Best place to get sandwiches in the bay, hands down. They get fresh bread everyday at the local Semifreddis bakery, I know this because I work close to the bakery and have seen people from the shop picking up bread. My favorite sandwich is the WyzeGuy. Built on a delicious sour dough roll with grilled chicken breasts, arugula, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, and portabella mushrooms topped with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Delicious no fuss food at reasonable prices. Absolutely love the location and variety of goods stocked in the convenience store. The menu is impressively large with a variety of hot or cold sandwiches. There is a nice selection of sides too! Fast, friendly service every time. This place is an awesome neighborhood institution and I love treating myself there about once a week.

This is the second time I have come here during my Alameda route for Lunch. The smell and sizzle with the deli is a beautiful aroma of art . Both times I have come I simple ask the young woman behind the counter to pick me a sandwich for today , and she’s picked 2 completely different types of sandwiches and they have both been amazing! This is my official go to spot for lunch . Thank you!

Excellent sandwiches, fresh ingredients and a lot of options, even for vegetarians. They have a good selection of meats, cheeses, veggies and bread. Went there just a little before noon, no line, very quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

Was slightly bummed that I ordered on sourdough and it was made on a different bread but still a good bread. Sandwich has grilled chicken, mozzarella, arugula, red pepper, garlic aioli, pesto and balsamic vinegar. Sandwich cost about $10 which seems like a fair price for how filling it was.

Great local market on Bay Farm. With CVS leaving and Safeway also rumored to be on the way out, this will be the last place to grab a roll of TP or some butter on BF. Oh yeah the deli side is fantastic. The Mobster (Ham, Salami, Hot Coppa, Provolone, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Mayonnaise, & Red Wine Vinaigrette) is my favorite.

The Sandwiches can be spectacular if the right person is assembling them. The owner on the other hand can skimp on the good stuff which can lead to an occasional disappointment. Still a solid option and better than the nearby Safeway or Subway.

Deli sandwiches are GREAT. If you're going for lunch I suggest you call your order in to save time. It sometimes gets busy during lunch hours. While you wait for you sandwich you can grab a drink and snacks and pay on the market side of the Deli. The guys that are usually at the register are always nice. One is a bit quieter than the other but he is very nice. Good food and good vibes.

Great little sandwich shop. Wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it's a great spot to grab a quick sandwich during my work lunch break. Fresh bread, nice people, good size for the money. I'm definitely a regular.

The first time, I included a sandwich for someone else with my order, and I specifically mentioned over the phone that I didn't want a certain condiment on the sandwich. I saw on the handwritten sandwich order that the condiment was to be excluded, but whoever made the sandwich ignored instructions and used that condiment anyways. The second time I was here, I wanted a burger and fries, and they waited till after the burger was done before starting on the fries. I ended up waiting about half an hour, and they weren't even that busy.
