Once again--5 stars to our Yucaipa Pizza Hut! The pizza arrived so quickly (20 minutes), we feared the quality would suffer--Nope. The food was hot, delicious, and delivered by a respectful, cheery guy.
Cameron goes above and beyond to fix any issues of which you may have. I even forgot my receipt, came in several days later, and because I live far, I couldn't come right away to return it and to explain. He remembered me and made me a a perfect replacement. There are lots of pizza shops around, but I won't go anywhere else. Thanks for the honesty and being a good manager. Way to go Cameron!
This was my first time going inside this pizza hut. I usually get.it delivered which is always quick,hot and super friendly driver. But when I went inside the employees were really friendly always made eye contact. I would recommend this pizza hut.

Placing the order was very easy. The food arrived on time and the food was hot and fresh. I was also happy that this time they put a sufficient amount of sauce on the wings.

I would like to personally thank Dave for helping fix door dashes wrongful delivery tonight. I was so upset yet he was a complete saint and went above and beyond to help me this evening. He seems to be a great employee!!
I needed to be in and out really quickly so I could catch the bus. Clerk (sorry can't remember her name) was really helpful. She put my order in before I paid (it was just the cheesy bread sticks). I was able to make it to the bus on time. Thank you

This place has vastly improved, better service, (still not the most personable, but at least they acknowledge you, quicker?) food is also a much improved quality! Its clean, they need to work on turning the the thermostat down on hot days!!
My $13.99 pizza was $24.77 after the added delivery plus an added service fee. $10 in fees is just robbery. Why don't they just use grubhub?
Definitely not the prettiest pizza I've seen- especially for a large brand like Pizza Hut. The crust is way thinner than expected and the entire thing was embarrassing to show to my significant other. After drying off all the grease, it was edible, and tasted good. Sadly, I had no idea there would be very little on it and do not think it worth $15.

The seasoning on the breadsticks was half of usual and they lacked the normal color possibly under cooked and the buffalo wings werw light on sauce the Detroit pizza was great and the rest of the order was good as usual my wife used to work for you and us very particular about the bread sticks being done correctly
I would say the pizza was good and they now have cinnabon rolls 10 for $5 however corporate Pizza hut as choosing to charge a "doing business in California fee" at all of their locations. What this amounts to is an extra charge when you go to pay for your pizza. I don't know about you, but I did not ask Pizza hut to come to California! If they want to charge a fee, I will not do business with them. They do not need my business. if they want to charge a fee, just raise their prices. We are all consumers and we all have choices, especially for pizza! I do not expect to pay a fee to do business with a Pizza hut! Hopefully enough people will see this and realize that they are paying extra to go there.
I ordered on line with a coupon. The coupon did not go thru to the local Pizza Hut. So they charged me full price. I also ordered 3 pizzas and recieved only 2. The driver was kind enough to go get the missing pizza but that was after some us were done eating the first two. Not pleased.....
The pizza was left on the porch in the cold and nobody let us know it was there. No knock or words from driver. No notification in the app. No text message. Pizza sat outside in the low 40s cold and was very cold by the time we realized it was here.
Having someone at the counter upon arrival imstead of having to hunt someone down would be nice. I also ordered the triple box and was not given the box as featured on the commercial. I was also not given cinnamon rolls instead got cinnamon sticks. I was just handed my food with no explanation of tye box or cinnamon roll substitution.

