El sitio es muy amplio. La comida muy bien preparada. Las costillas a la barbacoa se deshacían de tiernas y la entraña de Angus en su punto perfecto. La tarta de queso sencillamente espectacular. El trato tanto de Camila como de Javi perfecto con un servicio rápido y amable.
Me parece curioso que haya reseñas desfavorables con críticas bastante negativas sobre algunos aspectos. Debo decir que sí que es cierto que en nuestra experiencia, tardaron más de lo normal en darnos la mesa (no había demasiada gente), tardaron en venir a preguntar qué íbamos a comer, y también creemos que esperamos demasiado entre plato y plato. Comimos el menú (era entre semana), y nos pareció muy buena calidad, muy bien presentado todo, la verdad que super contentos con la comida. Nos pareció, para repetir.
Fuimos sin reserva, un sábado y nos dieron mesa al momento. Puede ser cierto que los platos quizás no son abundantes como en otros sitios, pero no sales con hambre, sales bien. Además la comida estaba bastante buena. Sin esperar entre que pedimos y el primer plato, o entre platos. El único pero que le pongo que no tengan descafeinado de máquina. A destacar la amabilidad de la camarera Camila y Javi que nos atendieron en la mesa. Y la verdad que no entiendo las críticas negativas. No es la primera vez que vamos y nunca tenemos problemas
Fuimos mi mujer y yo a comer allí con un SmarBox que nos habían regalado y la verdad que salimos muy contentos, primero por el ambiente del local, segundo con la atención que tuvieron con nosotros y tercero por la calidad y cantidad de los platos que nos sirvieron. Al ser un SmarBox, la carta es semi-cerrada: los entrantes a compartir son fijos, varios y bastantes buenos (humus casero, patatas bravas, sepia a la romana,, pimientos de padrón, berenjena frita y pan con tomate y jamón). Y como plato principal yo pedía secreto y mi mujer salmón. Los postres fueron una crema de mojito y una tarta de queso, tambien muy buenos. Y lo mejor fueron los detalles del personal, pues nos ofrecieron una copa de capa, nos pusieron una botella de agua más y nos regalaron los cafés, todo ello no entraba en el smarbox. Por ello nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, y lógicamente repetiremos.
Located in the Puerto Venecia Shopping Center. Very pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Large, with plenty of tables, and clean. Before anything else, if you're thinking of going, I recommend making reservations because it gets crowded, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. The food is delicious and varied. The desserts, perhaps, for those with a sweet tooth like me, fall a little short. The service is very good, and in my case, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. If you're looking for a good meal in a shopping center that isn't fast food, I highly recommend it.
A place I hadn't been to in the shopping center, excellent value for money. The restaurant looked very well-maintained and tidy, and then a red-haired girl served us who was a 10/10, very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was very quick and quite good. And the food was exactly what I wanted; I ordered a medium-rare skirt steak and it was perfect.
We went to Casa Carmen and the experience couldn't have been better. Mar served us, and she was lovely from the very first moment: attentive, quick, and super professional. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A place we will definitely return to. Thank you, Mar, for making it so special!
We went for dinner, a gift via a smartbox. The experience was truly enjoyable. The place had beautiful, warm decor, and we felt very comfortable. The person who served us, Dylan, was very attentive and friendly throughout. The dinner was very good, and we loved the sirloin. We'll definitely be back.
We had read unfavorable reviews of the restaurant, but we had a very positive experience, one we'd want to repeat. The quantity may be smaller than at other nearby restaurants, but the quality and presentation are superior. An elegant place where you feel very comfortable. We'll definitely return.
We went with a smartbox and it was a great idea to spend it here. From the first moment we received fantastic service, from the moment we made our reservation, to our arrival, and throughout the meal. The guy at reception and our main waiter were attentive and professional. The food was excellent, the best patatas bravas I've ever eaten, and the sauce was a 10. Definitely recommend it.

