Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta di sapori autentici e ben bilanciati. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale cortese, attento e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso.

Sono stata a cena qui col mio ragazzo sabato sera per il nostro anniversario. Abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo, e lo staff è stato di una gentilezza e professionalità rara, soprattutto il maître Riccardo che è una persona squisita che ci ha messo molto a nostro agio! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Consiglierei questo ristorante a chiunque si rechi in zona Abano!

Personale attento e preparato. Notevole lista dei vini e notevole presentazione di ognuno di quelli che verranno scelti, sicuramente un valore aggiunto. La qualità delle materie prime si sente tutta. Una bellissima sorpresa. Da fuori non proprio molto invitante... Ma anche senza prenotazione e di lunedì... abbiamo trovato un tavolo libero. Prosecco di accoglienza offerto e ottimo piatto di verdure fritte... Piatti a base di pesce ... antipasti di ottima qualità e preparazione. Primi piatti anche di carne con gnocchi fatti in casa... Molta attenzione alla qualità dei prodotti e della preparazione anche avendo avuto richieste particolari per via di alcune allergie alle spezie. Dolci fatti al momento e fenomenali. Davvero consigliatissimo. Prezzi adeguati a quello che abbiamo mangiato.

Se passi per Abano devi assolutamente prenotare da Aubergine. Un posto segnalato dalla Guida Michelin che mantiene quindi una certa qualitá e sofisticatezza nel cibo e bevande, ma che ti fa sentire come a casa. Personale super gentile, prezzi nella media, qualitá superlativa.

Location molto carina, personale molto simpatico. Cibo ottimo e prezzi nella media. Molto carina l’idea delle caramelle a fine pasto.

Posto incantevole, personale e proprietario meravigliosi attentissimi a tutte le esigenze del cliente nel spiegare i loro prodotti, carte dei vini molto ben fornita. Cibo molto buono, veramente un eccellente lavoro su tutto. Complimenti. Dopo esattamente un anno ancora complimenti strameritati per tutto, Jacopo sempre una perfetta guida per la scelta del vino migliore.

Che bello trovare ancora persone che fanno il loro lavoro con amore. Gentilissimi ma mai inopportuni, ero entrata solo per un piatto di pasta veloce dopo una giornata tutta di corsa, ma ne sono uscita proprio di buon umore, oltre che con la pancia piena. Carbonara di pesce perfetta, i fiori di zucca fritti deliziosi, come quelli che faceva mia nonna. L'unico mio rimpianto é non aver provato anche il dolce perché le porzioni sono belle generose, ma rimedierò sicuramente la prossima volta :)

Ristorante storico ad Abano, menù ricco con diversi fuori menù che seguono la stagionalità. Straordinaria la spalla , golosi i fiori di zucca, ottimi i gamberi. Eccellente il servizio , personale femminile e maschile super gentile e disponibile. Accogliente e gentile il titolare. Cenare qui è un vero piacere, ti senti accolta e coccolata . Grazie , abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata tra amici.

Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto molto bene. Il tavolo nella nicchia l'ho trovato perfetto oltre all'atmosfera. Il servizio impeccabile, molto attenti ma non invadenti. Eravamo in 5 più un cagnolino e siamo stati molto bene. Io ho preso i carciofi che erano deliziosi e il branzino con patate, perfetto. Non ho apprezzato particolarmente il dolce(la millefoglie, ma de gustibus). Quindi consigliato.

Una cena assolutamente magnifica ed indimenticabile. I piatti sono eccezionali, il servizio impeccabile ed il personale è attento, simpatico, informale ma allo stesso tempo super accurato e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti amati e coccolati sia dal cibo che da tutto lo staff, come se fossimo clienti abituali ed amici di lunga data. Quando dei professionisti amano il proprio lavoro, il risultato non può che essere questo livello di perfezione. Grazie davvero, avete reso ancora più bello il nostro weekend nella vostra stupenda città, ci siamo appena conosciuti ma già ci mancate ❤️

Ottima accoglienza e personale molto gentile e preparato, ci hanno offerto anche un prosecco di benvenuto ed un piccolo assaggino, che non è da tutti i ristoranti. Piatti presentati molto bene e cibo ottimo. Abbiamo ordinato poi due calici di rosato e ci hanno fatto la presentazione del vino e la bottiglia è stata aperta per noi. Ottima esperienza ci torneremo sicuramente.

