I bought the chicken tenders here recently and they were hot, fresh and delicious. Good ranch dressing and fresh veggie sticks too. I ordered by walk in at lunch and it only took about 8 minutes for me to receive my food.

This Wingstop is chaotic. The servers don't seem to know what to do next because they are always busy filling online orders. Dining in is a battle. However, everyone is nice and friendly and tries to help most of the time. For the wings and fries, they are always very good. Their sauces are excellent. Love their blue cheese dressing.

Dine In now open again!!! Best Wings in town. Our wings and fries are always hot n crispy, fresh out of the fryer; not soggy or over sauced like Wild Wings! Only down side is their low selection of alcohol.

I mean it did the job. it wasn’t nothing crazy. I did have to pay for extra ranch. other Wingstop they just give me for free but I understand that I mean they just have to make money so it’s fine but pretty much I mean yeah it’s overall average. It’s all right. The area is kind of shitty but it’s OK.

I just left there and there was a hair on my fries. There was soapy water puddles on the floor in spots with no sign and no one bothered to mop it up. My wings were broken up and all of them didn't have the sauce on it. Just a horrible experience.

Very disappointed. I ordered a 40pc classic and asked them to be extra crispy. When we received the order it was the complete opposite. They were soggy. The 20 Lemon pepper didn't really have seasoning. The fries were cold & soggy too. It suxs a$$ spending $90 and not getting what you paid for. The air fryer saved the night.

This is a crispy fried roach at the bottom of my fries. Will never eat here again, do not recommend. $14 down the drain. So gross.

Placed an order 2 days before Superbowl. I went in on Saturday to pay for order. The manager indicated there was no order found under my name or number. I then placed order with manager and wanted to pay for my order. She then indicated I had to wait and pay when I picked it up on Sunday. She then said if there was any problem with my order to ask for her and she would take care of me. I went to pick up order on Sunday and they had no info on the order I placed on Saturday with the manager. I ask to talk with the manager but she couldn't come to the front counter because she was busy. Unacceptable!!

Food quality had definitely gone down. Their new fries are no longer fresh, and are frozen. No longer have that same sweet taste. Boneless wing have been under sauced the last few times I've bought from there. This time I ordered them wet and they were a little better but still not saucy and they were over cooked. Not crispy but crunchy.

Just got food poisoning from this place I should have known off the attitude I was getting while ordering. Can not stop vomiting and having diarrhea do NOT eat here, they are not following the right safety protocols

Wouldn’t recommend! It’s more kids that work there! They can never seem to get my order right ! Always giving greasy food ! Like do your job and stop playing around ….. WONT BE BACK WILL GO BACK TO STATE HWY ! Nobody has money to waste

I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings and they game me the smallest piece I have ever received. This is a sad box to look at and eat. And on to of that if I’m paying $13.00 for an 8 piece wing I would like to get wing that are worth the $13 I spent on them.

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever eaten in my life. My wife called and asked for 15 traditional wings. We ended up with 12 boneless with no seasoning. How do we order extra seasoning and get less seasoning than normal. Definitely a place to never go to in Abilene unless you check your bag and make a complaint before you leave.

Called in about finding hair in my food. I also found feathers still on the chicken after order was remade. On the remade order the chicken was still tough, not to mention the chicken wasn't completely done. I made the general manager aware of this, she clearly was nonchalant. (Probably due to her not being out of any money, time and frustration.) She told me to go through uber eats for a refund since the order was placed through them. She could have taken care of us as the customer, she chose to. I called the store three times and was left on hold more than half an hour before I was hung up on. Definitely setting the right example for the team/crew!!! So avoiding the customer is what this has came down to huh? Yeah! Maybe corporate needs to revaluate who they have made leaders.
