The food and service is incredible! The environment is great and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our server/bartender Brittany was amazing, so attentive and personable! Cannot recommend her & this restaurant enough!

Quality dining experience. Great steaks and stellar service. A top experience start to finish. My only regret was the Caesar Salad, disappointing and unimaginative and served in a non-chilled bowl. Great atmosphere too. Excellent service from Brittany and Brityn.

I enjoyed my experience at Alexander Pierce today. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was beautiful and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. Jason was our waiter and he truly went above and beyond—he was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything since it was our first visit. I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back soon with my family!

WOW! I can’t say enough incredible things about this restaurant. The food, the service, the atmosphere. Everything was top tier! We were greeted by the sweetest lady at the front door (I didn’t catch her name) but she sat us promptly and then checked back during the end of our dinner to make sure everything was to our liking (I’ve never been to a restaurant where the host checks in on the table - this to me was top tier customer service). Then there was the lady that brought us water, she was the nicest woman you’d ever meet and started the dinner off on the right foot. Smiles and a cute joke 😉 The server. RACHEL darling you were fabulous. Attentive, friendly and pleasant to be around. Thank you for the wonderful dinner. Tonight was great, I highly recommend anyone traveling through Akron to stop here for an espresso martini, steak & the carrot cake!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son's 21st birthday 🎂 Amaya was so friendly and fantastic! It was our first time, but we definitely will be back! What a gem of a place!

Bought by our nieces and Children, this was a much needed get away and Alexander Pierce DID NOT disappoint. From the moment we stepped in the door and taken to our room for the night we were wined and dined. We sat with our bottle of champaign in our room as we awaited our dinner time. We arrived to the dinning room and were greeting not by one but two hostesses for the evening, Chelsea and Brittney. They were amazing. They were tiuned in to our every need and want and desire. The food? Delectable! Everything from the Buffalo Cauliflour hors d outreach to the salad with house dressing to the amazing bourbon T-bone steak diane , twice baked potatoes with truffles and Ratatouille topped offnwoth Turlte Cheese Cake. An amazing experience all around! Our room was comfortable with a full kitchen.

Dined with another couple two weeks ago and had a fantastic experience! We have been meaning to come to Akron to try this place and finally did it. The staff is 5 star +. They are friendly and do a great job. Our server was Natalie and she was excellent. Answered all our questions and she was backed up by excellent support staff. Everything we ordered from apps, drinks, meals was perfect.

Very unique set up with an old time feel. Very elegant yet cozy! The menu is simple, not overwhelming with too many items. The food was great and the service was wonderful! Brittany took great care of us and Chelsea was a great addition to the team! We had a really fun night and thank you for helping us celebrate! I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

After traveling much of the country and parts of Europe, we have become bit of food snobs, making sure we only eat the best. We are vegetarians and don’t go out a lot for dinner while at home so when we learned of Alexander Pierce, we were excited to try it. Let me tell you, it did not let us down. The restaurant has a very European vibe, walking down an alley with tables and the inside is also beautiful! The service was so great and the food was honestly the best we’ve had since we came back from Italy and Greece in 2023. As vegetarians, we were easily able to pick out plenty on the menu (technically we eat seafood too, which was amazing!) Yes it was a little pricey but very much worth it. We are coming back soon with friends!

This is the best experience I've ever had dining, anywhere. I can not explain how great the food was. From the second I walked through the door, during appetizers, entrée, and even the desert that i took to go, it was an experience I've will never forget. Our waitress Rachel was the best. She made the experience even better. She explained the menu and the specials with exact precision. I wish all waitress/waiters had the professionalism that she showed to us. I highly and I mean highly recommend this place for all your dining desires. Rachel, i want to thank you, thank you, and tell you that you're doing a great job ,because without people like you, these places would close their doors. My second experience at AP was even more perfect than the first time. We had the same great server that we had the first time. Rachel really goes above and beyond her duties to ensure you have a great dining experience. Her professionalism and knowledge of the menu is top notch. She has a great knowledge of wines and customer care. I wanted to give her another shout-out for being such a great server and an all-around good person. Thank you again, Rachel, for making our meal even more special. I want to let her know that she puts in 110% and that she is killing it. Great job, I give a 12 out of 10.

