The chocolate malt shake was really delicious! If you love chocolate, try this one. The GM was so kind and awesome. Visit their place at Joinery in Lakeland. SUPER DUPER SPOT!

We tried the bacon cheeseburger and a milkshake. I wasn't sure if I'd like the sauce so I asked for it on the side, but tried it and liked it a lot, so we slathered the burger in it. My partner really liked the charred smashburger flavor and I think the Martin's roll was the perfect choice for bun. The unexpected highlight for both of us was the milkshake. We couldn't decide between the traditional flavors and the espresso, so the gentleman told us he could do an off-menu mocha. It was incredible and we fought over it even though partner had claimed he "really just wanted beer"! Add it to the menu! Our friends got the strawberry shake and the bacon/egg/cheese sandwich (breakfast served all day!!!) and loved theirs too. Thank you!

Great food made fresh. Had the Bacon egg and cheese with a burger one the side and it was delicious, will come back and would definitely recommend. Also the frozen raspberry lemonade was super refreshing. It was so good I didn’t stop to take a picture.

My husband was tired from an early 6 am, 8+ mile hike and ordered the wrong burger (he didn’t order the Impossible burger…) our mistake…in any event… the Manager made it right even though OUR mistake ;) Customer for life!!!! Did it with a smile ;) Sweet potato fries, taste like sweet potato! They make their own honey mustard (ask for it)!!! You should bottle it!!! Ok!!! Ok!!! I will stop with the!!! But again, you turned our day around and that is rare hospitality in this day and age ;) The restaurant does not need my review the line is long, the burger delicious and fries taste like real sweet potato. Go, wait if there is a tiny line, you will be happy ;)

Lakeland, FL. Crispy chicken sandwich with Super Duper Sauce was great and came with perfect fries! The sauce honestly tasted exactly like the sauce on a Mickey Ds Big Mac but it went really well on the grilled bun and crispy chicken. The fries were each perfect, not a misshapen one among them and fresh and crispy. Good stuff!

The burgers are always really good, and the people are always really friendly. Today the crew member was able to redeem my birthday coupon even though they were having computer issues. Which was really nice since I wouldn't have had another chance to make it in before it expired. On top of that I received my order quickly even though they were really busy. Kudos to you all, in all my years of coming here I've always enjoyed your burgers and have never had any complaints.

I understand that the food is cooked to order, so that wait is understandable, but the line to order moves very very slow also.

The quality has gone down but prices have gone up. It used to be great. It’s still good, but no longer worth the price. They are always out of bacon. They were even out of the cheese sauce last night (said it wasn’t melted). I’m sure the burger patty was smaller too. You can either raise prices and keep portions the same or keep prices the same and make portions smaller. You can’t do both and still be successful. They’ve been my go to burger place since they’ve opened. Love the super sauce! But I won’t be returning again.

Had the double with eggs and sweet potatoes fries. It was good. I would buy it again. In the other hand the chicken tender were more like chicken bites. They were tremendously small, not longer than an average pointer finger as if a the one on a previous review picture in here was cut on 3 pieces. They can be sold as an add on with an adequate price. My wife eats very little, even for her was surprisingly small, yet good. She won't buy this again.

The girl at the register on 3/17/24 was awful. It’s really loud in there, so I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. She intentionally does not speak any louder or even respond to questions. I asked if I could get the sauce on the side and she didn’t say anything to me. I said thank you and she didn’t respond. I laughed when I almost forgot my cup and she just looked at me. Lastly, I have never been there before so I didn’t know they text you when your food is ready. The girl at the front didn’t tell me. My husband had to tell me since he had been there before. I didn’t even know there were people in customer service jobs who intentionally make as little effort as possible and try to make the customer feel weird for speaking to them, but now I have met one. She’s going to lose a lot of business for this place. I know I won’t go back if I see her there. The food was decent, but not good enough to put up with being treated like I don’t exist.

Chicken sandwich was good, but salty.. really salty. Still good. Customer service, not so much. Young lady at the counter had zero patience, rushing me along to order, and not very polite. After reading some of the other reviews, it looks like this is pretty much the norm.

i got the chicken sandwich and my twin brother got the angry bird. my sandwich was decent, nothing special. the sauce on it tasted exactly like the sauce on the burgers at hardee's. what was upsetting was the fact that you pay an extra $3.50 for the combo and it includes fries but not a drink. my brother said the sauce on the angry bird is just buffalo sauce, which he did not appreciate. the fries were okay, not enough food for the price. atmosphere was great.

Burger was alright. Cheese fries were terrible. Ever been to a sports game and gotten cheese fries from the concession? Those are better

Just paid $16 for a double bacon cheeseburger combo. Apparently the only seasoning they use is charcoal. I asked for medium rare, not knowing the meat is the thickness of two stacked nickles. The meat was black, both sides, both patties. Luckily the fries were undercooked, unseasoned and yet also tasted burnt. I ate the burger out of obligation but threw the fries away. You'd be better off at Five Guys ( whom I do not care for ) At least there, the meat isn't charcoal and the fries are good. Total waste of time, money and food ingredients.

