The pizza was good, with different flavors. The spinach and three-cheese pizza was very good, and the one stuffed with cold cuts was okay. The pasta... I don't recommend it, nor the meatballs. The potatoes were good, though. Customer service NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

June 15, 2022 The cashier was incredibly rude. She tried to give me burnt food, I sent it back for a replacement, and she got annoyed. The pepperoni pizza roll is acceptable as long as it's not burnt, haha. The menu screens were off. I asked the counter girl about the menu, and she answered me more reluctantly than politely. With this kind of treatment in places where the food is mediocre and the customer service is terrible, I honestly won't be returning. Pizza Roll Price: $79 You be the judge of whether the price is fair or too high.

Terrible service. They were incredibly slow to serve me and seemed reluctant to do so. They "reheated" my food, or so I thought, but it took them longer to serve me than to heat it (a stromboli, by the way). The bread was tasty, but it was undercooked and tasteless, and they didn't even offer me a napkin or any condiments. It feels like you're doing them a favor by buying from this branch.

The food was very good, but the service was terrible. The two employees were extremely rude and got angry when you asked for something. The food took over half an hour (they tell you it's ready in 15 minutes). There's a promotion that says if they don't offer you the Cannelinis, your order is free. Hey guys, watch out! I went to buy something and they wouldn't serve me. They close at 7 pm and it was 5:40 pm, making the excuse that they didn't have any dough. The service was terrible. All the staff were inside chatting, and the one who finally came out looked miserable. I ordered a stromboliny, and they only heated it for about a minute, so the cheese didn't melt properly. I've tried bad pizzas, and this is it. Tasteless, the cheese is poorly distributed, and even though they "heat" it before serving it to you, it's cold. Honestly, it was a super unpleasant and expensive experience. Even at first glance, the pizzas don't look appealing to the palate; they're all white and look like they're undercooked. It's absolutely disgusting. BEWARE: COCKROACHES COME OUT! My kids love pizza, and I used to buy it for them occasionally at Sbarro Plaza Galería Guadalajara. Their favorite cheese slice used to cost $25 pesos, but overnight they raised the price to $49 pesos per slice. They also reduced the size, and to top it all off, they do all sorts of dirty things. Today I bought my son pizza, and a cockroach came out when he bit into the edge. He said, "Mom, there's a fly!" I looked, but it wasn't a fly; it was a cockroach. What a disappointment! They raise prices, reduce sizes, lower quality, and their hygiene leaves much to be desired. I went to return it, and they refunded me, but the disgust and anger just won't go away. Be very careful and don't eat their junk food and overpriced, smaller portions. If anyone knows where I can sue them, please tell me. I have the receipt and photos of the food with the cockroach.

The spinach stromboli was stale, the potatoes were drenched in oil and clearly hadn't been fresh, the lasagna was raw... I've eaten at other Sbarro restaurants and this has never happened before. Almost all the food was terrible. I don't recommend it.
