Reading all the other reviews made me realize I need to go back to try the stewed chicken, curry chicken, and oxtail. They also have an extensive menu, which includes seafood dishes that are made fresh to order. The chicken is great and Im currently eating while fending off my cat who seems to agree with me on this!!
I just tried the oxtail Mac n cheese and it was a hit. Reminded me of my own I make at home that takes hours. I caught the special for $5 which is a steal. Night pepper steak too. Tender with a hint of spice. Added curry chicken gravy on the rice. I will definitely be back to try the jerk chicken sandwich on cocoa bread with jerk sauce.
Even though I don’t know how real Jamaica food tastes, but this Jamaica restaurant is tasty 😋 and the gentleman works in the front and chef are really nice! Thank you !
Came across this place through a deal on a take out app. The owner’s were extremely friendly which is so rare at any Caribbean spot lol (iykyk). My family and I got all our dishes with rice and peas. The rice was fragrant and cooked well. The steamed cabbage had flavor and was the right texture. Stew chicken was delicious and nice chunks of meat Curry chicken surprised me! I really loved it, they def are using a good curry powder. Love that it had potatoes. The gravy was delicious. Jerk chicken was good, slightly dry and could have been spicer. However the meal hit the spot. We also tried the chicken and beef patties. They were good too, personally I prefer a flakier crust. These were soft, a bit flaky, and the filling was good. I appreciated the chicken not being overly spicy or wet.

Decided to stop by since I was craving Jamaican food tonight. The portions are huge here! Definitely a bang for your buck. Got the stewed chicken and the jerk chicken for the rice platters. I love Mac and cheese so I definitely had to try it with some jerk chicken on top. Everything was great and the customer service was as well. I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

I found this place on TOOGOODTOGO! And my goodness! Literally some of the best food if not the best I had in the year. Amazing! I got the stew chicken, rice and peas with plantain. The meat was falling off the bone, well marinated, seasoned, etc. the rice tasted soooo goodddddd! The customer service was great. Kindest Caribbean restaurant I have ever been too. Will definitely be going back! Very affordable since I got it on TOOGOODTOGO. Under $6.
This place is the definition of a hidden gem. I had the curry chicken last night, and I have to say—it sets the standard for how curry should taste. I went around 8 PM, and the food was still incredibly fresh. It was my first time here, and I was seriously impressed. The flavors were rich, the portion was generous, and the service was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning frequently. Support this local restaurant—you will not be disappointed.
Food was delicious! I had a jerk chicken plate and also a plate with their fried fish, and both meals were extremely flavorful. And the staff was very friendly.

I ordered a few plates for my family—curry chicken, stew chicken, and jerk chicken. Everything was so good! The rice and chicken were fresh and super tasty. This place is definitely getting added to my regular food spots!
I've passed this location multiple times throughout my life and don't know what I was missing. So, now after tonight that mistake will "NEVER" happen again. I will be going back because they did their thing and I will be going back. The service, food and atmosphere were ALLL top tier and the food was "DELICIOUS" you hear me!!!! Thank you for being a staple in our community for over 20+ years 🙏🏾

Lazy staff ordered two festivals and they had me standing there for an hour and never made it for me I walked out. Crappy spot with incompetent people who hate their job
