Delicious, healthy food, good prices, and a comfortable and pleasant location. Just as a note, the day I visited, it smelled of sweat, perhaps because people were passing by who had just exercised. It would be good if they checked the ventilation or used an air freshener to neutralize odors without overdoing it so it wouldn't be bothersome.
