I think this buffet is the best all-around choice in the city. It's in a relaxed atmosphere, with good service, though sometimes a bit overwhelming. I highly recommend it.

The staff and service here at the Marriott are commendable. I can’t emphasize how great everyone here has been to us. They have English menus readily available for those who don’t speak the language. Need I mention that the majority do speak English regardless. The breakfast buffet is what we had. Staff on the floor or behind the breakfast stations, were always friendly and happy to assist us in any way. It’s because of their constant attention to detail that kept us coming back. Must try if staying here!

My family and I enjoyed both lunch and dinner at Condimento during a weekend we were there for an event. It had been a long time since I'd eaten at Condimento, and it exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, with the staff always attentive to our needs. The dishes were delicious and plentiful, and the restaurant itself is very welcoming. I hope to visit more often in the future.

I can absolutely guarantee the exquisite flavor! I loved the food and its seasoning. I don't usually eat at hotel restaurants, but here, my respects! They won me over! The service was incredibly kind, truly human, not just a formality. From Mr. Antonio at the valet parking, to the housekeeper, the waiters, and the reception staff, everyone was and is incredibly kind! Thank you so much for your attention! And especially for the thoughtful touch they added for my husband: a slice of cake for his birthday, courtesy of the restaurant.

One of the best buffets in Aguascalientes. There's a good variety of meats, a salad bar, sushi, and desserts. The place is very nice.

The buffet was ridiculously expensive and the food was bland. There were flies everywhere. The only good thing was the peaceful atmosphere; there were plenty of tables. And it was one of the few places that opened early, which was actually the reason we stopped there. But even if it was the only place open, I wouldn't go back.

I've been there several times and honestly, I'm still not entirely convinced. I don't mean to disrespect the chef or cooks. Except for what's prepared exactly when you order it, the rest of the food is lukewarm. As a rule, they cook without salt, and anyone who has ever cooked anything knows that salt adds seasoning, and if it's not cooked with salt, the food loses its soul. Despite the variety of the buffet, the food doesn't seem out of the ordinary to me; even the orange juice isn't even natural. The service this time fell short, but I want to clarify that it's the only time I've been treated poorly. My advice is to find a less expensive and tastier place; there are many places where the flavor of the food is far superior. Best regards.

I just ate brunch at this place, and what a disappointment! The buffet was terrible. I respect the reviews I read, but honestly, the food was quite bland. The waiter asked me if I wanted to speak to the chef about my comments on the food. I think the chef doesn't eat the meat they were preparing—it was dry and tough. If you really like to eat well, this isn't the place. Obviously, it's a cost-benefit analysis, but I left feeling ripped off.