We have had some great food and service at AP multiple times however this week was even better. Steak sandwich, oysters, King Crab Legs, bolognese and carrot cake. Chelsea, Don and Christine took great care of making our celebration evening perfect.

Some friends asked us to join them here one evening as a surprise. We couldn't be happier that we made the trip! This is a very unique dining experience. Different rooms, different vibes. We really enjoyed the tour after our meal. The room we sat in for dinner had a speak easy feel to it, a small intimate room with a really nice bar. Our server was phenomenal, she was engaging, friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. The drinks were the only thing I wasn't totally thrilled with (as a bartender) I am very difficult to please. Everything else was extremely well done. The pool and lounge room, the theater rooms is what will bring us back the next time. Awesome concept!! Had the Salmon with whipped goat cheese potatoes, my husband had the double bone in chop! If you don't live close, it is for sure worth a trip out!

My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and were looking for a new place to go. We had wanted to try Alexander Pierce for awhile, so we finally decided to do it. And boy were we pleased! From the second we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and everyone wished us happy anniversary. The hostess was helpful after the meal too and took pictures for us. Very pleasant! We were seating in a nice half round booth and were taken care of by Julie and Lisa. They were very attentive without being overbearing. They helped walk us through the menu, specials and even making food and drink recommendations. All were on point! We started with a few cocktails and the Naomi martini was fantastic! Such a unique drink! Julie told us the story behind it and it made it even better. We also had the Aztec old fashioned and the blackberry lemongrass martini. They were refreshing and delicious. We ordered the double cut pork chop with a loaded baked potato which was huge! The candied bacon on the potato was a game changer! The bourbon and fig glaze was amazing! We also ordered the bruschetta chicken with the special whipped potatoes which were roasted red pepper this week. It was a perfect combination. The French onion soup was good. And the house made white French dressing was great too! For dessert we had the baked Alaska which was a special experience. The chef comes out and flambés it at your table. So cool! And it was a pretty unique dessert that we are glad we had! Overall the price point was very reasonable for the items we ordered! Thank you for the delicious meal and experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a must for date night. Food was amazing and hot. Service was Great. Rebecca was just what we needed.

I am speechless or in awe of what my husband & I believe to be THE BEST RESTAURANT we have eaten at to date September 7th, 2024. It was the perfect meal for my birthday, perfect service, romantic, moody decor (which I happen to love), incredible drinks, exemplary on all counts. I was greeted with birthday wishes as they knew I was celebrating & even given complimentary glasses of champagne for my bday. The waitress Rebecca was not only knowledgeable but friendly, patient, excellent on her recommendations & without doubt you could tell she loves her job. This restaurant sets an entirely new level of dining for us. We spent a little over 2 hours & it was so lovely that we wanted to stay a little longer. They even offered a quick tour of the restaurant which we loved & took them up on the offer. We were even given a card with the owner’s information & encouraged to give a review. —- This is a restaurant that should have a Michelin star (for those who are foodies will know). I will give them the Biegacki star of approval!!! Perfection, exquisite, excellent, delicious, chefs who love their jobs, owners who love people & love what they do. Waitresses & bartenders & greeters who are trained to make customers happy. What a way to celebrate my bday & began another year! Thanks to my sweet husband who brought to this place & treated me to such a great experience and dinner.

Last Saturday, June 7, 2025, I co-hosted my cousin's 60th birthday dinner party with his girlfriend. We invited some of his closest childhood and high school friends as well as family and to say that it was nothing short of amazing would be an understatement! We had a private event in their vault and were serviced by Brityn and Rachel, who took exquisite care of us. These two ladies went ABOVE and BEYOND the calls of duty and we couldn't have been more appreciative. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a special moment locally this is the place to do it. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfect, and the service is top tier! My sister and I took our mom here to celebrate Mother’s Day (after all of the traditional crazy) on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 and AP DID NOT disappoint!!! I asked our mom what she wanted for dinner and she said seafood. Of course Red Lobster wouldn’t suffice, so I did a google search and found AP. Not only was our mom thoroughly satisfied but we were as well. Our server, Desiree was knowledgeable about the menu and specials and extremely personal able. We will be back!!!

