There's a shrimp pasta dish on the menu that's way too spicy; it's completely bland. They should really consider changing it, especially since the menu isn't very extensive. Unless it's been there for a while because of some kind of spicy food competition, and besides, they remove all the seeds from the chilies they use. I'm not against spicy food; in fact, I like it, as long as the food has good flavor.

The place is quite busy, comfortable, and very pleasant. It has air conditioning and a wide variety of breakfasts, coffees, frappes, and other drinks. It was recently remodeled and now has more space. The waiter could use a little more attention, as he often gets orders mixed up. Other than that, everything was perfect.

A place with a great atmosphere. It has air conditioning, good music, and the coffee is delicious. The only downside is that service can be a bit slow when it's busy, and the food also takes a while to arrive. Overall, it's a good place to spend some time, but not for people looking for something quick.

The flavor is pretty good, the service is just as good. I felt the prices were a bit high for what they offer. The place is usually full and for that reason, service is a little slow depending on the order and how much importance the waiters give you. They take a while to issue you the invoice but because they ask for your CSF. They offer free Internet, so it's a good place to spend an afternoon visiting the networks and enjoying a frappe or coffee.

Everything we ate was delicious... However, today I was a little disappointed. They took a while to bring me the menu, they served customers who arrived much later than me, and when they finally brought my order, they didn't give me sugar or come back to my table to see if I needed anything.

The grill is delicious, the only bad thing is the sauce. It's impossible that there isn't a homemade sauce, and the menu says one thing and then gives you another! If it weren't for that, it would be perfect.

The service and atmosphere are terrible. There's one employee who, unfortunately, has to serve me every time I go, and he's awful. From the way he treats you when taking your order—he makes faces—to taking up to half an hour to bring you the menu. I'm understanding and know they can be busy sometimes, but the times I've been there, they haven't been particularly busy. I could understand if he came to bring my food, but taking half an hour just to bring me the menu? That's not reasonable at all. The food is fine, but having such bad and hostile service takes away all the magic of enjoying a good meal.

In general I liked it, until one day I went in the afternoon and the manager, seeing that I was dressed simply, was rude and, judging me by my appearance, she didn't even want to serve me, so she sent one of the employees... Unfortunately, they judged without knowing that I could pay for everything I wanted to consume, even if it was 1000 pesos or more, disgusting people, I have not eaten there again.