We ordered and were told we would get a text when ready in about 10 minutes. I received the receipt via text so they had my number correctly entered. The seating area was outside so we trusted their system. Friends also ordered on a separate bill and gave their cell number. We waited and talked and around the 20 minute mark with still no text I said lets go check... and found our orders ready.... and cold. They had been sitting for at least ten minutes and likely fifteen judging by the temperature. They might have been good but I will never know. Four people got cold food. Pretty disappointing! Worse part is this exact same thing happened to someone else (who left a review 4 months prior) and their response to her was this sometimes happens! I wonder how many others it has happened to who didn't leave a review, fix it or just don't use it and tell people when to come back!

After writing review the owner responded and went above and beyond and made things right. Very impressed with their kindness. Thank you for this.

They do not deserve to get one star. They get a 1 a star. They are ill-prepared sloppy, making. Never put the order correctly. Don't forget the food if we will be sure and eliminate taste like medicine. The sweet potato fries, our burn. They never put any order that you order correctly. The food is all over the place. I wish I would had read the reviews, it was the WORST hamburger I have ever ordered, it had HARDLY ANY MEAT at all! The MEAT was ridiculously thin AND PRICES WERE HIGH, I don’t mind paying for something if it’s worth it, no idea how this place is open, the atmosphere is awesome just order from other onsite restaurants!

If I could leave 0 Stars, I would. I visited super duper spot after looking it up online. It looked good and cheap, so I decided to try it out. The prices online were incorrect, and upon ordering I found out my chicken sandwich and hash browns cost $14.45. The hash browns were good, but the chicken sandwich was indistinguishable from a McChicken for the steep price of $12. If you missed it, the chicken sandwich itself was over $12. I cannot convey to you how small this sandwich was. When I paid, the cashier let me know that they didn't have any change, only bills. So I gave her $15 and was out $0.55. Not ideal, but I had no choice, and who cares? It's only 50 cents, right? Upon receiving my order I asked for some ranch and the cashier informed me that the ranch cost $0.50. I asked her if I could use the $0.55 that I already paid extra for my chicken sandwich and she said no. So, if I wanted ranch, I would have to give her another dollar, and then be ripped off another 50 cents due to their "lack of change." Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed and underwhelmed with the food and service at super duper spot.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst food experience I’ve ever had. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with nothing but rudeness and attitude. The staff acted like I was an inconvenience for even being there. They got my order completely wrong, and when I tried to politely point it out, the person behind the counter didn’t care, she actually even argued with me! I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, the staff member who argued with me had a scowl and demeanor, think Wicked Witch of the West, but somehow even less pleasant. I left with now cold food feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked that a place like this is still in business. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

Not worth the hype or price. Angry Bird: Sandwich was ok, didn't come with fries, fries were mixed with fresh & burnt that you can tell were sitting a bit. No sauce is offered with the side of fries. I asked for sauce & it's a extra $.50 Brunch Combo: Is ok. I ordered the tenders to go with the combo & they're small not worth the money & no flavor. I'm good on the food, did not eat it all.

My colleague and I stopped by hoping to grab a quick burger and fries. When we placed our order, the staff member told us it would be at least a 35-minute wait due to an online order. We explained that we were with a company group and couldn’t wait that long without being left behind, and asked if there was any way our two burgers could be made quickly. His response was simply, “No—try that place,” while pointing to another vendor. It was disappointing. We understand being busy, but the lack of effort or courtesy was frustrating. How long does it really take to make two burgers?

Picked up a DoorDash order of chopped cheese fries they had my car smelling so good I went back and attempted to order my own arrived at 8:45 and was told the grill was shut down & my only option was regular fries! 3 employees no line and the Joinery closes at 9 I guess I came too close to closing & won’t find out what they taste like because Im never going back

The food at this place is usually decent but the orders are NEVER right. It doesn’t matter if you’re in person or order it online and they’re ALWAYS out of the waffle hash browns and instead of making them unavailable they just give you regular frozen hash browns. I’m tired of giving this place chances. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered a burger and fries and a drink, I asked the guy taking the order if I could get the crispy onions added to the burger that is listed on the burger of the month. He told me unfortunately no they can’t put crispy onions on my burger because it’s not the burger of the month and they have to save the crispy onions for the burger of the month. I waited approximately 25 minutes got the text My food was ready came back only to find out that it was not what I ordered. I asked the guy where my fries were and he said you didn’t order fries. I said yes sir I ordered a combo which comes with the fries. Not really the best service. $20 dollars for 2 patties one piece of bacon and a small drink.

Staff is a joke. Tried to give me a shake that a previous customer had possession of and I mentioned that I could not accept said shake. What came next what disaster on the staffs part. Cursing like it was just invented. I asked for refund on my 2 orders and that’s when all hell broke loose. If these young humans that don’t know left from right and were mine my experience would have been an enjoyable one. These “KIDS” need a reality check or better parents. One or the other.

Ordered off of doordash! First time! Last time. Everything was soggy. Got the double buy one get one free as a combo. They only one drink instead of 2. Fries extremely soggy and greasy. Burgers where bland with no flavor. If I would've known it would be this bland I would've put a flamethrower to a cow and bit of the part I burnt. Extremely stingy on the sauce. One pickle for each burger. Although was a buy one get one free I still paid basically $40 dollars for this order. I do not recommend. Obviously staff is lazy
