I stayed at the hotel with my family and we had a great time. The location is excellent, especially for children's activities. The room was comfortable and had a spectacular view. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and especially accommodating to our special dietary needs (I'm lactose intolerant and my wife is pregnant). Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a special mention for the dinner desserts, which were always delicious. The dedicated parking in front of the hotel was very convenient.

The best family hotel ever! I first came in 2003 and keep coming back every year! Friendly people, clean and comfortable rooms, great food, sauna and steam bath. 10- 20 minutes by car to the ski center Cermis, Predazo-Latemar and Bellamonte!

Semplice hotel a conduzione familiare, ottima accoglienza dei proprietari. Camere con arredamento classico, pulite, abbastanza grandi (la nostra era una famigliare con matrimoniale più 2letti singoli, quindi abbastanza grande perché senza letto a castello) e con un bel balcone vista vallata molto bello. Menù e servizio della cena buono ma migliorabile. Buffet di solo verdure, 4 crude e 4cotte, nient altro. Buona colazione sia dolce che salata anche se non troppo varia. Prezzo adatto ai semplici servizi offerti.

When i was there the kitchen was closed for service so I didn' t have dinner there, the room in the hotel was good and clean. People working there was very friendly and the place was silent. The breakfast was not so impressive, just some brioches, i normally like to have a full breakfast and that i had was not enough. The overall impression was fine..

L’hotel non sarebbe malissimo ma il proprietario è proprio scorbutico e maleducato. Quando si va in vacanza ci si aspetta accoglienza. Se non si ha voglia di essere cordiali ed accoglienti non si fa l’albergatore, in quel caso meglio cambiare mestiere. La Spa è inesistente e x ogni cosa ci vuole il gettone. L’unica cosa positiva è stata la colazione e la donna che la serve. Esperienza pessima, non lo consiglio.

The hotel is an old, 1970s-style property, poorly maintained, but the owner is downright grumpy and rude. When you go on vacation, you expect a warm welcome. If you don't want to be friendly and welcoming, you're not a hotelier. We encountered problems like the shower not working or the fact that they allow dogs but not in the dining room. We pointed out the inconveniences to the owners, but they were rude and offensive... ultimately, it was our fault. A terrible experience, I don't recommend it.

Overall, the hotel wouldn't be bad if it weren't run by completely incompetent people. They don't have the slightest idea how to interact with customers. They're rude, impolite, and completely unhelpful. The only person I found to be professional was the waitress, who was friendly and kind. There's a mix between their private home and the hotel. They've placed a video game console complete with steering wheel, pedals, and gear shifter in the common area of ​​the bar. A friend of mine's child obviously wanted to play with it, but we were told it absolutely wasn't allowed to be touched since it belonged to them. Crazy! In front of the elevator, a door to their private kitchen is always open. I've often seen them sitting there eating while waiting for the elevator, with unpleasant fried food smells. Oh, and be careful not to buy sandwiches for breakfast to take away, because they'll charge you for them at the end of your stay. They don't tell you anything about it, except at the end, pointing out a sign that few people have read. On their website they mentioned a spa, but it's a cold, unwelcoming place, with an empty hot tub, a turned-off Turkish bath, and a barely warm sauna. Forget it.

Didn’t help with forgotten things, probably put it in the trash while cleaning.