Horrible service call 3 times got put on hold finally made an order an change mi mind a bout a pizza the girl hang up on me called back n she hang up on me again call one last time with a different phone but had to give ny real phone number as soon as she seen who it was she hang up on me agan.... I'm going somewhere else will never order pizza hut again they suck
I ordered ahead for a specific time. Not only was my order 15 minutes late, it was cold. Never again. For the amount you charge for delivery, my order should be on time and hot.
The food was terrible. Their survey asked me to rate them in Google after privately informing them of how disappointed I was, so I guess pizza hut wants this public. It's bad food and the kicker is it's not even inexpensive. I regularly spend $10+ dollars less at better establishments.
So we ordered online on February 6 around 9:30 or 9:45 and the estimated delivery was about 10:45 and we stayed up until 1 in the morning waiting for our pizza, we tried calling for them to be closed and leaving a voice message saying that the drivers will deliver and make sure we get our orders, yet it never came, luckily we chose the option to pay cash or else it would of been a pain if we used our credit card. Still waiting till this day for our pizza to come.. 🙃🙄
Yikes, what ever happened to the pan pizza we used to get at pizza hut? I haven't had a pan pizza from pizza hut in years. I Decided to try it for lunch, it was horrible, hardly any toppings they said there was an upcharge for the extra cheese I couldn't see the cheese. I ordered the combination used to be packed with toppings.. I took time out of my day to right this review. I ordered the pizza a week ago and still can't get it out of my mind, it was the go to pizza back in the day. Now it's like over priced dominos. I found the used to be deep dish pizza from pizza hut at New York in Calimesa. Delicious, awesome so happy someone is still making a pizza like that.
We ordered a Pizza from here, in 30 minutes we received an update that the pizza was on it's way. 30 minutes after that, still no pizza. We called and were told that the automated system is not accurate, but the driver should be to our house any minute. Waited an additional 20 minutes still no pizza, called again and they said he should be right there, at this point my kids and guests were very restless and I was embarrassed, but continued to wait. 20 minutes later, still no pizza (this puts us at 2 hours ) I called and asked to speak to a manager, I sat on hold for 16 minutes before she got on the phone, she then tells me she tried to call us an hour ago to notify us that "the driver gave our pizza to another customer, she couldnt get ahold of us, and didnt know if we still wanted it". I told her I have been calling for updates every 20 minutes, what do you mean you couldnt get ahold of me?" There were other words exchanged pointing out the disappointment and lack of professionalism from a "manager" she then responded with I should call corporate. With so many options for pizza, and competitors offering pizza insurance etc,I was shocked that this major error was just no big deal. Huge disappointment. Words of advice, papa John's had replacement pizza cooked and delivered to us in 36 minutes.
This place has charged my card and not delivered anything. to me TWICE. I got an order comfirmation waited 2 hours called them and they had no idea what I was talking about. So they can charge you but magically the order isnt there? And they refuse to refund you by the way. Oh did I mention the manager doesn't deserve her position, she isn't managing anything except how to take people's money This place is GARBAGE. Very disgusting. They drop their dough on the floor and will still pick it up and cook it. Don't use gloves or wash their hands. Talk down on their employees in front of the customers. Use old dough that is expired and just prints out new stickers.
Pizza delivery driver is over 10 mins late and I don't even live 10 mins from the store. The girl over the phone was extremely rude. Figures she makes minimum wage so why should she care? Taking my money elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have had in my entire life. I ordered 2 large Pepperoni and bell pepper pizzas for my brothers birthday celebration and the bell peppers were black. Crust seemed overly cooked and dry. The entire ordering process is a joke. They offer 2 large pizzas with 5 toppings for $24.95. But when I go online to order those with only 2 toppings, it will not accept my order. So I call them. A woman that I could hardly understand took my order and was charging me $55. I told her their website offered 2 for $24.95. She said then order it online. I told her it will not work. She said there was nothing she could do. How stupid it this? I then ordered one pizza for $16.00. Then I paid for that and ordered another Pizza for $18.00. The manager Ashely called me afterwards and asked if this was a mistake. I told her no, the website does not allow changes. So she did what she could to help me with the cost. But I picked them up and was like eating cardboard pizzas. I will NEVER order from this one again.
I will go out of town to pick up pizza to avoid Mariana and Arturo. I placed an online order, went to pick it up on my lunch break because I was working. I received 5 calls about an hour later from Mariana leaving me voicemails that she was going to report me for taking the pizza without paying. Apparently I clicked on "pay in store" and I must've not paid attention because I usually pay via Apple Pay. I returned her phone call to let her know it was an honest mistake, and I'd be in by end of night to pay because I was working. Her voicemails were passive aggressive, I felt humiliated! And she made it seem like I grabbed pizza and ran off with it. Which is a complete lie if they look at cameras! That is the most insulting accusation anyone in my life has ever made. Arturo also claimed that he ran after me? Which is odd because I had to make a phone call in the parking lot once I got to my car. This occurred at 2 pm, they closed after 10 and I received 2 more calls at 7 pm, telling me that I am going to be reported. I dropped what I was doing to go pay. I felt so humiliated, she had my phone number, my address, my name. I wasn't going to be ghetto and not pay!! Honestly, I love Pizza Hut but this made me to never ever return to this location. She treated me like a criminal and the price was $18. She acted like she was gonna lose her job over it. It was an honest mistake!! Mariana is the manager of the location and has no respect towards customers. She also allowed the employee to lie without talking to me.
Tavern pizza is zero. Anyone and everything will out pizza the hut. So so sad. Book it will even be better not affiliating with pizza hut. This corporation is officially done. Four thumbs down. I've tried yet pizza is zero quality. NO MORE 👎
Ordered a pretty large order half an hour before close. Made sure they could deliver even with it being so late, was ensured it would be delivered. Two hours later still no order, card was charged, and no way to contact anyone on where our order is. Pretty disappointed with this branch, especially considering we had to order from a different store, and now we're left with an extra $75 shelled out for an order we will never see. I've always been a fan of Pizza Hut, but this is definitely turning me off.
This particular Pizza Hut is horrible they make mistakes have no desire to fix them. There box meal is popular by there admission but they never have it available. They feel justified in offering credits less then the value of what you spend. They will make offer you a credit or remake to not refund even if you’re willing to return. The manager said if you don’t like it go on the website and make a complaint.
First, the delivery fee and the new "service charge" are ridiculous. Paying $7 or $8 in "fees", plus tip, is too much. Second, our order took over an hour to be delivered, and it arrived 29 minutes after I received the "order is out for delivery" message. Not surprisingly, the pasta and breadsticks were completely cold. The pizza had a barely detectable warmth to it, but was way too cold. I paid almost $50 for a pizza and pasta (crazy expensive), and then everything was cold.
Ordered 2 pizzas this evening online and had to redo it 4 times. It kept showing things i didn't order on my pizza. Once i placed my order it said it would be ready.in 15 to 20 minutes. I started timing it then i get a message on my phone saying my order couldn't be started there was a problem to contact the store. I called the store and the lady told me everything was fine and she didn't know why i received the message. Finally my daughter picked up the pizzas and asked for red pepper and cheese like we always get there. The lady said they now charge $1 for red pepper and cheese. She told her to forget it and left. Not happy with Pizza Hut.

This pizza hut in yucaipa does not accept ebt when most ebt across California do !! My cousin who is a single mom and also works gets ebt becuz of her disabled son ! The Redlands pizza hut accept it and so does all of riverside pizza hut accepts ebt ! And what makes this restaurant so special!! Is becuz I think they are prejudice!! I think they think they are 2 fancy 2 take ebt ! There excuse was they don't get that much traffic ! So if you as a business don't get the business why wouldn't u take ebt u are still getting paid !!