The waiters were very kind and even came up with good suggestions. I had eggplant with Parmesan and after spaghetti with seafood. Both were amazing - the right portion on the plate and the food is delicious. Definitely I come back when I will be in Abano Terme.

Very high quality service. Perhaps for the first time I meet a team of professionals (both an amazing restaurant chef and wonderful waiters) who are in love with what they do. The zucchini flowers were crispy, but not dry, but juicy and without a huge amount of flour (I had to try those too). Rabbit meat is very tender, so it just melts in your mouth. Large portions. Everything is excellent!

It was a nice and peacefully stay. We had an enjoyable time and perfect dinner. The staff is really helpful and kind – having a good knowledge about wines and food.

Ambiente spazioso, raffinato, il servizio sarebbe stato ottimo se l'esperto di vino non si fosse dilungato in spiegazioni eccessive, poco comprensibili e supponenti. Il cibo e' senz'altro di un livello piu' che buono. Il conto e' commisurato ad uno standard alto e selettivo.

Ho pranzato oggi per la prima volta . Ristorante accogliente e discreto, musica soffusa . Tutto ciò che ho mangiato era buonissimo , ma ciò che più mi ha colpito è stata l attenzione gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario . Ambiente dallo stile passato che ne fanno presagire una lunga presenza nell’ambiente della ristorazione. Forse un po’ troppo soffusa la luce per essere il momento del pranzo ma sono dettagli che possono essere tralasciati. Personale molto gentile, preparato sia sui piatti che sui vini (Jacopo è veramente Top come sommelier), disponibili a dar consigli se richiesti. Menu alla carta con aggiunta della selezione dei piatti del giorno. Abbiamo trovato tutto davvero ottimo: dagli antipasti (crostini di baccalà, fiori di zucca fritti) ai primi (gnocchi, tagliatelle) e anche ai secondi (maialino e pesce spada). Prezzo onesto per la qualità offerta. Tornare sarà un piacere.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena e ci siamo trovati bene. Il locale è molto bello e particolare ma direi anche molto elegante. Il menù è abbastanza ampio e varia tra piatti di pesce e carne. A parte un piccolo inconveniente in cucina che ci ha fatto attendere l'antipasto per un'oretta buona il resto era tutto molto buono soprattutto il fegato di vitello alla veneta che era eccezionale. Servizio molto cordiale e preparato. Conto appena sopra la media ma direi che ci può stare.

Had high hopes. Not unpleasant but disappointing. Food is described as home cooking but it did not transcend this. Two dishes stood out- snails appetizer- tender and tasty, and the suckling pork got a 5 for taste and tenderness but it was too salty. We unfortunately chose a wine that did nothing for us and much remained in the bottle - local- 60 % Cabernet anf 40 % Merlot. Might have been good with a hearty steak. The petro chemical aftertaste turned us both off and did not compliment braised food. Staff appeared to try their best but we never received a wine list. We had to request it. We waited over 45 minutes for our orders to be taken. The wine arrived as we began our main courses. It appears they did not coordinate who was managing our table. Ambience us nice. Interesting art on the walls.

The food is good, except from the sides, we had the verdura side, it was not tasty at all. The service is very very slow. There was only one woman who could take the order and she was arrogant.

When the food arrived, everything was dumped on the table at once, resulting in cold main course by the time we finished our appetizers. The host, who had initially greeted us, spent all time socializing and drinking with other patrons. To top it off, we were never offered dessert or a complimentary limoncello, unlike other tables. The service was rude and inattentive, making for an unpleasant atmosphere. We had to get up and leave. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warrants an exception - I would not recommend this place.