We went here to celebrate my birthday in their Screen Suites and had an amazing experience. Brittany was fantastic and made sure we had exactly what we needed. The food was delicious and it was great to have our own space for our group. Would definitely recommend for a small group.

My wife, myself and our friends had dinner on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. All dinners were outstanding. My wife and I split the half pound Crab Legs, Scallops and Shrimp Seafood dinner, which included sides of a loaded baked potato and a house salad. Our friends had Pasta dinners with Salmon as a topper. The service was just as good as the dinners. Our server, Brittany, was exceptional as was were two other members of the team, Hunter and Hannah. Finally, after dinner, Hannah took us on a tour of other speciality sections of the restaurant. Thanks to the staff of Alexander Pierce for an incredible experience.

Loved our Alexander Pierce night out on January 24. The 4 of us started off in the Speakeasy then headed into the main dining area for dinner. Our waitstaff was great: Sam, Brittany and Chelsea were attentive and helpful with our dinner questions. Our dinners were delicious and we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful dinner last night at Alexander Pierce. Had never been before so wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The food, atmosphere and service were superior, especially from our server Rachel. She made great suggestions and would stop by the table often just to check in. If you’re looking for a fantastic dinner, then this is the place.

The scallops were rich and delicate, easily some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Every cocktail was balanced and crafted with care, rounding out a flawless meal. It’s rare to find a place where the food, drinks, and service all shine equally, but Alexander Pierce delivers on every level. A huge thank-you to Chelsea and Sam for making our evening unforgettable — we can’t wait to return!

An amazing experience from start to finish! We were a family of 8 celebrating our mother’s birthday and WOW this was just the BEST! After being greeted and sat by the friendly host, Brittany was so welcoming and informative from wine and cocktail selections, to feaures, and not to miss entrees. We started with oysters on the half shell and the special clams casino. The staff was attentive and cleaned and reset our table without missing a beat. The manager Jessica checked in with us to ensure our entrees were as we ordered. Thank you Alexander Pierce! We will be back with our friends!

She explained the menu thoroughly, recommended the best drinks, and made sure we never had to ask for a thing. My two friends and I ate at Alexander Pierce last night. It was all of our first times dinning and our experience was phenomenal! From our server Brittany, to the host who seated us, everyone was so attentive. Brittany had an amazing positive personality and was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and specials. My wife and I spent the afternoon hiking Cuyahoga Falls NP and were looking for a place to grab dinner on way back. We are new to the area and did a quick Google search and found this place, which looked very appealing. WE had zero expectations and were absolutely FLOORED at the quality and deliciousness of all the food--Calamari apps, Ribeye steaks were perfect and incredible dessert. The service by Chelsea and Sam was superb and everyone in the place was very attentive. Couldn't ask for a better meal, impeccable service and cozy atmosphere. A++++ Thank you so much

Brittany did an excellent job serving us. We started with a table side smoked old fashioned which was very good. We also orders the evening special- a tomahawk steak with double lobster tails. It was melt in your mouth good. We got a private tour of the venue and hope to return for a private movie viewing!

Always a wonderful time at AP. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our favorite is Amaya. She explained the menu thoroughly, and took note of our requests, and allergies. The menu and Chef's specials are delicious. The screen rooms are always a hit with the group.

Spent our anniversary here tonight, didn't plan on going here, showed up under dressed and last minute after our original plans went up in flames. The general manager Jessica went out of her way to make it an amazing evening, she went above and beyond. Chelsea was an amazing server, her recommendations were spot on and helped to deliver us an amazing meal. I cannot recommend this place enough, food, service and atmosphere are 10/10.

