Food and service was excellent. Spicy deluxe was exactly how it was supposed to be. Everyone greeted me as well. This is my go to chick fila. Will return !

Brenda ( A bilingual ✨QUEEN✨) handled my order for me and it was amazing! I called to place a big order - over 25 people - and they had it done and ready in under 15 mins!! So thankful for yall and appreciate the speediness!

Love this CFA! All of these low ratings must be from people on another planet... I'm an Addison local and never had a poor experience here. Particularly in the drive-thru, the service is exceptional. Highly recommend!

I am actually surprised at the negative reviews this location has.This is one location that has been consistently amazing for me.Ive been coming here for a while now(started when they were across the street).I have found that this location has had the best track record of not getting orders wrong and the staff being competent and friendly.I mostly do mobile order with in store pick up and only during lunch time.

They have almost as many 1-star reviews as they do 5-star reviews.! That should tell you everything you need to know about this place! As a brother in Christ, I try to support Christian businesses whenever I have the opportunity to do so. Such was the case today... at least it would have been had these people respect me or my time enough to answer the phone. I had at least a $200 - $300 catering order to call in. All I got was a voicemail - and it doesn't even work right! Since my experience at this store has always been fine in the past, I went to the store to let the "manager" know why they were losing my business today. When I told her what happened, she said she would get the operator. Apparently, the operator had better things to do with their time. Worse yet, when the manager eventually resurfaced from the back, she didn't even look my way! She just went back into the kitchen. This wasn't bad customer service today. It was a bad witness for Christ! As bad as I felt about how I was treated today after all of the loyalty I've given them over the years, I felt worse on behalf of Christ... that He was being represented in this way! If customer service matters at all to you... If you want to be appreciated for your patronage... don't come here. Like so many other businesses in this world, to this company and this operator (who did not even muster the character to come face me about this), you're nothing more than a piece of meat with a number on it! I won't be back, and I'll be warning my secular AND Christian friends and associates to AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! UPDATE: It's 6:15 am THE NEXT DAY, and I was just awakened FROM A DEAD SLEEP by these people! ARE YOU FRIGGIN' KIDDING ME??? Apparently, the non-working voicemail wasn't as non-working as I thought! As bad as all of this experience was, YOU PEOPLE WAKE ME UP THIS EARLY IN THE MORNING???

No greeting from any employee, food sat at pick up window with no one monitoring any of the kiosk at the front. Worse chick fil a I’ve been to in all my years the back brought out a door dash over my ready food when I was in line already and had to step back. Unacceptable service and needs restructuring.

Came during lunch break & to start things off ordering at the drive though was very garbled / hard to understand, might have been a headset issue but still... Then once getting to the pick up window there seemed to be an altercation going on inside between some of the coworkers whereas some of the confusion may have came in... Got home only to discover my order of 12 count nuggets was 4 tenders & since I had no time to go back just had to deal with it... This really has been my worst time at a Chick-fil-A & considering this location is relatively new instead of being across the street like it used to I'm very disappointed especially considering the price & lack of service we got today... :(

the people in the drive thru section are like really dead. Its like they take out their boredom to the customers. Also one of them kept just not hearing me even if I was right there next to her and she just looked annoyed. I also asked for fries and she just looked at me with no response as if i said something wrong like girl what 😭😭 . never been to a chick fil a with this attitude until this one.

Horrible customer service, the girls taking your order at the drive through are extremely uninviting, rude and dismissive. The food was cold and they are shisty with the fries meaning they fill up only half way. Will never return here again.

My club sandwich was barely warm. Chicken piece itself was small and thin. To top it all off, my ice cream cone afterwards was barely an inch above the cone. They have been getting smaller and smaller . Staff told me they instructed to make em smaller. That was my last one.

Ive been to this location multiple times only because its near my job. Every single time i come to this location workers seem irritated and always giving attitude. Somehow they’re ALWAYS missing something from my order, whether its sauces, fries or side of fruit. Old Denton location is better !!

Went in the drive thru, the second lane was closed. The truck in front of me was pouring smoke out of the exhaust. I asked if I could move and the kid working the drive thru said no. My daughter and I were in the car so I moved anyway since all we were breathing was fumes. He got upset, I ignored it. Then they screw up the order. Noticed once I arrived for lunch with my son in pre-school and have nothing for him to eat or my daughter to eat. Flat out unacceptable. I called the manager and he wants me to come to get refunded. Really!!!!????? You want me to drive back and waste more time? $55 at fast food for shitty service… man this is nuts!

