Del Taco serving sizes have decreased over the years. I guess that might be a good sign since it is fast food and we should limit how much we should eat but the service is always great, I just wished the servings were better

The food is fine. What is lame though is they have a homemade sign with deals on it. The problem is that each picture on the poster board is so small and too far away from the drive through lane that it’s impossible to make out what anything really says. And, when you try to inquire about it they play dumb and act like it doesn’t exist. Ooooooo👻 maybe it doesn’t and I’m just seeing things. No, but for real there is a sign and the writing is hella small and they don’t/won’t tell you what’s on it

I placed an order, asked if i had everything in my order, was told Yes. Was not the whole order, i drove home to find that out. Called to report missing item,had to call 15 separate times, phone was picked up and hung up multiple times. After no response at all i had to go in person. Was not given anything for the trouble. Awful experience at Del Taco on University Parkway in San Bernardino.

It took them 20 minutes to serve our order...the food was cold, they they forgot our chicken tacos and one of the employeeswas starringat me likeI'mthe problem...terrible. I would not recommend this place. One of the cooks was on the phone talking about making payment on a Gaming chair the whole time.

Reliable spot, but the people who serve really don't listen when customers order. Missing food, no sauce but I can forgive all that if it weren't for the got damn ice. When we ask for "light ice." We mean please take out the iceberg that sank the titanic from the cup and let us have actual beverage.

I love when you get charged for stuff you order and they don't give it too you and have you repay for the first item you ordered. Don't bother with them.

Had came here with good services from the afternoon shift but when getting off a grave shift to wanting to get meal before heading home and getting the combo box meal and for my burrito it had no meat just bean and cheese and asking for an extra taco to not receive it was disappointing and for the guacamole to be 1 scoop and not even fill half the container and I would understand if there was a line but it was just us please do better

Ruth took my order in the drive-through. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was very straight to the point no greeting no hi welcome to Del taco how can I help you just what do you want? I definitely did not feel welcome at this drive-through. She really didn’t feel like she wanted to take my order

When I order on line it makes it much easier for me. But when I use my points and I don't get my food that I used my points on it pissed me off. I shouldn't have to drive back to get my food that I ordered. Lesson of the day open each bag.Verify your order before you leave don't trust a smiling person.

So, this place is 24 hrs but the drive thru is closed for repairs and there are signs everywhere saying “DINING ROOM OPEN” even on the doors that frustratingly are locked…and on top of all that someone is in there most definitely and when she saw us disappeared to the back indefinitely. Cowardice and straight up lies, like go ahead and close but don’t pretend and have all these signs reassuring people you’re open and then just lock the doors and disappear. Always issues at this branch. ALWAYS

I've been standing here for a good minute now and finally someone (Ruth) said to nobody in particular (I'm assuming it was me but she was looking in a completely different direction... so who knows) "Just a second." Gotta love that warm fuzzy feeling you get walking in here... About as warm and hospitable as wandering into a polar bear den. I walked in at 6:42 (online order). And they just now got me my order at 6:54... Nice incentive to order ahead!! Gives me all the time in the world to come up with a very comprehensive review.. even got to toss in a metaphor!
