There was this super fine chick working there. She gave me some free cookies and upgraded my drink. I didn't realize it until half an hour later, but I'm pretty sure she was flirting with me. I will definitely be returning for her number and the excellent 1/2 lb. bean and cheese burritos.

The young gentleman at the Counter, even though was at 75 % capacity due to not enough staff he was very alert helpful and we got our order in a timely manner. The BEST Fries! And Del Taco has one tasty Burger!! I have always went out of my way to get some Del Taco Fries and this time I tried the double burger. It was great. Not over cooked and dry like some other fast food place. This was juicy and delish!

Came here with some people. I mean these guyz aren't hard to recognize, they are terrified of getting out the house, had to drag these weirdoz out the house. Del Taco has always been my go to for a fast no hassle reliable consistent lunch or on the go meal also their burgers ,yes ! THE DOUBLE DELL Burger is pretty good . I know you're probably thinking burger + taco place = 😕 but no not here it's a 🍔+🌮=😋 great burger

I bought one of there $1 mini milkshakes and used mostly pennies to pay for it. Much to my surprise the dude working the drive thru accepted my change without giving me a hard time whatsoever. And was even friendly about it. For that, I would surely visit this location again. 👍

Great place, I like the menu and their prices. Wether you eat in or out. If you eat in, it's very nice and clean great service. Bathrooms are always kept in good shape. People are very friendly, workers are very nice and very helpful, no long waits. I have absolutely no complains about this place. In fact, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quick bite to to eat.

Drive thru was amazing, the guy at the window greeted us with a smile. The food was so good! We were visiting from Arizona, and the Del Tacos aren't as good there, but this one was so good.

The staff is so friendly! I ordered my food and despite how busy they were, I still got my food in a timely manner. I tried the jumbo shrimp burrito and it was absolutely delicious 10/10 would recommend. This location also offers a 10% discount to students, even non CSUSB students.

Coming from an area where Del Taco does not exist, I always try and hit them up when I am in California. This marks one of the best Del Taco's I have been to. The people who work there were super friendly. The food was better than some others I have been to, and the place was well lit and clean. Locations like this need to exist. Congrats to a good team.

The customer service, attention to detail, and courteous attitude that Amber gives to every customer is absolutely amazing. An employee in any profession or position that is as wonderful as they are is incredibly hard to find. She pays extra attention to detail and remembers my husband and I just on what we order. She always goes the extra mile and amazes me with the attitude. I would go out of my way to visit this location because I enjoy her so much. True asset to the company. The food is always very good and made however it is ordered. I can not think of a time that I did not get exactly what I ordered which is awesome for a drive thru. The staff is always fairly friendly and courteous. Location is always clean and well stocked. The only problem I have ever had with the location is the kiosks that they have installed to take orders. The machines don't have all the menu items so the employees still have to stop and come finish the order. Not only that but if you push certain buttons the whole order will delete and take you back to the start. Asking employees to encourage you to use machines that are going to eventually take their jobs is disgusting and horrible.

Del Taco has a good menu with a variety of items with some good deals. We enjoy getting tacos on Taco Tuesday's at our local Del Taco. Definitely clutch when I need something quick, sometimes they forget to give you small things like utensils or straw etc but overall much better customer service than most of the other fast food in the area.

When I went to sit down, there were a lot of dirty tables. By the time I was eating, an attendant came around to clean up. You are going to have to produce a bigger bean cup, than the condiments size you're using. Everybody knows that bean are one of the cheapest things to make. 🥺 Get real why don't you?

It's a good place to eat quick bites in low prices. The staff is good. Usually, the drive through is very busy specifically in the night time after 10.the only thing I don't like it is this del taco charges for Ranch while most other del tacos don't.

I went and parked so I could go inside. the drive-thru was a little long. So right when I got out of my truck. A guy said if you want inside? Sol there closed already. It might have been around 7pm. Why to early to be closed.