Chelsea,Brittany and Brityn are the best in the business!!! All of our food was spot on and the dessert delicious!!! This place is amazing cigar bar theater streaming private movie rooms and private party rooms are a must see. Overall 10 out of 10!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Alexander Pierce, and it continues to prove why it’s one of the best spots in town. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming—exactly what you want for a great night out. The absolute highlight of our evening was the service. We were taken care of by Jake and Anna, and was nothing short of spectacular. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering perfect wine pairings that elevated the entire meal and made me and my wife feel like VIPs. I also have to give a huge kudos to the staff for how they handle "difficult" situations. The table right next to us seemed determined to have a bad time, complaining to the staff over things that were clearly non-issues and I heard the older man telling h the young lady what to say, trying to get a discount. Some people I swear. It was honestly a bit uncomfortable to witness, but Jake and the manager handled it with total grace and class. They didn’t let it affect the quality of service for anyone else, which really shows the high level of professionalism at this establishment. Besides that the food was cooked to perfection, the cocktails were balanced, and the hospitality was top-tier. If you’re looking for a spot where the staff actually cares about your experience, this is it. We will definitely be back!

Originally had reservations at Crave but sat for 20 minutes and no one waited on us so we decided to try out Alexander Pierce and I'm so glad we did. This was probably the best dining experience we have had in the Akron area. Phenomenal service and amazing food. Our server Rachel was top notch. Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The food was good but in my opinion not to the cost of it , My $70 steak had bone chips and the chewy membrane in it . It can get pricey fast due to everything being A La Cart . And a bit confusing when the server is asking in a way of it being Included/ part if meal . For example a salad or a side cause that is $5 . Calamari was amazing and reasonably priced. Our server was very upselling and pushy about us giving an additional tip on top of her already included 20% for a party 6 or more . Drink refills had to be asked for and then re-asked till finally getting them . Some drinks that where asked for had to also be asked where they where at numerous times . And 4 espresso's ordered all looked different and not hot . I tried my friends Pork Chop and that was amazing! The mussels are lacking flavor but we did like the added micro peppers , they just need more flavor over all .

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a great experience overall. Our waiter Ryan was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and made the evening special. The staff was awesome and very accommodating, especially with two family members’ food allergies, which the chef handled perfectly. My only issue was the ribeye, which was a bit chewier and fattier than I prefer. But everything else was excellent. At the end of our meal, Ryan surprised us with champagne for a final anniversary toast — a class act! Highly recommend this restaurant, and definitely ask for Ryan when booking your reservation.

First, let me say that I was impressed with the owner engaging with guests. She was outgoing and very personable. My guy and I went here for a date night. The service was good, food was okay. I was not impressed with the cocktail offerings compared to other steakhouses. Drinks were very basic, not very flavorful, my second drink was a very basic lemon drop martini which was very blah. The specials for the evening seemed to just be options grouped together to increase cost without any adjustments in pricing. Food was overly salty, so if you have cardiac concerns I would steer clear. It took us about two hours to get our entrees. Desserts were just as good, I mean bad, as the cocktails. The booth that we sat in was sinking in the middle and should probably be replaced. I’m 150 pounds so I’m sure that someone heavier would have really been uncomfortable. $400+ later wishing I would have gone elsewhere. Would I return, maybe if they offered happy hour with promotional pricing. I’m fine with paying whatever to eat wherever as long as the price matches the experience.

First time here. Sat at bar just for drinks. Very small 4 chair bar. I had the smoked Ole fashion. $21 plus a 5 dollar upgrade for Makers mark. Way too pricey for Akron. I had 2 drinks and spent 59 dollars with a $10 tip. After the first drink and waiting with an empty glass for over 10 minutes,I had to wave the bartender down to ask for another. I never received a check up. Good atmosphere, however I felt uncomfortable and unacknowledged. A bit disappointed with first experience. Not sure if I will be back

We have been to this restaurant twice in the last year and the food was amazing! Tonight was unfortunately not the case. First, they brought out the incorrect steak I had ordered. I had ordered Filet Mignon medium and got brought out something else. No biggie, they took it back and brought me back a Filet but it was cooked rare. Again, not what I ordered. Had to send it back a second time, manager took it back and just threw it back on the grill....Well when I finally got it back, it was just not great. Super dry. I ate some of it and some of the potatoes, but by this time I was over it and just ready to leave. My dads steak was also luke warm, and his potatoes were cold so he didnt really eat those. We were still super nice to the staff, but paying $71 something for a re-heated Filet (just my meal mind you) didnt feel great. A little discount would've been nice after it all, but it was never offered. We most likely won't be back.
