JoJo’s is an exceptional spot. We came for Sunday brunch around 2:30. It wasn’t overcrowded. The vibe is upscale but you don’t necessarily need to match it. We saw people casual to classy baby celebration - but just come to appreciate the incredible food and drinks. The menu isn’t huge but you don’t need it to be to find something that will blow your mind. We stared with Wagu Beef Carpaccio and it was excellent - sophisticated, well-balanced and plenty to share. I had the brioche French toast (pictured) and my husband got the pick two with clam chowder and half chicken milanese (unfortunately not pictured). Everything exceeded expectations. The soup was a huge portion considering it was a pick two. Everything was well-portioned and for a really great price for what you receive. Top notch service, culinary creations and ambiance. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back for dinner.

Had the absolute best night celebrating my birthday with my wife here. The staff was nothing short of exceptional, our server did an excellent job. Chef Landon went above and beyond, the environment will keep calling us back and I will be recommending JoJos to anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic meal.

Omelette was great! Bacon was cooked perfectly. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Wish their brunch menu had a few more options though. Still 10/10 would come back here. Oh and service was excellent. No complaints

Excellent experience here! The food was absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection and beautifully presented! The staff was friendly and attentive! The service was fast and the atmosphere was relaxing! I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to a Michelin star restaurant that was less impressive than this establishment. Our service was immaculate, the food was perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We plan on going back very soon.

Located near the river in Chagrin Falls, JoJo's is an excellent restaurant with a great menu and attentive & friendly service. Parking on a busy night can be a challenge, but it's definitely worth it.

Amazing! Came to Chagrin Falls for the weekend and ended up at Jo Jo’s four times. The craft cocktails and food did not disappoint! We highly recommend the calamari, beef carpaccio, bolognese and carrot cake. The aperol spritz, aviator and old fashioned cocktails were delicious. The attention to detail from the general manager, head chef, bartenders, and Chelsea and Ryan made us want to come back each day! The energy of the atmosphere each day was exactly what we were looking for on a weekend getaway. From acoustic guitar for brunch to high energy and fun in the evening. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a fabulous Friday lunch here with my husband. Had the vodka sauce rigatoni with an Aperol Spritz. He has the veggie burger with a Negroni. All very good. The atmosphere here is fun and the restaurant well furnished. The food was very good, the pasta was perfectly al denti and the burger flavorful. Service was very good.

JoJo's Bar was the perfect spot for a late afternoon birthday lunch celebrating my mom’s 89th! From the moment we arrived, the staff made her feel so special. She absolutely loved the giant meatball—so good we had to order a second one! The food, service, and cozy atmosphere were all top-notch. And the sweetest touch? A complimentary sundae to cap off the meal. Mom finished it (with a little help from us!). Thank you, JoJo’s, for making her day so memorable ❤️

Our Anniversary dinner was delicious! It was our first time dining here and our service was excellent and food was delicious. They ended our dinner with a delicious cheesecake with a sweet gesture of candles. The only con was there were three hostesses helping one customer when i walked in. I didn't fully understand what was going on, but I was not acknowledged while all three catered to this one person for a few minutes. My wife was already seated, so I couldn't join her because I didn't know where she was located. A simple "hello" or "will be right with you", would have been appreciated. Once they did acknowledge me, they were helpful in finding where my wife was.

The ambience is so nice it was a great ladies night out. Definitely a nice spot for date night. The food was really good the my salmon was over cooked otherwise everything was well made. The cocktails were good. A nice selection of bourbon for those who love bourbon like I do.

We absolutely love Jo Jo’s in Chagrin Falls! From the inviting atmosphere to the delicious food, drinks, and impeccable service, this restaurant easily earns a 5-star rating in our books. We highly recommend dining here for a wonderful experience.

Although my first time there was nothing special my second time there was a vast improvement with the change of food choice from the burger to the branzino and luck with service. Overall, it has a great atmosphere with a very well designed interior, servers are nice and if it is less busy, are incredibly attentive.

My wife & I were really impressed by this place. We went on a Saturday night and it was busy with a great lively atmosphere. Everything from the quality service to the drinks and food was top notch. I don’t think I have any negatives to share. The shrimp saffron pasta was excellent and my wife enjoyed her burger.

In ten years of traveling and dining out all over the country, this was one of the most memorable dinner experiences I've had. Building is gorgeous, setting is intimate, food was outstanding, and our waitress Kimmy was the cherry on top. Thank you for a wonderful experience — we appreciated the fine service!

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Drinks were outstanding, food was incredible as well. I got the arugula salad and vodka pasta. Others in my group got steaks and said they were fantastic as well. Our server was very polite and answered all of our questions about the menu. Would definitely recommend.

