I can’t forget when the girl over did the white sauce on my platter.. it was shocking for me to see her rude serving attitude.. I’m always kind to people when it comes on people who provide us their services, halal guys had best taste no doubt but their servers sometimes behave really awkward and we carried food, so half of my platter went to waste due to over doing of white sauce bkz I was throwing up bkz of it..

Honestly, kind of underwhelming. I've had plenty of Greek and Middle Eastern food in my lifetime, and this felt like a lazy attempt. I got a chicken sandwich because one of my longtime favorite foods is chicken shawarma; it's not the thinly sliced shawarma meat, but I'm alright with that. Right off the bat, though, I'm disappointed by the accoutrements. The only options are lettuce/tomato/bell peppers/jalapeno peppers/onion/olives. No pickles, pickled onions, tabbouleh, Kalamata olives, feta, etc. Then, the spreads/sauces. Your options are white sauce and spicy sauce, that's it. No pomegranate molasses (somewhat understandable), no hummus (not remotely understandable), and for the life of me I can't place what the white sauce is supposed to be—but from my experiences with Middle Eastern/Greek food I can tell that it isn't toum and definitely isn't tzatziki. The service takes a bit of a hit since any questions I asked I didn't really get clear answers. All in all, I would much rather take a place that does either Greek or Middle Eastern food well instead of this place that, in my opinion, haphazardly attempts both and succeeds at neither.

Worse gyro ever .. chicken and beef is so bad seems like it’s leftover from last night. Idk may be they didn’t washed well or didn’t cook well .. never gonna come back ( THE GYRO SHOP ) is best place to eat I have never disappointed like this from them …

Not sure how people don’t notice the chicken that hardly looks cooked. I went to this restaurant because my colleague preferred Halal food. Got the small chicken platter and the chicken looked so bad. But didn’t want to assume the worse. The chicken was seriously very bad. The place was empty.. I should have known better. Better food joints around with better quality food. Not going back! Wasted $30 + on food that would have been so worth of it was Frisco.

So I am a halal regular and was happy a location came near me, first things first my pita bread was hard not fresh or warm and I live 3 minutes away… I did ask for extra lettuce but I didn’t want less rice the amount of rice was for a child seriously, the plate itself was not fresh I was very disappointed. The Richardson location has never let me down. The plate was 75% rice.

Normally I don’t do reviews. But I ordered delivery and the delivery person didn’t deliver it to me. They left my order somewhere because they couldn’t “access the building”. I even tried to call but the didn’t answer. Then I call the store and I try to explain but the person put me on hold and then hung up.

I’m an avid halal guys customer; especially from when they first started in NY and i am SO DISAPPOINTED in how much this company is going downhill. You guys are so stingy with your meat i literally have just crumbs of chicken. Your lettuce has big chunks of the bud. And when we tell the workers they give an attitude. It’s crazy because mostly all the locations I’ve received the same treatment. Halal guys is way more expensive than chipotle; so you’d expect more bang for your buck. At least at chipotle i don’t get rude looks if i ask for a little more rice. I don’t think I can come here anymore.

Love the food here but the service is A1 garbage. Every single time I've put in a online order its never ever ever been ready on time! This one is the last straw because i put in my order 40 min ago for a pickup time of 2:30. Its 2:38 and they just now are working on it after i came in and said my name! There was absolutely nobody here at all so no reason my food wasnt ready! The management really needs to do something about this because i order ahead on a busy work day for a reason!!
