Unfortunately, at the Andares branch within the Acueducto corporate building, customer service is no longer what it used to be. Employees chat instead of attending to customers at the counter or on the phone. And the food is no longer the same quality as before; it's rushed and very bland.

I bought a morning bagel; for over $90 pesos I would at least expect it to be good. Two slices of ham that tasted like nothing, I didn't even taste the cream cheese, the egg tortilla was so thin it looked like a sheet of paper, not a pinch of salt, totally flavorless, not even a little bit tasty, plain, no fun at all, I definitely wouldn't buy it again.

The most expensive salad I've ever had. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. I literally just wanted a basic salad, but OMG, it was too much. They charged me extra for chicken, but all I found were a few strips hidden among all that lettuce. It's unbelievable that they charge extra if you're not even going to add 100 grams of the extra ingredient. Plus, they didn't give me back 10 pesos. The dressing tastes good, which helps a lot, but seriously, don't do that. You're taking advantage of office workers who don't have many healthy options. The service is friendly and good, but the place is very small and gets extremely crowded at lunchtime.

The quality of service is already declining, it's a shame. You order something and the ingredients aren't there, they only have one grill so it takes forever, you pay and ask when it will be ready so you can come down later, and when you get there they're busy making food for other people who arrive later, they never have change, etc. They're in an office area, they can't be so slow because you're running late, it's faster to go to Starbucks.

Excellent service from Lupita and Nayeli, always with a very good attitude and service. However, I want to point out an important point regarding the food. Today I ordered a Serrano ham panini and, honestly, it was a disappointment: it was very small, noticeably smaller than usual (less than two-thirds of the size they normally serve). For a panini that costs over 90 pesos, you expect consistency between the price and the portion. I don't mind paying for something expensive as long as the quality and quantity justify it, but in this case, that wasn't the case. Details like these make a difference and affect the customer experience. With all due respect, they should have better quality control in the kitchen. Because of situations like this, I sincerely doubt I'll return.