The place is very cozy and with nice design, the service was very charming and profesional - Lucia was helpful and took care of the menu explanation for the pregnant me :)) Also I got a non-alcohol drink at the end of the lunch which was a very positive surprise! ♥️
The design of the location is really nice, very welcoming and cozy. The ambient music was very nice too. At first we were a bit discouraged because there weren’t many people in the restaurant on a Saturday, but the service was great. I had duck breast with apple mousse and mango chutney and my boyfriend had pork fillet. Both dishes very tasty and flavorful, we’d say better than on a “normal” restaurant. The only downside: the portions are small, “fancy restaurant” size. Overall we liked it and we would like to try more dishes.

On a quick trip to Zaragoza to buy a car, we stopped for lunch. The restaurant is very, very large. It was Sunday, and although there were few people in the mall, there were only three tables in the restaurant. The waiters were friendly and attentive; it's also true that there were three waiters for the three tables we were at. We ordered something light and quick to continue our trip. The food was delicious, and the grilled meat was excellent.
We ordered Andalusian-style calamari with aioli as a snack; the aioli was 10/10, very good. They also left us some complimentary olives. For our main course, we ordered Angus skirt steak, and while the potatoes and peppers were very good, the meat and chimichurri could be better. The service was excellent, and for that reason alone, we'd love to return. The place is very pretty and has a warm and pleasant atmosphere. As a complimentary shot, after finishing our meal, it really brightened our day.
Me gusta ir a esta cadena porque la comida no es comida rápida. En este caso la recepción muy amable, la atención inicial muy buena. Solo le podría la pega que en el momento de pedir el postre estuvimos más de 20 minutos esperando un postre, sólo un postre.
We went for lunch last Monday and, to be honest, we were disappointed. The atmosphere was very nice, the decor was good, and the tables were well set. The food was good. But let's get to the important part. It's a restaurant inside a shopping center with a €26 set menu. There are a lot of tables and the service is incredibly slow. I think they need more waiters, but above all, the kitchen needs to be faster because eating there takes forever. We went in at 1 pm and left almost at 4 pm for a standard two-course meal with dessert. That's a nightmare with two small children. The food was good, but the portions were small. You can't serve four patatas bravas to share, or four nachos with guacamole...please...especially since they're inexpensive ingredients. We won't be going back, because there are plenty of other options where you can get more for the same amount and it's faster too.
Hemos ido a este restaurante en varias ocasiones porque el ambiente es realmente agradable y el lugar invita a quedarse. Sin embargo, el servicio deja mucho que desear. En nuestra experiencia, tardan demasiado en servir los platos, especialmente entre uno y otro. La espera se hace larga y rompe completamente el ritmo de la comida. Lo mismo ocurre con el postre y el café, que también llegan con bastante demora. Entendemos que pueda haber días con más trabajo, pero esto nos ha ocurrido ya en tres ocasiones distintas, por lo que parece ser un problema habitual y no algo puntual. Es una pena, porque el ambiente es muy bueno, pero la lentitud del servicio hace que la experiencia no sea tan satisfactoria como debería. Es una pena, los camareros son muy atentos pero la demora es mucha, en la visita anterior nos hemos tenido que ir sin el postre porque nos hemos cansado de esperarlo. Es de destacar positivamente la atención de la camarera que llevaba una diadema de corazones el día de San Valentín; siempre estuvo atenta y pidiendo disculpas por la demora. Gracias a ella hemos esperado con paciencia.
Mala experiencia. Fuimos a comer y tardaron 40 minutos en servirnos las bebidas, siendo que las reclamamos dos veces. Nos comimos unas bravas malísimas, ya que estaban muy duras y sin bebida. Los segundos mejoraron la comida y el postre también estaba muy bueno. El servicio debería mejorar mucho a nivel general, pedimos la cuenta a una chica nos dijo que sí y nunca la llego a traer.
