Voy a dividir mi opinión en comida y servicio. La comida me pareció excelente, son platos muy bien servidos, las salas estan ricas, los jugos y café todo muy bien. El servicio es bueno pero solo son meseros para 20 mesas aproximadamente lo que hace que estén muy ocupados atendiendo comensales y/o se tarden en llevarte algún extra, cuenta, cambio/cobro.

Esta sabroso, nos tocó casi solo y fue del modo que se pudo disfrutar, nadamas que el café sabe a los que dan en cualquier vips, sanborns u hotel, ojalá mejoren en su café por que es parte de lo fuerte del brunch, nos tocó la salsita verde salada, los wafles son de cajita, estaría genial que hicieran ustedes la masa, pero en general bien.

A very good place for breakfast, with a variety of foods, and very good service. Reasonable prices. The flavor is well seasoned.

Éste es el típico lugar de “excelente idea, pésima ejecución”. La comida fría, el café frío, los meseros ausentes y auto justificándose. El concepto está bien y la comida tiene buena intención, precios accesibles y lugar decente, pero les falta mucha organización. Por eso les doy 3 estrellas, está meh. A ver si cuando pase de moda siguen atrayendo tanta gente.

Buen sabor en los alimentos pero ejemplo crema y queso apenas y le pusieron....pedí un platillo al cual pregunté si era posible que le quitarán el chile por qué no como picante me dijo que si y mi platillo llegó con el picante incluido ya que estaba licuado en la salsa de frijol.... por lo demás bien

Of the three branches I know, this one has the worst service. They're seriously understaffed on weekends. I visited on a Sunday, and the waiters were overwhelmed with the crowds. The food takes forever to arrive, and because of the staff shortage, they let it get cold while waiting for someone to come and get it. The music is way too loud for a breakfast place; you can't even have a conversation without having to shout to be heard. I prefer the Jesús María branch.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the place. It's not bad by any means, but I happened to visit other brunch spots with a similar concept in recent days, and the food was much better. For me, it loses its first star because they charge 25 pesos for a bottle of water that's less than half a liter, just because it has the logo and branding. This, in my opinion, is an excessive charge and an unnecessary additional source of pollution. It loses its second star because the food wasn't what I expected, based on posts I've seen and recommendations from acquaintances. I don't know if it was the specific branch or the time we went; the food was impeccably presented, perfect for a social media post, but it lacked flavor. My recommendation would be to go and try it if you want to form your own opinion, but there are definitely better places for brunch/lunch in the city.

The most expensive and tasteless enchiladas Suizas I've ever had. I had a different impression of the place, but I didn't feel like going back. The price far exceeded the quality of the food.

I was quite disappointed in this place, the waitresses are very friendly and attentive, and the green chilaquiles, coffee, and orange juice tasted good. The scrambled egg that accompanies the chilaquiles has the flavor and consistency of a buffet egg, very tasteless. I had to return the enfrijoladas to be reheated, the tortillas were cold, and the beans were not cooked properly. The waffles with red fruits are served with the honey already on them, they look very pretty for the photo but that makes them harden. Halfway through breakfast the waitress asked us if she could remove the coffee spoons, apparently they ran out At the kitchen counter he has the cutlery in total disarray which makes the waitresses take it regardless of whether they do it by the handle or not. They had a yellow cloth that they used to dry the dishes and sometimes their hands and every time they did it, they left the cloth on top of the cutlery in addition to observing a person arranging the straws, water dripped down their arms. I couldn't make out who the manager of the place is, a girl seemed to be one but she seemed more concerned with looking at her phone than keeping track of what's happening in the place. You can tell that the employees get along well with each other but it seems like a pretty relaxed atmosphere.

The food was very ordinary; the beans that came with the chilaquiles were sour. Prices were a bit high. The staff provided good service.

Terrible service. The phone number is outdated. I went to place an order and told them the Google number was wrong. They said they had changed it, I asked for the new number, and they said they didn't know it. I ordered churro waffles and they didn't put ice cream on them. This is the second time they've made a mistake. I hope they pay attention and are a little more helpful.

Good service... the food fell short. The arrachera portion, supposedly "100g," was a piece of meat with a rancid flavor... The beans tasted burnt! The sauce on the enchiladas Suizas was so-so! Too much noise from cars and trucks passing by.

I ordered toast with mushrooms, they served me black avocado, cold, tasteless mushrooms, and the waitress was giving me dirty looks. A one-time thing.
