Not sure when did this place opened, but everything is so new and upscale feel. They got customized chopsticks and spoons, and glasses cup, and plates. Feel a place that a celebrity would love to take pictures here lol! Food is amazing, server is super kind and patient. Definitely worth to come and try at least once!

The variety of noodle dishes is insane! They each have their own unique flavor and they all taste so good! Perfect portion size for yourself or sharing. Staff were super friendly and I loved the comfortable seating. Would highly recommend visiting!

We had a great time perusing the menu and selecting all the things we wanted to try. Ordering through the app is great. We could take our time and order when we were ready. We also could add on if we wanted more items at anytime. Everything came out fresh and delicious. We tried several items and loved all of them.

I love this place. Been coming over the past 6 months and have tried many of the items with my favorites being the hot dan dan noodles, the house noodles, and specifically the squid, cabbage and, chicken cutlet skewers. Great prices and amazing flavors.

Absolutely loved the fried skewers and the gluten-stuffed lotus root! The skewers were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated generously with a fragrant, spicy seasoning that had just the right kick without being overpowering. You can really taste the freshness and the balance of spices. The gluten-stuffed lotus root was a pleasant surprise—chewy, flavorful, and well-marinated, with the lotus root adding a light crunch that pairs so well with the savory sauce. It wasn’t greasy at all and had great depth of flavor.

I had some wonton noodles and the wonton was amazing, tasted flavorful and the broth was delicious. My group ordered some of the barbecue and I enjoyed that as well. They had a good boba selection and I really liked the passion fruit. Service was nice and fast.

Cucumber salad, veggies, and spicy beef noodle soup are standard, mushroom and potato skewers were great. The crab roe noodles are chewy, creamy, and savory. It’s full of flavor! I’m glad I didn’t listen to some reviews about it- it was worth coming here for! Place is also clean and staff is very attentive and friendly. 😆

I wanted some braised beef noodle soup and a friend recommended this place. 10/10 on all the things we ordered and the portions are pretty big. A4, spicy beef noodles were my favorite. Next time I'll get it more spicy. Staff were super friendly and answered our questions, very attentive and kind. I can tell the owner put a lot of effort into this restaurant. Super cute interior and my favorite were the plates and bowls. They were super cute! Definitely will come back!

Glad that I randomly came across this place! The food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful! The braised beef noodle soup had the perfect level of spice and tastes delicious. The fried eggplant was fun and tasty. Portions were wonderful, plenty of food for the cost. Will absolutely be coming back here!

Delicious!!! If you go, you have to try the crab roe noodles. They’re unbelievably rich and creamy with that deep seafood flavor that feels luxurious but still comforting. The noodles soak up every bit of that sauce, and it’s one of those dishes you think about long after you’re done. The house special spicy beef noodles are another must-order. The broth has the perfect heat, bold, fragrant, and layered with spices without overpowering the tender beef. It’s the kind of bowl that warms you from the inside out. Their skewer was just as impressive. Chicken cartilage was grilled perfectly with great seasoning and that satisfying smoky flavor. They make the perfect add-on to your meal or even a whole meal on their own if you’re feeling snacky. And don’t sleep on the spicy beef tongue! It’s surprisingly tender, super flavorful, and delivers just the right amount of heat. Even if you usually don’t order tongue, this one might change your mind. Overall, No. 1 Noodles’s delivered delicious, well-seasoned dishes with generous portions and great service. A must-visit for noodle lovers and anyone craving bold, satisfying flavors.

I have been searching for a place that sells fried skewers since visiting Australia and it is finally here. Although not the exact same but pretty close. Tucked in the corner of the legacy shopping center this is definitely a gem! We had several fried skewers, crab roe pasta and the spicy beef noodle soup. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Great place to grab a snack and have a cold beer! Definitely will be back!

We came on a spur of the moment and ordered to-go. I wouldn't get the eggplant again, but everything else was good!!! They were a little skimpy on the "seafood" in the seafood fried rice, but it was still good. Good customer service as well. I LOVE the to-go bag!!!!!

I noticed a post on Instagram suggesting that the food at a particular restaurant was appetizing. However, I feel compelled to share my own experience, which differs from the advertised image. I find it intriguing that numerous individuals have provided glowing reviews of the food. Yesterday, I visited the restaurant with a friend and ordered the beef noodle soup, opting for a non-spicy version to fully appreciate the original broth. My friend ordered the pork belly noodle soup, and we also ordered popcorn chicken and grilled squid. Honestly, the beef noodle soup tasted more like soy sauce than authentic flavor. The pork belly was dry, and the popcorn chicken was overly sweet, especially after consuming the soup and returning to eat the chicken. The flavor was unusual. The grilled squid was not grilled at all; it appeared to have been boiled and seasoned. I am not attempting to criticize the food, but as someone who, along with my friends, owns restaurants and cooks, we can discern the difference between authentic and subpar cuisine. I apologize if my assessment is not as glowing as others, but I believe this is due to the fact that those who praised the food may not possess culinary expertise. I apologize if I have offended anyone.! Will we return? NOT AT ALL! We spent $50 for 4 dishes! Not worth it

The food is really good and delicious. The restaurant is clean and the service was great. The seafood soup had a pungent smell to it that wasn’t too pleasing. I didn’t care for the taste of it either. They took the soup back and I ordered the seafood noddles. Customization options would be a great addition to the menu.