We've been regular customers of this restaurant. We went once to the Oasis in Madrid with family from abroad and it was great. We've been to the Zaragoza location a few times, but each time it gets worse. Saturday, January 24th, 2026, for lunch was the worst experience ever, and I don't think we'll be back. We've given you several chances, but not this time. The entrance process was chaotic when you didn't have a reservation. They left you waiting for almost half an hour without saying anything, not even that they'd take your name. Then we finally went in, they took our drink order and gave us the menus, including the three special weekend menus (there were four of us). When they took our order, two of us wanted the most expensive menu. I mention this to clarify that I didn't understand why they wouldn't let us order it. The waiter told us that the set menu wasn't available; we had to order everything or nothing, so we had to order from the à la carte menu. (Because they didn't explain this when they put out the menus and took our drink order. This meant we had to look at the menu and wait even longer to be served.) The food was nothing special for €40 per person; it was almost cold, there wasn't enough of it, and the worst part was the time between courses. They served the main courses to two of us, and the others took 20 minutes to arrive, and one of them was ordering the same thing as the other. We had to eat out of sync because otherwise the food would get colder. But the worst of the worst came when, after waiting for our main course and waiting for those behind us to finish, we ordered dessert and they took our coffee order at the same time. Well, the coffee arrived before the desserts, with the bill that we hadn't even asked for yet. We were just starting to eat the dessert, which was ice cream and cake, when the waiter came to take our payment. I told him, "Let me finish the dessert at least and then I'll pay." I was so upset that we left the We had coffee there, paid, and left. We know perfectly well that there are set hours—in fact, I work in the hospitality industry—but you can't pressure a customer when it's the restaurant's fault that it got so late. It's better to just say they don't provide service. (We went in to eat at 3:20 pm, and it was 4:45 pm and they were already showing us out. On top of the terrible food, the service was awful. We won't be back. We've given them several chances, and they're just getting worse.)
Muy mala experiencia. Pido un tagliatelle con tomate, burrata y pesto. Al cabo del rato me dicen que no tienen tomate y que escoja otra cosa. Le pregunto si me los pueden hacer con boloñesa, y me dice que si ya la tienen preparada y tienen. Me los traen y el tagliatelle está durisimo, la salsa super liquida y malisima. Ningun camarero pregunta que pasa con el plato, me lo recogen y se lo llevan sin decir nada ni preguntar. Al rato de pedir la cuenta, me la traen y me cobran el tagliatelle con la burrata y el tomate (11,45€), cuando no tenia ni burrata ni con tomate, solo habia pedido el cambio de macarron a tagliatelle con boloñesa(8,65€). Me quejo, y le digo que nadie me ha preguntado que pasaba con el plato, a lo que me dicen que estaban liados con una mesa de 13 personas, cosa que no es así, pues hace rato que me miraban a mi y al plato. Sin duda, no volveré. Al final, me ha cobrado el tagliatelle al precio del macarron.
Horrible 😈😈😈 I have no words to describe such a negative experience, from the absolute insolence and rudeness of the person who greeted us, chewing gum with their mouth open and giving us a disdainful and defiant look, to the poor quality of the food and the long wait between courses. Eggplant 🍆 oily and tasteless. Gyoza 🥟 burnt on the bottom and overcooked, completely unappetizing. Cod with ratatouille, bland and very stringy. Cod with mashed potatoes, stringy and tasteless, only sweet. Compared to other franchises of the same company, this place needs significant improvement. Many waiters wandered around aimlessly, and cutlery fell off trays more than twice. The olives were dry 🫒, maybe they were put on the table at 12 🥵 Special mention to the more experienced waiter and the waitress at our table, thank you both ⭐️⭐️⭐️
We won't be back. If you want to try it, go ahead, but you'll end up saying the same thing: you won't be back. The food is meager and of poor quality. A salad you could make better at home, scrambled eggs with undercooked potatoes, and a dessert not worth the price. The water is refillable, and the price is for a sealed glass bottle. A real shame. They take in customers from other restaurants that are packed. I'm sorry to say, but I don't think they'll be closing for long. It's a pity.
We were served by a young man in a white shirt with Asian features, who was good at serving us... if we had known he would treat us that way, we wouldn't have sat down to eat. That's why we gave him the lowest rating. I suppose he didn't like us for some reason, but being nice is free in this life. As for the food, it was very poor (especially the main courses on the menu), with very little quantity and very questionable quality. We left very disappointed and certain we wouldn't return.

We were waiting while there was NO queue and one waiter made us waiting like more than 10 mins and then made us a seat by the door, which opened and closed every min. Meanwhile there obviously plenty of tables available. When we asked him to changed another one, he said no. I don’t understand, what kind of business refuses clients with such a small request. Yes, this restaurant does. I think the waiters should have been trained better. Of course I also went to other “ Casa Carmen” and the attitude was so much better.