Would give 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with the junkies and homeless people walking up to the car window asking for money. So far, at least 10-12 have hit me up for money, saying they were hungry, I say "I will buy you some food, but wont give you money". All have declined my offer for free food.

Mostly every was very kind and they got my whole order and it was very good. But one guy there was acting like he was on drugs. When I went in, while I was waiting for my order, the same guy, slammed the door shut and locked it when someone tried to come in. He yelled saying we're closed, then told me when I leave to make sure it's closed. That kind of attitude towards anyone especially a customer should not be tolerated, and he either needs to straighten up or get fired. Other than that all the other employees were very kind.

Experiences here are trending up. Since their change in ownership the subtle changes have really helped and the food is exactly what I expect from a Mexican fast food joint. Their Del Tacos and chili cheese fries are a staple for us and tacos every winter.

This location has become a LOT more consistent with making correct orders, especially during their Taco Tuesday hours. Back in the day I used to have to go back inside after ordering from the drive thru because, despite me asking for no cheese, there would always be cheese in my order. Not anymore!

While every restaurant on university pkwy is moving very slow, this Del Taco put the fast back in fast food. No matter how long the line gets, you'll be back on your way home in no time. Great service, cheap food.....although their card swipper doesn't work sometime. 4 star just because its not a 5 star restaurant 😊

Not saying Del Taco is 5* food. Rather that this location is at least as good as any other. Their combo burritos are just like I expected, their grilled chicken tacos (on sale on Thursdays) taste just like they always do. Their service is as good as one can expect from a standard fast food employee. Did try the steak and cheese Torta and it was... underwhelming. Since that was my first torta I still feel like I need to try a real torta.

The rooms are clean and safe mostly quiet but I always need more pillows because they are way to thin. But the ac works great and the pool is clean.

Grilled chicken soft tacos are real good. Went to the drive thru. Ate in the parking lot. When we finished went inside to dump our trash and refill our drink (as we would do if we ate our meal inside). Posted was a sign stating refills were for those who chose to eat in the dining area.

I still can't believe they got rid of the Macho Combo Burrito and replaced it with Epic Burrito. Be that as it may, I still really like their Soft Del Tacos. At least they still have those. My most recent visit went very well. The guy at the window was friendly helpful. So I'll keep going back for Soft Del Tacos.

The food is fine. What is lame though is they have a homemade sign with deals on it. The problem is that each picture on the poster board is so small and too far away from the drive through lane that it’s impossible to make out what anything really says. And, when you try to inquire about it they play dumb and act like it doesn’t exist. Ooooooo👻 maybe it doesn’t and I’m just seeing things. No, but for real there is a sign and the writing is hella small and they don’t/won’t tell you what’s on it

It is a great place to eat good food, but their drive thru is really really slow. Their customer service is great and food is great but the time waiting at the drive thru was like 20-25min for one burrito. So not sure was going one but just wanted to let people that we if you are in a rush, don’t use the drive thru. I have yet to go inside.

I love their service and fooD. The only thing I don't like is the indoor playground. They don't clean it or vaccume it. Like ever. It has like layers and layers of dirtyness. Also the AC was never on last summer and it felt super stuffy in there.

It's your typical fast food I personally don't like that I pre-order on the app (good deals you should have it) to skip the line but I still have to wait in line defeats the purpose this location needs to work on that other then that it's fast food like any other

My son likes to come n play in their playground. The food is good n the place is mostly clean. The bathrooms are locked n they have to open them for u. I've seen a few homeless people around so that's probably why

I love Del Taco!!! This Del Taco is famous for getting your order wrong though. Still love them and the morning drive thru has the best and most thorough young lady. Go there in the mornings and your order will always be right ;)

Del taco breakfast carne asada wrap, was cold. The tortilla was cold, the eggs were cold, the hash browns were cold, the chesse was cold, the side of hash browns were hot, and the orange juice was cold. It was around 630am, 1 person working, I know because I asked. I suggest going there when they have mire then 1 oerson working, that was my first and last time going there.

