The food was super cold, they didn't even heat it up properly, it looked like it was from the day before, crappy lemonade and to change it to soda it was still $20 more, when it's already expensive, the girl was a total bitch and didn't even serve you well the whole time, she was rude, terrible place, first and last time I go, I should have read the reviews first, they're all true.

First and last time I go back, we wanted to order and the guy told us he had finished his shift, if the guy had already finished his shift then what was he doing standing there at the register if he wasn't going to serve us, the girl saw us and didn't leave, terrible service, the food was cold

The service was terrible. All the staff were inside chatting, and the one who finally came out looked miserable. I ordered a stromboliny, and they only heated it for about a minute, so the cheese didn't melt properly. While I was eating it, another customer arrived and went to the ketchup place instead because they weren't serving him. I think the gossip was pretty good.

The girl at the checkout is super rude and doesn't serve you well, she's a real bitch, I stood there for 5 minutes, I had to speak really loudly so they could see that I wanted to buy! I didn't like it.

We've known Sbarro for a while in the United States, and every time we see it, we eat there. We know it's fast food, and expectations are accordingly, but this one was terrible. The lasagna was horrible! It seemed like it had been made days before. It's pathetic.

Everything is overly salty, the food is served colder than the drinks, and the server is careful to take your glass exactly by the rim, "with the same hands" she uses to handle cash. Basic hygiene? Not even during a pandemic...

The cashier today, at this exact time, served me while simultaneously putting the pizza in the oven, picking it up with her hand, and then using that same hand to charge me, all while wearing her face mask halfway down her nose. My experience was terrible; please improve this.

I've tried bad pizzas, and this is it. Tasteless, the cheese is poorly distributed, and even though they "heat" it before serving it to you, it's cold. Honestly, it was a super unpleasant and expensive experience. Even at first glance, the pizzas don't look appealing to the palate; they're all white and look like they're undercooked. In short, terrible. I regret giving them $131!!!!

It's absolutely disgusting. BEWARE: COCKROACHES COME OUT! My kids love pizza, and I used to buy it for them occasionally at Sbarro Plaza Galería Guadalajara. Their favorite cheese slice used to cost $25 pesos, but overnight they raised the price to $49 pesos per slice. They also reduced the size, and to top it all off, they do all sorts of dirty things. Today I bought my son pizza, and a cockroach came out when he bit into the edge. He said, "Mom, there's a fly!" I looked, but it wasn't a fly; it was a cockroach. What a disappointment! They raise prices, reduce sizes, lower quality, and their hygiene leaves much to be desired. I went to return it, and they refunded me, but the disgust and anger just won't go away. Be very careful and don't eat their junk food and overpriced, smaller portions. If anyone knows where I can sue them, please tell me. I have the receipt and photos of the food with the cockroach.

The spinach stromboli was stale, the potatoes were drenched in oil and clearly hadn't been fresh, the lasagna was raw... I've eaten at other Sbarro restaurants and this has never happened before. Almost all the food was terrible. I don't recommend it.