The food is amazing, everything was cooked perfectly. My wife and I both had the filet (Oscar and peppercorn) and agreed were the best we have had in years. Dani provided impeccable service, and if you're lucky enough to have her at your table, would highly suggest following any recommendations she provides. Will definitely be coming back.

The food, atmosphere, and service were all really good here! We went here for my birthday and it was really good food. Loved my steak, the calamari was really good, and my fiance loved her pasta, so would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend going for a late night date night! Atmosphere is as super chill, the music didn’t feel insanely loud like a club, and we were able to be seated right away without a reservation. All the staff were very nice, and the drinks were amazing. My husband was floored they had a bourbon he hadn’t tasted, and it was within his price range, and I thought the cocktails were delicious. Ended up ordering food because we were hungry, and we were able to order a pasta dish to share, and fries. Will definitely go back for another late night date!

Visited for dinner and happy hour and the food and service did not disappoint! The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. It’s nested in beautiful Chagrin Falls. Their menu features a wide variety of menu options for every foodie craving! Service is great and it’s definitely a repeat location!!

This was an all around amazing experience ! The food was phenomenal, beautiful yet intimate atmosphere! And our server jennifer was sooo wonderful! She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of! definitely the best restaurant in Cleveland hands down! I must try is a shrimp pasta that they have an appetizer and a dinner with a saffron cream sauce! And the au gratin potatoes are to die for! and don't forget dessert I normally don't get cheesecake but boy was it good with a very nice thick graham cracker crust and good flavor! And the creme brulee! I have to go back!!!

Not sure how this place is not 5/5 ⭐️ by every person who went here. Could a few things be improved? Probably. But the food was out of this world (highly recommend the beef carpaccio) and the atmosphere is great. The bartender also whipped up a mean custom cocktail 🥃 for me which was delicious. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore JoJo’s. The atmosphere, food & drinks. Only thing they need to work on are their hostesses. A little snooty if you ask me. They need to at least pretend they are happy to be there. Overall fantastic restaurant.

Service was great, food was delicious and came out fast I got the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni and the server suggested to add a meatball and it is a must! My partner got the wagyu bucatini and said it was the best bolognese he’s had. The crème brûlée for dessert is a must and the addition of the French press was the perfect ending to our dinner. Will definitely be back to try JoJo’s backyard!

One of our favorite restaurants in Chagrin Falls. Husband had the bolognese & I had the Saffron Shrimp. Both were excellent! We also had the artichoke appetizer and it was delicious too. You won't be disappointed, everything is good.

First time dining at Jojos Bar in Chagrin Falls. Once you got beyond the parking craziness, which is to be expected on a Friday night with many great local places in one small area...we were greeted warmly by the hosts. Were sat in a cute very private nook built in table which I love. Server was friendly and welcoming. They have a great wine list, wedding soup was wonderful. Ordered Veal Parmigian, it was delicious. Very cozy and the staff was kind and attentive. Very much appreciated the manager checking on our table as well. We loved not being rushed and being given the chance to talk and enjoy the dining experience. We will be back! Thank you.

Great little brunch and dinner place in chagrin falls, their food is great, service was also good. I recommend their clam chowder and any salad there, plus their beef carpacio was awesome. The atmosphere is upscale and the bar area looks cool with really high shelves of liquor. The only downside to this place is it is a bit pricey.

JoJo’s is more than just a restaurant—it’s truly a second home. Executive Chef Landon, whom we absolutely adore, and the incredible staff (we wish we could name every single one of you!) consistently go above and beyond. Special shoutouts to managers Ari, Ryan, Mark and Austin—your kindness and attention never go unnoticed. We’re proud to be regulars, and there’s a reason we keep coming back: the welcoming atmosphere, phenomenal food, and bartenders who always make us feel like VIPs—especially at our favorite corner seats! Recently, during a bump in the road, the JoJo’s team showed up with flowers and my favorite dishes. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and unforgettable. The new Fall menu is spectacular (don’t miss it!), and we’re already counting down the days to the surprise Christmas outdoor pop-up bar—it’s going to be magical. To the entire JoJo’s family: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are always more than amazing. All of the kids will be home for Thanksgiving and are already buzzing about our multiple reservations for multiple celebrations!

Incredible experience! I celebrated my birthday at JoJo’s in Chagrin Falls and everything was amazing — the food, the atmosphere, and the service. We ordered the calamari, truffle fries, vodka rigatoni, and shrimp saffron pasta — all absolutely delicious. We couldn’t resist getting dessert to go — the bananas foster and flourless chocolate cake were the perfect sweet ending. Highly recommend for any special occasion (or just because)!