They are incredibly stingy on hot sauce packages! It never fails... I'll ask for a hand full and I would either receive 3 pkgs or sometimes none at all.. when did we have a hot sauce shortage??🧐😒 Btw I've only experienced this issue at this location.. Gawd, they suck!

The food was decent but my burrito was cold like it was sitting from a previous order and the fries were overly cooked. To make things worse i only got the burrito is because they told me they were out of flat bread, so i settled for a burrito that came out cold and at the window they tell us there was no hot sauce (mild or del scorcho). Not a good experience for our first time in this area.

Love del taco. Least favorite location. I asked for salsa and limes and they actually placed all the limes inside the burritos. Really.

Older white man with glasses has been giving horrible service every time I’ve been to this place. Never gets my order right and takes a long time to give my food (I’m the only person in line by the way) and when he gives me the food he doesn’t even acknowledge me just hands me the food the shuts the window

I've visited this Del Taco numerous times and I have never had them mess up my order so much. I ordered 12 soft tacos, a bean&cheese burrito, macho fry and a #4. I got 10 soft tacos, NO burrito, a macho SPRITE and the #4. I corrected the tacos and drink while in the drive thru, but I got home to find I had no burrito. Then while eating my double del I found a hair in the middle of my burger. I was planning to leave the lost burrito alone, but the air just grossed me out. SO I called to speak with the manager and he offered no apology, no fixing of my order and kept emphasizing that his workers had shorter hair. I live down the street and my girls love Del Taco, but I won't be going back to this location.

I ordered a medium #1 Del Taco combo, but my fry package was a small. (?) I asked for no ice in my drink and it was filled completely with ice, so i asked the staff member to correct it before I left. Smh. To complain to the store manager requires me to drive back, so they can give me the correct size. That would be a waste of my time when I'm going back to work and only have a 30 min lunch break. I didn't realize the fries were a small size until I went back in to my office. I also ordered 2 mini quesadillas, and those were probably the best part of my order. I had not had Del Taco in a while (and thought it should be okay) because every time I ordered, part of my order is screwed up. There's a good chance I will not go to any more in San Bernardino or Colton. Lol.

They don't answer the phone & the boss just thought it was okay to say " we are busy " they make the food fast and sometimes you can sit when it's decent but the tables are not clean most of time . Last time I went something foul was lingering around while they had the one girl out side taking the orders .

This places never warms up the tortillas and chicken correctly, its always cold even if you eat it right after you order. I've given this location numerous tries but no matter day or night its always the same cold food quality.

Kid operating the intercom at the drive thru was rude, kurt, and I couldn't understand what he was saying, he was speaking so fast! When I mentioned it to the adult at the window she stared blankly. The tacos were extra tiny although the shell was the regular size? No filling! Never going back!

Tried the "Stuffed Quesadilla Carne Asada Taco", which was nothing more than the reintroduction of their "Big Fat Taco", from at least a year or two, ago. Only this time, it didn't taste good and left me feeling lousy for the rest of the evening. It seems that, regardless of the location, the overall quality of their food has deteriorated within the last year and a half (And I don't believe COVID-19 had anything to do with this).

I ordered the fish taco meal. The fish was overcooked and hard to eat. The tortilla split down the middle because it wasn't even warmed up. I asked for extra lime and secret sauce because the limes are always cut to small. The cook squirted so much sauce it was everywhere. And of course no extra lime. I'm still not understanding why the employees are taking orders outside in this extreme heat.

Ordered and paid for a macho fry and an oreo shake. When we got the oreo shake it tasted funny so I asked the person at the window what was in the shake and she said "horchata" so I asked if its something they have to do now..she replied "yup" I told her I didn't order it like that. She didn't care and handed me the bag. We looked in the bag and it was a medium fry. I pulled up to the parking lot and went inside. I spoke to the manager and she gave me a regular oreo shake and the rest of the fries, but she too was short with me. Oh, and the shake was pretty much runny not thick at all. I get fast food restaurants get busy but bad customer service for no reason is uncalled for.