There was a rude skinny girl wearing a plastic bag over her head at the drive thru this morning. She looked depressed 🫤 Update: Upon reading so many bad reviews of this location I think corporate should fire everyone at this location and start fresh…. fresh…. the way the food is supposed to be at this location but isn’t 😃

Chik-fil-A is usually hecka good, but I saw one of the delivery drivers driving while being on her phone. She was going either 35 or 60 in a 45 speed zone. Which could've definitely caused something. With the driver almost hitting a pedestrian that was trying to cross the road. This made me lose trust in Chick-fil-A in who they hire, especially as delivery drivers. Chick-fil-A the car that was being driven had the license plate ending in 2001 and is a Toyota, if you need the information.

When pulling up to drive through a young man confirmed my order yet kindly when pulling up. However when approaching the window a Mexican lady said she couldn’t find my order and required me to pay again. She was not polite and did not try and investigate what went wrong on their end. She was extremely very rude and snarky. If you want good service I recommend not coming here.

Ask for Grilled club..... ( first of all, let us see the menu since we can't pull up to the actual menu area with the intercom ).... Get home..... They gave me a grilled chicken sandwich not the club one...... I go back......they kindly fix it...... Get home.....look in bag that had the soup and salad in it....they left out the tortilla strips for the tortilla soup and the extras that come with the salad. I can't win here...left voice mail....I doubt they'll call back...because I've left a voice mail before and they didn't correspond. If you have the employee take the order before the customer getting to the intercom area of ordering.....have the employee show the menu to the customer......not everyone has the menu memorized. ( we don't work there) yall do. 31 dollars spent with inconvenience. Thank God I live 2 miles away ......everyone, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE..... I can just imagine how many other orders are getting messed up.

Customer service was horrible. I waited for five minutes with no greeting, no "wait a minute." The kitchen staff just stared at me, dumbfounded. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to.

This is the third time I've been racially profiled at this Chick-fil-A being a young black man. I ordered my food online then went and waited at the pickup counter. One white guy came in after me and she called his name and he picked up his food no problem. The second guy was an older gentleman she called his name and he said that's my food okay. She brought my food to the counter 20 minutes later and me being late for work I was in a hurry so I'm like okay let's go. The lady was clutching my order like it was her pearls LOL she said what's your name I said what? She said tell me your name I told her my name she handed me the order. I'm thinking to myself she didn't do that with the other two people. She just called their name they responded easy why grill me about who I am just call my name and let me grab my order right? I told her my name and said you didn't treat the other two guys like that and she just told me have a good day sir in the condescending tone. The second time was in the Drive-Thru I ordered 30 minutes prior I finally got to the window the guy asked me could I please pull off to the side I'm like okay I mean I had a simple order but then he serves the four cars after me. You mean to tell me it took 30 minutes of me sitting there for a 12 piece nugget meal? LOL

I had an AWFUL experience at the Chick-fil-A Addison location tonight. Sophia, the employee at the food hand off, spoke to me in a condescending tone over where I parked to pick up my food. She made me feel like I couldn’t understand basic instructions, then gave me the wrong order with cold food. After returning to the store, I was met with more unprofessionalism. Sophia whispered to the manager, Jahaira, while looking right at me as my food was being repacked. I remained polite, but chose not to accept the replacement meal due to how I was being treated. Jahaira only refunded the food at first, not the drink I forgot to bring in. After I calmly asked again, she reluctantly refunded it. The experience was disappointing from start to finish and sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed rude behavior here. The woman who regularly works the drive-thru is just as dismissive. It is clear this location has serious customer service issues that are being ignored.

I just walked out of this location because Andre W. Was too busy having conversations about basketball to even acknowledge my presence. Don't be fooled by the new restaurant and location. This is the WORST CFA in DFW. Service is slow and usually grumpy, or just ignore you. For a while I thought this might be a prank, sadly it's not. They cannot get your order correct in the drive-thru or carryout. They built 2 drive-thru lanes, but somehow only can figure out how to use one. Be careful leaving the drive-thru, they have made an amazing blind corner. Drive over to Old Denton location. Went again today. July 16. Did pick up. 2-7 minutes to them means 10+. Smh