Jojo’s Bar is a great spot to grab lunch! I ordered the clam chowder and the Milanese sandwich, while my fiancé had the spicy vodka pasta — everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is vibrant and beautifully designed, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal. And don’t forget the carrot cake — it’s to die for!

We dined at JoJo's Bar on NYE early (3:00 pm). The food: we enjoyed the grilled artichoke appetizer which was delicious! I ordered the braised short rib, also delicious. The rich, satisfying sauce was excellent as well. My husband ordered the halibut. There was a definite "fishy" smell when it arrived to our table, which did not affect the taste of the fish (we did not complain about this aspect of the meal). We ordered roasted carrots as our side. We took a few bites but unfortunately they were not cooked enough to eat. The service: our server Mike, was very good. Not sure he was notified he had our table, so we waited about 15 minutes before he came to us. Once he started he did a nice job. He apologized for the carrots, saying he had heard that complaint before. A few minutes later, Ryan, the manager that night, approached our table apologizing and offered us a complimentary dessert and some prosecco. Parking is a challenge at this restaurant if you arrive before the valet, which we did. Some parts of this meal were a 5 but overall I gave it a 4, considering some of the missteps. No one expects restaurants to be perfect, but it is wonderful when the staff tries hard to make things right! We will be back to JoJo's Bar!

Very nice interior space and plenty of seating. Service was great, attentive and polite. Had the veggie burger with fries. Other than the mess I made, it was delicious. There is quite a small lunch menu, but most people should find something to enjoy. Cocktails were well made with a good selection of liquor.

Located in Chagrin Falls, a super charming area of Cleveland, Jo Jo’s is comfortable and inviting. Upscale without being snooty. Warning that parking can be a little difficult, but it was worth it. The sausage stuffed pepper were one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. In fact my friend asked me if I’d like to be left alone with them!

I'm giving all 5 stars even though towards the end, they were clearly ready for us to leave... However, up until that point, everything was perfect. We started out at the bar. Ordered a few drinks and those delicious truffle fries. It wasn't super crowded yet but definitely gaining traction. The bartender was amazing and personable. We receive everything without ever having to ask twice. The truffle fries will make you unashamed to lick your fingers in public. Once we were seated at our table, we were greeted warmly by our waitress. Oh, our waitress was awesome. She made strong recommendations & we ordered them all. We got another round of drinks and that ginormous meatball! It was amazing. I'd go back just for that. She was really pushing the steak, so we all ordered a steak. Our sides were sharable sized, so we ordered the mashed potatoes souffle and green beans almondine. The steaks were all cooked to perfection and exactly as ordered. The side items were ok. I didn't realize that the potatoes had onions or chives in them. I did not like that. The green beans were great. At this point, the atmosphere was upped 10 notches. It was crowded. It didn't hinder our service. She recommended the cheesecake for dessert, so we ordered that along with the butter cake. Delicious! The butter cake is a must-have item. I mean, it's butter and it's cake...what else do you need. To recap: If you order anything, it has to be the meatball, truffle fries & butter cake, but you'll be happy no matter what, tho (except those potatoes-unless you like that mixture).

Restaurant looks top notch & charming from outside, but price is amazing reasonable. We escaped from other unpleasant restaurant last night because they couldn't provide table for 10 people. So we decide to walk-in Jo Jo's , they welcomed and took us in and prepared big table for us nicely , OMG their service mind is phenomenal!!!

The service was excellent. Our waiter was nice and attentive. Even when a mistake was made, he acknowledged it and took care of it. The food, though, was OK. Not seasoned, the steak was a bit burnt. The whipped potatoes needed salt and pepper. The mule I had was ok as well. If we go again, I would select something else.

Our very first visit. 4 o’clock on a Sunday. Very few customers. We were directed to seating in the bar area and only the small high tops while 4 regular tables sat empty for our entire meal. (I did ask on the way out if the five tables at the front windows required reservations- I was told by the hostess that the servers rotate and no one was available to cover them and they normal reserve those for friends of the manager). The regular table was literally right next to us. If there was a server available would it have mattered where we were seated within the bar. The decor is very well done. Simple, classic and elevated. On to the service and food. While our server was personable, service was extremely slow. Saffron shrimp appetizers lacked flavor. Potato crusted halibut was ok; the accompanying potatoes and sauce were delicious. Crispy double cut organic chicken was over cooked and very chewy- I ate 1/4 of it. French press coffee at the table was great. Coconut cake and crème brûlée also very good. Based on recommendations, we had higher expectations of our $200 meal.

