I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of some friends, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment I walked in, I loved the atmosphere: warm, colorful, and with music. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We tried the Tomatillo Brunch, which was delicious, and the chilaquiles, which I loved. We also ordered the grilled cecina with enchiladitas and bocoles, which were delicious. Oh, and we also ordered the Toast Club, which was simply delicious. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the food. We will definitely return soon and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious meal.
A highly recommended place. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with modern decor and music at the perfect volume for easy conversation. You can tell they pay attention to every detail to make the experience comfortable from the moment you walk in. The service was excellent: the staff is friendly, prompt, and always attentive without being intrusive. It's a pleasure to be served with such warmth and professionalism. The food exceeded expectations. Everything we tried was delicious, well-presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Definitely a place I would return to. Ideal for a quiet breakfast or to enjoy a good meal with friends or as a couple.
My experience was spectacular. I tried the green chilaquiles and a blackberry smoothie called Banamora, and honestly... wow. Everything was delicious, the flavors super well-balanced, the crunchy chilaquiles with the perfect amount of salsa, and the smoothie was cool, creamy, and full of natural fruit flavor. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. It took almost no time for them to bring our food. The atmosphere is super chill, ideal for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. I thought it was perfect for a date or with family, especially if you're looking for a quiet place where you can sit, enjoy the food, and chat. I highly recommend it; one of my favorite places!
Great buffet
Good service great food. Chill vibes
Great food !!!!!!!
A very quiet place with a fairly extensive menu, with options for all tastes. The portions are generous and the seasoning is delicious. The service is very attentive and friendly. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent if you go to the garden because there are mosquitoes. I would definitely return.
The service is good, and the location is good too. However, I feel like I'm eating food that's to my liking, but it needs seasoning (I'm from the Huasteca region), and well, one expects a similar flavor to that place, which wasn't quite the case in my case. I ordered some enchorizadas with cecina (a type of sausage with cured meat), and also some encacahuetadas (a type of peanut sauce), both of which I give an 8/10. I can't comment on the buffet since I ordered à la carte. The café de olla (a type of coffee with a pot) is 8/10.
I went for breakfast with two friends. We ordered the Terra salad, handmade quesadillas filled with pressed pork rinds, a poblano omelet, a red berry tisane, a green juice, unlimited coffee refills, a mocha frappe, and house bread. It took a while for our order to arrive; I felt the servers were a bit disoriented since it took them about five minutes to bring me a plate to share the salad, even though I wasn't very full. The food tasted good. We sat on the terrace, which is a pleasant location, although you have to adjust the umbrellas to avoid the midday sun. The music they play is to my liking, so that's a plus for me.
SERVICE IS AVERAGE, but incredibly slow! They don't bring you silverware until you ask for it. You order red salsa and they bring you green. The meal for the two of us took 40 minutes. 40 minutes for some chilaquiles… The children's play area is about a meter and a half from the tables and it's very noisy. The food is just okay. The prices are average too. NOTHING fantastic or memorable.
The service is incredibly slow, especially during the week when the restaurant wasn't crowded. It took them an hour to bring the food, which was acceptable, with average portions. They told us they didn't have jam for French toast, so we asked for maple syrup, and they said they didn't have that either. In the end, we switched to a waffle with maple syrup, and they charged us for it separately on the bill! It's not the extra $10 that bothers us, but the fact that they did it incorrectly. Honestly, we didn't even bother asking for a correction after waiting so long. The place is nice, but the service leaves much to be desired.
I've been twice. The first time was a great experience, but the second time the service was terrible. They brought the food late and ignored us. There were lots of waiters, but they were all chatting and laughing instead of doing their jobs. I don't know if I want to go back, given how many other options there are now. The least you can expect is good service.
We ordered molletes with chilaquiles. They were two bolillos (Mexican bread rolls) smothered in tomato sauce that looked more like it was for tortas ahogadas (drowned sandwiches), with four tortilla chips (without sauce) on top, sprinkled with a little cheese. We asked for more cheese, and they took it away and brought it back just as it was. Then we ordered some hotcakes that came with a tres leches sauce. We asked for maple syrup on the side, and they brought us a small dish of syrup for one hotcake and charged us $15. The only good thing was the chai tea I ordered with a shot of coffee, which they charged us an extra $38 for. I don't recommend this place at all; it's expensive for such a small and bad meal.
The wait for our food was an hour for four people. We walked in at the same time as another table, and after they ordered, they ate what they ordered, and then left. We didn't receive ours. I had to ask what happened to our order, only to be told right away that part of what we ordered was out of stock. It would be appreciated if the servers would let you know if they're going to take a while to process orders. They probably need a head waiter because everyone seemed young and inexperienced. The food was actually very simple. I ordered the grilled cecina, which had many toppings. The cecina was good, the beans average, the queso fresco was bad, and the "artisanal" enchiladas were pretty bad. Cruddy handmade tortillas with flavorless salsa and queso fresco (?) on top. I didn't try the bocoles because they were all gone. For the price, there are many better places to go. But I guess the place is nice, and that's why it attracts attention.
