I give this rating because whenever I ask for something, the employees want to sell you what they want and that bothers me if you are not specific about what you ask for. Usually, their products always run out quickly.

They should bring the pizzas that are in other branches; they always have the same ones. For example, there are several with a cheese crust, and here they only have pepperoni, and if you don't ask for dried chili and ketchup, they won't give it to you.

I really didn't like the customer service because we were rude twice. They weren't friendly at all. Once, I brought a soda to drink in the restaurant, and the employees got rude because drinks weren't allowed inside. They insisted we buy them, so they wouldn't give me the pizza toppings because I couldn't buy the soda. When you go for the first time, you don't know what's prohibited, but I've always thought that friendliness from employees should be paramount. And they weren't friendly at all; they even demanded I take the soda off the table. Anyway, I was finally going to eat the pizza, and I didn't have any comfort whatsoever. The food was delicious, but the same can't be said for the employees—terrible service.

They need to have a portal to order from the app and enjoy the best pizzas that aren't sold at the counter.

Beggars outside repeatedly allowed to come in the restaurant and ask for money, and repeat it over and over even after having given them money. The staff do NOTHING to stop this. AVOID.

Seré franco me trataron mal me isieron esperar asta jente k estaba detrás mio los atendieron primero antes k a mi y así pasaron como 2 personas asta k dije y comenté aserca de mi dinero y la muchacha con un tono alsadito me dijo k no pueden atenderme ya fue k yo pedí mi dinero y de mala cara me lo entregaron k cuando llegamos ala plaza la pizza senos avía enfriado aparte k las dos muchachas k nos atendieron se pasaron de lanza con migo cuando simple mente quería comer una simple pizza 😕y era el cumpleaños de un amigo y pues la pizza casi fría y el servicio no sabría k decir solo k si van a veabajar de cajeros sea bien más no de mala cara 🤷🏽‍♂️ o de plano otro trabajo pero k mínimo cambien su actitud una sonrisa no le viene mal a nadie y eso k yo llegue con mejor actitud y asta me puse a conversar con otros quilentes y riendo 🤷🏽‍♂️en fin solo eso

Pésimo servicio,debieran de contratar otras empleadas las que estan atienden de mala gana y son muy groseras,deberían contratar a gente que en verdad tengan ganas de trabajar y salir adelante,las pizzas son muy buenas,pero la forma en que te atienden en ese lugar no,pendientes con eso

Mal servicio en cuestión de facilitar una factura, les marco y no contestan, les envío un Gmail y tampoco 😡

Terrible service quality. Whether you choose the cheapest or the most expensive options, they make you wait. The staff is completely unqualified for customer service. They definitely need to implement a proper HR screening process because the staff speaks volumes about the brand.

Terrible service from the cashiers. They serve you with sour faces, reluctantly, and annoyed. Also, when they give you your pizza 🍕, they don't include the toppings, like sauce. You practically have to ask for them, and they only give you one packet of sauce, which isn't even enough for one slice.

Terrible service from the staff, with a dreadful attitude. They serve you reluctantly and practically drop your order while handing it to you. They don't know how to treat customers; they ignore you and only take your order when they feel like it, and even then, with unpleasant gestures. The pizzas are really good, but the employees are awful.

They didn't want to sell me a pizza in two combinations. Terrible service. Honestly, I've traveled to many countries and I've always ordered my pizza combined, but I ended up buying it at Dominos instead. They sold me the pizza like that.

I was waiting for a drive-thru and it took me over an hour. When I arrived, they didn't have the pizza I wanted, and the guy told me I had to wait 20 minutes in the store. So, it's not drive-thru. It used to work, but now it's very poor service, and the guys get upset about any comment.

The worst service ever! I ordered drive-thru and the girl who served me sent me to the front. This has never happened to me before, I'll never come back.

They make you wait because they don't have the pizza you want. They tell you the wait time is 15 minutes, but it takes almost an hour, and when they finally deliver it, it's COLD, RAW, WITHOUT TOMATO, THE CHEESE ISN'T EVEN MELTED, AND THE HAM LOOKS LIKE IT'S JUST FOR DECORATION. And to top it all off, it's less than 3 millimeters thick. Did they forget how to make pizzas or what? IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THIS JOB, DON'T. CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE SERVED THE WAY THE STAFF THEMSELVES WANT TO BE SERVED. Learn about customer service!

The pizza they gave me was cold and very hard. It seems that it was from the day before and the edge was too hard. Check your pizza if you order it in your car.
