The first time, the food and service were very good; however, this time, after waiting fifty minutes for a pasta, we discovered they "forgot" to order my dish (a soup). Fortunately, while my wife was eating her pasta, they made my soup and informed us they wouldn't charge the bill. Thank you for that, although in a long-established business, the bad experience had already passed. We left the amount of the bill as a tip because we didn't complain so we wouldn't have to pay! We complained about the bad time.
