I love it! I've always loved it for as long as I can remember. The price doesn't allow me to go every day, but I'd definitely go there for a walk, a special night out... it's excellent. My father used to go there from 10 years after it opened until he passed away! It was 50 years ago!

Delicious meats, extremely fast service. Tacos, tortas and quesadillas are just some of the options. Meats include chicarones, carnitas, mole roja and mole verde. All good choices.

A pleasure and a treasure of the Aguascalientes midnight. Don't ask just make the good and tasty choice simply and amazing and enjoy yourself one of the best Tortas, Quesadillas and Sandwiches you will find. Max's is kind of a mixture of a Milk Shakes Cafeteria and a Mexican Taqueria a place where you can find from the typical green and red mole to the very cold and old fashioned pistachio shake: simply spectacular. Such mixture of flavors, the spicy and the candy, the hot chili and the cold ice cream enables the perfect nighttime mood of this always open place. What is one of the fundamentals is the grilled bread in both torta and sandwiches. It is amazing how between a mostly American sandwich, Mexican chicharron and red carnitas can perfectly fit without any disruption this happens because Max secret is made each dish perfect, perfection calls perfection. Another underrated asset is the Chia seed lemon water as cold as anything you can dream and during San Marco's Fair is one of the best options. Perfectly located it worths the tradition to never know which will be the final check to be paid. Doesn't matter the best is that all times you realize that Max's is always opened: all year-all night, that is the right thing ever since 1959... and that is the main point and its most important success: always available. Forever Max!! Greatness.

Delicioso, un clásico tradicional en Aguascalientes desde hace muchísimos Años, todo picante para quienes nos agrada lo picoso. 😊 Su Hermano Q.E.P.D también era un genio del Sazón y la atención. Únicamente no le pongo 5 Estrellas porque es caro.

De niña fui en muchas ocasiones con mi papá cuando veníamos de visita, era el lugar obligado. Cuando me vine a vivir a Aguascalientes hace 29 años me sorprendió que aún estuviera y lo visitamos mi esposo y yo. No es que me encantarán los tacos y las tortas, lo que me gusta son los recuerdos.

Max is a tradition in Aguascalientes... And to each their own... Some will say it's spicy... Some will say it's tasty... Some will say it lacks seasoning... Some will say it's expensive... In my opinion, the seasoning is just okay, the milkshakes are very good, and the prices are clear... You should check prices before ordering... and I read a comment about how they treat their employees, and I agree... They should be more tactful in how they treat them...

Food is disappointing for the high price, and flavor is not Al that good

No vayan a desayunar o lo que sea ahí. Los tacos de guisado con tortilla mini, no tenían ni media cucharada de guisado. La torta ni siquiera tenía lo que mencionó la mesera. Y todos los guisados sabían a lo mismo. Todo demasiado deshabrido . 🙄😡 No tiren su dinero en ese lugar.

La calidad de los guisados es mala, las porciones son muy raquíticas y el precio es totalmente desproporcionado con relación a lo que realmente ofrecen. Es extremadamente caro y la verdad no vale la pena. No es justificación que tenga servicio hasta altas horas de la madrugada para dar esos precios, en la ciudad existen varios establecimientos con mejor calidad en sus alimentos y precios mucho más razonables que trabajan en el mismo horario. Si usted no es un Hidrocálido que viva de las "añoranzas" o de la "tradición", no es recomendable ir a este lugar. Saldrá sintiendo que lo han estafado.