We are fairly new in town, decided to go to JoJo’s Bar for our anniversary dinner, it was our first time having dinner there. We had the worst table in the house, it’s the table added in front of the folded doors panels! That first impression was not good. We did walk around the whole restaurant after dinner, we indeed had the worst table! Then come to food - 1) House made wedding soup was too salty, we asked them to add some hot water. 2) Lindey’s ahi tuna tartare- the avocado was not ripe enough, cut too chunky compared to the small diced tuna, so you can’t combined them together for one bite. The chips on the dish had sat there for awhile, it had gone stale and soft! Not sure how long that had been plated and sat, it came out really fast after we ordered. 3) Wagyu bucatini bolognese, pasta cooked to perfect al dente but the sauce tasted not cooked long enough, not umami but rather still pretty raw tomatoes taste. the wagyu sausage chuck had good fennel flavor. Overall still was a disappointment. 4) shrimp saffron garganelli, that was the best dish. Flavor was good, pasta cooked to perfect al dente, shrimps was good. 5) they gave us a free dessert for our anniversary, we appreciate the gesture, but it was a bowl of almost completely melted sundae! We tried a bite and left it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we likely wouldn’t return. For what they are charging, we would rather spent the money at Cru Uncorked or Odd Fellows.

The shrimp pasta can use a little more or a lot more seasoning, there were 3 at our table that got this and they said pasta was very bland no taste. The clam chowder soup and calamari was good for taste. We were kind of confused why soups had different texture though. You can notice in the picture.

Sat in the bar/ lounge area on a Sunday around 1. Food came out in a timely order but it was barely ok.... The best item we ordered was a chicken caesar salad. Carpaccio was ehhh, steak entree incredibly rare, asked for medium. Sent back, came back rare to medium rare. Still a cold center. Lacking any seasoning as well.Cold fries too. Server seemed nice enough and was attentive, but couldn't save the kitchen today.

Our server and the vibe were absolutely amazing! Frankly, the best server we have had in years. Our oysters were okay at best and most of the venues we procure Oysters at probably would not have served these. Our salad was delicious and extremely fresh. This is the 3rd time I have had fillet here and each time I want it to be amazing however, every time it is mealy (think mushy apple). In my experience, this is a result of over-marinating, too much time in an Alto Shaam or a Sous Vide when the connective tissue (fat) breaks down. I would return, I would not order a fillet again.

We came here for our Valentine’s day dinner. Service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was nice—dark, moody and a modern vibe with a beautiful bar and modern decor. We were seated at a booth, which was extremely dark you could barely see the menu. We started off with drinks, I ordered the cold brew martini. Calamari came next, average but was probably the best meal of the evening. The shrimp saffron was bland and tasted like pasta covered in sour cream, extremely disappointing. My boyfriend ordered a burger and he said his was bland too, and dry. They also overcooked it. Would not come again. Overpriced and just fell so short of expectations, in terms of taste and quality of food.

Ate at the bar last Saturday night. It is not kept clean between seatings in a timely fashion. Sat at the end of the bar, where a view of several kitchen staff members could be seen. One employee had NO gloves on, was seen taking handfuls of lettuce and adding salad toppings to that lettuce with NO gloves. Another time, he had a scoop of something (goat cheese?) on a spoon, which he slid onto a plate full of olives, with his bare hand. He was also wiping plates with a dirty rag. Another employee was eating the whole time while preparing food. Another employee was checking meat temps with gloved hands, but was texting constantly with those gloved hands. Two other employees came to the end of the bar (one of which, the young male, bartends; didn't recognize the female he was with) and poured Crown Royal into their personal cups in view of patrons. Talked to the manager, a woman, who seemed to be in a bit over her head and not very concerned about the issues that were raised. Convinced that if the Health Dept. paid a surprise visit, the place would be shut down. So disappointed, as we have been patrons for years. Not sure when we'll be back, if ever.

Although our server was very kind and the feel is classy, the food was shockingly mediocre and overpriced. This was surprising because they used “On The Rise” bread; but the toast was cold in the center and visibly burnt on the outside and the white of the eggs were uncooked. With quality ingredients they managed to produce something where the sum of the parts was less than what you’d expect or could do at home. I highly recommend going to one of the many other nicer restaurants in Chagrin.

We went for an early dinner and were the only table in the entire restaurant. We waited for 25 minutes while 3 servers talked behind a curtain by the bar and 2 hostesses chatted at the front. Finally, 25 minutes later, the server brought out waters and then disappeared again for at least 15 minutes. At this point, we left and went to 17 River Grille, which has exceptional service and food and they truly appreciate your business. This was the most bizarre experience we have ever had.
