered because I'm sick from the flu and it's a shame that this is how you serve your customers so disappointed I give you guys zero Stars if I was able to

Order 16 oz received 12 oz ordered extra hot received normal . Also not the same latte that I ordered everyday i think new workers and need more experience .no taste no shot like hot water .
