I went for a pizza and ended up with two. Close to home, the staff were very attentive and offered options to complete your order. The delivery time was reasonable for what you ordered. I liked the service and the pizzas I bought. If you live near the Constitución neighborhood, I recommend this place for either dine-in or takeout.

Well, unfortunately, I visited during renovations, so the tables were very dusty. While this is a negative point, I decided not to lower the rating for it. However, there are several reasons why I wouldn't give a good rating. First, they don't have enough menus for each person to take their time selecting without feeling rushed. Prices are a bit higher than the competition, and the wait isn't too long. However, when they bring your order, they don't give you free plates (not the cardboard ones that are the size of a slice of bread). Although the ketchup they give you in packets is the right amount (unlike other places that only give you one or two), it doesn't include Valentina hot sauce. The redeeming quality is that the flavor is good, and although there's a little bit of dough around the edges, it's not excessive. It seems they don't have enough staff, as the tables tend to stay uncleaned for a long time after customers leave.

The pizza is good, especially the al pastor, but I had a bad experience with the delivery guy at the Constitución branch (a chubby guy). My order didn't arrive complete, so I called again to have the rest brought. When the delivery guy arrived the second time, he honked the horn for me to come down (I live on the third floor). When I got down, he yelled something about a tip, but since I didn't understand what he meant, I ignored him. When I opened the door for him to give me what was missing, he "apologized," claiming it wasn't his fault. I was nice to him, trying to make him feel better, but he took the opportunity to tell me that the tip wasn't included and that he hadn't received anything the first time. Honestly, it really threw me off that he was asking for a tip considering the service had been bad. The drink arrived later. I told him I didn't know (although I suspected it, since tips are usually not included), but I didn't want to argue or be rude. So I just told him that next time (obviously I wasn't going to give him anything, and certainly not like that). Then, to top it off, he mimicked me (repeating: next time). I've worked in restaurants and I know how things are, and what it feels like when you don't get a tip, but that attitude from the delivery guy was bad, because far from wanting to tip him, it makes me not want to order again. And obviously, if you're a delivery guy, you should double-check the order. If the mistake was the pizzeria's, he, as a delivery guy, should be more careful with the orders or talk to the restaurant, not demanding something that isn't mandatory and that he clearly didn't deserve this time.

The food is good, as you'd expect, but the place itself is in bad shape. I saw efflorescence on the walls, patches of mortar/paint, and the counter was broken. Overall, it looked clean, but it didn't smell very good when I went. They also left the back door open, revealing graffiti and a patio full of trash. The food itself is fine, and thankfully it doesn't come into contact with the mess; in fact, it's prepared in a separate, enclosed area.

El lugar está muy descuidado. El personal está jugando en pleno servicio y no usan de forma correcta el cubrebocas. Muy deprimente el lugar.

Creo que todo hubiera sido mejor si no se hubieran tardado 1 hora y media en entregarme una pizza fria y acartonada, en si el sabor no era malo pero los tiempos de espera y la respuesta de sus empleados deja mucho que desear.

The pizzas are poorly cut, some pieces are raw, and others are very thin. They have a $99 pizza promotion at the franchise, but when you go to the counter, they tell you it's only valid with the purchase of their garlic bread (something that isn't on the sign and is obviously not part of the terms and conditions, since I've been to other PyC locations and they've given me the promotion without any problems). As a franchise, they don't honor their promotions. Honestly, there are better pizzerias in the area that are cheaper, better made, and have much better service. I don't recommend this branch at all. The place is very clean, which should be acknowledged, hence its second star. They don't deserve more.

El pedido de mi pizza jamás llegó, hablé a la sucursal, solo para que me regañaran porque el repartidor vino y no estuve al pendiente (lo cual no es cierto) insistí que no vi ningún repartidor y sólo decían lo mismo, que fue mi culpa por no estar al pendiente.

Terrible, they don't respect the prices on their website. Plus, shipping isn't free as advertised, because if you get home delivery, they charge you a different price for the product, and another if you pick it up at the store. In short, they sell it the way they want. I ordered two large pizzas, and they gave me medium ones. No matter how much you ask the girl, they don't give you any help.

Terrible service from an employee named Hilda. I just called because my order hasn't arrived yet, and I've been waiting a long time.