Very disappointed! It’s 3:54 and this Del taco is supposed to be 24 hours and I was just told as I drove up that they’re closed! Wow! I worked super hard on my graveyard shift and this is pathetic that their excuse is that they have to clean because they were super busy just earlier? It’s bad enough that their veggie bowl had old beans one time that made me sick, and I gave them a break. I just never ordered that dish again, but a 24 hour establishment is closed? I ordered a half pound bold red burrito with the fries fresh. The fries were undercooked, and the burrito itself even with the added interests was a quarter pound at best. It was sorely skimpy on all ingredients. Come on Del, you can do better than that.

I dont eat out very often and last night was a perfect example of why. I ordered 2 shredded beef burritos, that were terrible they must have been sitting for at least an hour before I ordered. The fries were cold and the burger was soggy at best... I will never go back to this place. It's sad that they dont care what type of product they are putting out there.

Used the drive thru. Ordered a del combo burrito with fries and drink and chili cheese fries. My fries were upside down in the bag... real nice. My burrito was absolutely blown open all over the wrapper. I opend the wrapper and it was an absolute disastrous mess. I had to eat it in the car which was super awesome 👌 my shirt says thank u. Next my chili cheese fries were basically soup. The chili was so runny my fries were soggy and there was no cheese just soupy chili. And best of all i got diarreah soooo bad. I mean an absolute OCEAN 🌊 OF DIARREAH. Dont go here. Also... im considering the possibility that i may of fell into an inter-dimensional portal. Because my female drive thru worker.. This has to be the worst del taco I've ever been too. The assistant manager call herself trying to help me. But blew me off and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to even take my order from my app. After the nice young man tried assisting me with my two free del tacos I then asked to speak to the manager. To see if I could get some assistance on helping me with the code. Instead of her actually giving good customer service and actually helping me she blew me off. And said there was nothing she could do. Del taco apparently hires anyone for managers. If you call this management the whole del taco chain needs to be reevaluated for sure! I'm so disgusted and will never return to this del taco again. If you didn't want to help me that's all the manager had to say! Then proceeds to start speaking Spanish to another worker. Which was super rude!!!

My family and I eat here alot. After tonight we will not be going back. The manager on duty was extremely rude. We were missing food and had to argue to get it fixed. Even after all that we got home and had no straws, forks or hot sauce. Our food was also made wrong. I will be calling Corporate in the morning to make a complaint.

Disgusting. 4 combos that weren’t finished. Burgers with cold hard buns, unmelted cheese, pale patties and what looks to be a slice of bacon that’s been ripped up in pieces. First off I want to say I really like Del Taco and am always pretty happy with everything. However, this is a pretty terrible restaurant. We stopped here for a quick bite before hitting the road. The drive thru line was long so I went inside to get the order to go. Geeze what a mess. The staff was arguing and way behind(hints the long line). When we did get the food it was all wrong and probably the worst food I have ever had at a DT. Long story short my wife got food poisoning more than likely because of poor sanitary conditions. I would avoid this place at all costs. Its pretty terrible.

The food was cold and tasted old, they never give you the amount of taco sauce packages that you ask for, If the customer asks for ten packets of taco sauce and you only give them five Is it because no one knows how to count? So, this place is 24 hrs but the drive thru is closed for repairs and there are signs everywhere saying “DINING ROOM OPEN” even on the doors that frustratingly are locked…and on top of all that someone is in there most definitely and when she saw us disappeared to the back indefinitely. Cowardice and straight up lies, like go ahead and close but don’t pretend and have all these signs reassuring people you’re open and then just lock the doors and disappear. I've been standing here for a good minute now and finally someone (Ruth) said to nobody in particular (I'm assuming it was me but she was looking in a completely different direction... so who knows) "Just a second." Gotta love that warm fuzzy feeling you get walking in here... About as warm and hospitable as wandering into a polar bear den. I walked in at 6:42 (online order). And they just now got me my order at 6:54... Nice incentive to order ahead!! Gives me all the time in the world to come up with a very comprehensive review.. even got to toss in a metaphor!
